To Ultranationalistic Pinoys: The Empire Of Japan Has Long Been Dead

President Nobita Aquino greets Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko From the news two days ago concerning how Bayan Muna  Bobo Muna protested against the arrival of Emperor Akihito and his wife Empress Michiko came. Their reason is as usual pretty stupid - they are fighting what might be best called as a non-existent imperialism. Their group agrees that it could cause the rise of Japanese militarism. From Manila Livewire , I have also read more garbage from the mouths of Bobo Muna that Japan may bring lopsided economic polices and false military promises. Do they think that they are still living in World War 2 and the Philippines is still part of the Empire of Japan? Puh-lease, the Empire of Japan has long been dead ever since World War 2 ended!

Five Serious Leadership Mistakes Of The Empire Of Manila

There was an article in Forbes about the " Five Leadership Mistakes Of The Galactic Empire ", now it's time to write about the five serious leadership mistakes of the Empire of Manila. Even after the Spaniards were expelled and the Marcos regime is over, I still couldn't help but think how the Philippines is an independent state under imperialism. Even if the Philippines doesn't occupy any other country, the country is still under the Imperial Manila system and even if an emperor does not rule as the Philippines' head of state, it might be best considered as a semi-imperialist system. What are these five leadership mistakes that we need to correct from the 1987 Constitution? Aside from the protectionist policies , there are five mistakes that I have taken from Forbes but made some slight modifications. Let's take a look at these five serious mistakes and correct them, shall we?

How Stupid Can Bayan Muna Representative Neri Colmenares Get?

I'd like to really talk about Bayan Muna (Nation First) Representative Neri Colmenares' idiocy of saying in Taglish, "The moment you allow entry of foreign products dito sa Pilipinas, lulumpuhin ang lokal na negosyo at industriya." To translate it fully into English, he's saying, "The moment you allow entry of foreign products into the Philippines, the local businesses and industries will be crushed." This of course is with hypocrisy considering this cuckoo of a congressman is holding a microphone in this picture, he's wearing an obviously imported watch and even if his clothes were locally produced, how sure is he the machinery and materials used to make them were not imported?  When Cuckoonares said those words, I really can't help but facedesk as he filed for his Certificate of Candidacy for Senator. It's really time to really call him a joke candidate then again, many candidates for political office in the Philippines are usually h...

Antonio Tinio's Slamming Of Economic Liberalization May Have Shown How Clueless And Ignorant He Is About Economics

ACT (Alliance of Concerned Teachers)' member minority lawyer Antonio Tinio has really showed some degree of ignorance with economics by slamming economic liberalization  as reported by ABiaS-CBN News. Although the picture I'm above is just another random picture I'm using but somehow, his eyes seem to communicate ignorance and stupidity.  Let's take a look at what he said that had really made me headslam: "We're talking about a threat to thousands of Filipino-owned companies, hundreds of thousands of jobs that will be forced to compete with, of course, giants among the multinationals," he added.

It's More Than About Time To Say Bye Bye To Imperial Manila

Although the Philippines is not in any way part of any foreign empire ever since July 4, 1946 - it has its sovereignty but there's a tag called "Imperial Manila". The term itself was used to describe how most of the affairs of the Philippines are decided whether business, politics or economics is decided by Imperial Manila. There's the statement that no leaf may even fall down in the Philippines without Manila's permission. Remembering basic Filipino history, Imperial Spain ruled the Philippines for 377 years and Manila was the capital of the Philippines. The irony is that even after the Imperial Spaniards were thrown away, the practice of imperialism still prevailed as today, Imperial Manila decides almost everything and the rest of the Philippines has no such power in decision making. Depending on the country, a different kind of system is needed. The Philippines is composed of  7,107 islands that means a centralized government is not ideal at all. Vesti...

Three Possible Reasons Why The Anti-Squatting Law Got Repealed

One of the most idiotic things that the Philippine government has done in the name of "humanity" (never mind that they are nothing but a bunch of Predators) is to really not take action on squatters. Right now, I've even heard they are planning to remove a historical monument called the Anda Circle ( read here ). In other words, this is another yet stupid move at Imperial Manila, the city that is filled with so much trash. Now why do I think that Philippine politicians  refuse to remove the squatters and choose to keep the law repealed? There's my three possible reasons: 1.) Squatters are easy to bribe for votes as some of them are eligible voters. The problem of the Philippines is that the rules of election only limit to being 18 years old, Philippine citizenship, resident of the place where one is registered for at least six months, not mentally insane or incapable and last, not guilty of rebellion and sedition. Sad to say, long-term squatters can easily vote...

The Problem Of "Basta Aquino, Iboto Ko" Mentality

Considering that the term of President Benigno Simeon "Nobita" Cojuangco Aquino is almost over, I always thought that I'd make this Photoshop of the cast of Ressha Sentai ToQGer actually saying, "HAH?!" to Bum Aquino's campaign. If they were real characters, they would have made that same expression. Even after the 1987 Constitution supposedly has a rule against political dynasties, the Aquinos have become a political dynasty . What's the reason behind the political dynasties? I dare assume that it's because of necropolitics . In spite of the late Corazon Cojuangco-Aquino's lack of experience in running a country, people still voted for her all because of her husband Ninoy Aquino was assassinated as if the Aquinos all were together in the fight against the Marcos years . When Cory finally bit the dust, everybody voted for her brain dead son President Nobita into power. As I said, a lazy population deserves a lazy ruler . They voted for him, t...

Legalized Theft: It's More Fun In The Philippines

I'd really want to start first with verifying what legalized theft means. Legalized theft means to use one's power or position to acquire money from people for personal gain, supposedly granting immunity to being convicted of theft even when theft is done or when a person gets legal protection to protect him or her from the legal penalties agaisnt theft. In the Philippines where people mistake democracy for impunity , then it's only normal that a nation occupied with a culture of impunity are bound (and they deserve) to really have impunity in its government. How is legalized theft more fun in the Philippines? It doesn't take a genius to figure out the bracket of the ASEAN where taxes worth PHP 500,000.00 are charged at 32% while an archipelago like Malaysia only gets 11% for maximum taxes is very unjust. When Mar Roxas started to say that there's nothing wrong with the current constitution, he better realize that our tax rates are also very high. It's absol...

Mar Roxas May Consider Crucifying Himself This Good Friday

With Mar Roxas' desperate attempt to get the top spot on the survey, I really thought of all his  publicity stunts . He has shown something as stupid as like putting rice in a mug, becoming everything but a good leader so in question, if he can't be a good leader then how can he be a good president? I guess people are getting annoyed by his state of epal to the point he's  a joke of a candidate . If he can't even win the vice presidency, why doesn't he just re-run for the vice presidency instead? I'm afraid this is a result of the  padrino system . If the Liberal Party will have one absurd attempt to another to get attention, I guess there might be one "practical solution" to him becoming president is that he might as well volunteer himself to be crucified this Good Friday. Every Good Friday, we have seen different types of people to get willingly crucified but you haven't seen politicians or candidates for office do it themselves. If he can d...

Do Many OFWs Believe They Have Immunity Abroad?

Even if it's not yet March but I thought I might write this post on OFWs who may believe they have some kind of immunity abroad in remembrance of Edz Ello's case that occurred on January last year. I would probably blame it on whatever screwed mentality they have when they think that  they are taking over the world  as OFWs. In other words, WTF are they thinking when they said that? What an extreme lack of common sense. Looking back at 2012, 2014 and 2015 these were some of the nonsense that were written all over like they're taking over Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. I still remembered the Edz Ello case and any decent-minded Filipino has the right to express their outrage over what he did. Why did they write all of that? I could really blame the whole idea of the  Pinoy Master Race mentality  which they think the world must bow down to them. Whoever taught them that the OFW phenomenon means that the Philippines is taking over the world needs to think twice be...

Purisimese-English Anyone?

Do you remember the situation of Alan Purisima in the Senate, you remember how he quibbled around with synonymous words right? In spite of the tragedy that was investigated, the whole situation of Purisima turned the investigation into a comedy when he was interrogated. Who remembers some of his statements that really was so WTF stupid like, "I did not give an order, I only gave an advice." or "When I delegated the responsibility, I did not delegate the accountability." This can be alternatively called as the language of Purisimese . Many Filipinos have lost the edge that the Philippines once had namely as the only Asian nation that is well-versed in English. Back in my senior years, I remembered reading an essay against the pseudo-nationalists that mentioned how Filipino-English has deteriorated especially among Tagalistas. Many times, Tagalogs have already pronounced education wrong with a Tagalog accent, even refusing to pronounce it based on American-English...

Negosyo O Bayan? The Answer Is The Philippines NEEDS BOTH!

There was the statement of the Heneral Luna movie that says, "Negosyo o kalayaan? Bayan o sarili?" or in English, "Business or freedom? Nation or self?" While it's true that freedom and country are important but the nation can't do without businesses and people right? Just because a priority is less important doesn't mean it's not important. Whether a business is big time or small time (not well-known), it's still important to have them as long as they are law-abiding and tax-paying. Ultranationalists in the Philippines tend to place too much emphasis on their so-called freedom  and the Sariling Atin only mentality . They tend to define it as a do what you want without rules scenario or the rule of impunity. Just take for instance the irritating stereotype that labels many Filipinos is their refusal to follow simple guidelines which in turn, irritates law-abiding Filipinos. Their own version of nationalism is also unhealthy considering that t...

Getting Scammed: It's More Fun In The Philippines!

Is it really more fun in the Philippines? Unfortunately, one guy Luis Simeos had learned it the hard way with what happened. At your right is a picture of a selfie he took with that gang before he got robbed of his possessions. The picture and story were taken from Inquirer . I still couldn't forget the stupid comment of what somebody said to a certain Mr. Banh saying this trash and until now the statement continues to piss me off like there's no tomorrow, "It's pure harassment, swindling, robbery, holdup, to a foreign tourist who came from a 3rd world country. Do you think they will do that to a foreigner who came from a developed country. Is this a normal practice in Singapore that they don't explain 1st to the customer the way the warranty should be charged. I said harassment because they threatened the customer that they will not give $600 refund if he call the police. In UNITED KINGDOM, warranty is optional but they charged it 10% of the selling price go...

Mar Roxas Is A Bad Joke Of A Candidate

Do you remember a lot of Mar Roxas' gimmicks while he was running for vice president? It does get annoying after he lost the race to Jejomar Binay for vice-presidency, now he attemps to become president after losing it. The whole idea of even endorsing him for the presidency has become nothing more than a joke like that Photoshop I made of Roxas as a Kamen Rider. As I said earlier and a lot of times, if he can't delegate work then how can he become a good president ? If the idea of Korina Sanchez as first lady is already disgusting, how much more if we have Roxas as president who's one not for some constitutional reforms, thinks our constitution has no flaws and may continue the road towards having  No Direction . I would assume that President Nobita's appointment of Roxas as "potential successor" is a joke because it's based on the padrino system  where kapatid, kamag-anak and kaibigan (siblings, relatives and friends) are appointed as opposed to perso...

DOTC Secretary Pabaya Shows His Lack Of Accountability

After reading GMA News that Senator Grace Poe-Llamanzares to be sacked after the cancellation of the would have been national blockbuster Sagasa 2016 . Rather than resign, Pabaya shows how stubborn he really is from saying, " Traffic is not fatal ." (HUH?!) to the current case that he won't resign and condemns the very thought of him being sacked, he's a microcosm of what's wrong with a lot of Filipinos today. I guess this guy just uses the opium called " It's More Fun in the Philippines " whenever he feels like it. Who knows, he must have been on opium when he said the stupid statement that traffic is not fatal. The padrino system is really doing more harm than good to the Philippines. If the whole incident called the Mamasapano mishap happened because of President Nobita Aquino calls for Alan Impurisima to intervene (just because they are buddies), the same can be said to DOTC Secretary Pabaya. Somebody competent and not an idiot should have ...

The Legacy Of PNoy Pride: Okay, Fine, Whatever, Whenever, Wherever!

The term of President Benigno Simeon "Nobita" Cojuangco Aquino or PNoy is already about to end this 2016. I'm afraid that we don't have good candidates and if there were any good candidates, chances are people will vote for the next nincompoop into power  which might lead to a Mar Roxas presidency. While many can go ahead and sensationalize based on ABiaS-CBN saying, "We are Asia's next miracle." never mind that the whole " Tuwid na Daan " process has been achieved for the worse. Yes, he had achieved Daang Matuwid but it's towards oblivion. I don't deny any improvements the Philippines has but some experts credit the improvements to Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. President Nobita may just be enjoying the fruits of Gloria while he  blames her day in and day out . For all we know, he might also be blaming Gloria (What else is new?!) for the reason why the expressway from Baclaran to Bacoor was not completed. Let's take a look at some of ...

Heneral Antonio Lunatic Should Test His Ideology On An Uncharted Island First With His Followers

Translating the words of Heneral Antonio Lunatic  (a name I made for a person who uses the name "Heneral Antonio Luna" but he's saying the dumbest things which the real and actual person NEVER said) should first test the validity of his statement which says, "You study history, Paterno. All the first world countries became industrialized not through foreign investments . They forwarded true land reforms then they protected the small businesses from the foreigners. From that they expanded and became a huge national industry." All that was hypocritically said while being on social media which are all American-made. Oh the hypocrisy of the anti-progress crowd . The whole idea is ridiculous for several reasons. If you restudy Filipino history, you can see that the nation did not industrialize by itself. Even before colonization, Filipinos or at least those living in the archipelago already traded with foreigners before they were named Filipinos. Then Filipino cul...

Many Filipinos Need To Learn The Keep Your Honor Principle From Contemporary Japan

It's a few days after the failed promise of President Nobita Aquino which caused me to write the article on Sagasa 2016 . What I realized is that sad to say, many Filipinos don't really have any sense of honor. After reading this article from Get Real Philippines , I felt compelled to at least write this current article. Why did the Webmaster, Benigno, mention Japan? Japan itself is known for contributing to the world some of its systems. Before some ultranationalists whiners will say, "Stop! Stop mentioning Japan! They invaded us! Get out of the Philippines." I could tell them that Imperial Japan had long been dead. I don't agree to Hara Kiri where you must take your life if you fail to do what you have to do but somehow, samurais and ninjas from Japan have more honor than President Nobita and DOTC Secretary Pabaya. Didn't President Nobita say that if the expressway from Baclaran to Bacoor is not completed by the end of the year, he would allow himself and...

Sagasa 2016: The Cancelled, Would Have Been National Blockbuster!

Well it's January 1, 2016 and I thought the first post for this year will be on the failure to launch "Sagasa 2016". If it really happened, I guess the event have been aired in several television networks not just in the Philippines but also around the world and several movie companies around the world would probably make a movie based on it. It would have been entertaining if both President Nobita Aquino and Department Of Transportation and Communication Secretary Joseph Pabaya kept their word, allowing themselves to be run over by a train. The Palace spokesperson said, "It should not be taken literally." While I was expecting President Nobita and DOTC Secretary Pabaya to die last night, it turns out they're still alive and breathing. This just proves President Nobita himself is a big joke that you can't take seriously. His term is almost over but I guess many people will still remember the day he made that ridiculous promise and failed to fulfill it...
