Making It Fun in the Philippines

  Today is what might be called by Migraine International as "Flor Contemplacion Day". The 30th anniversary hit last year. However, I decided to make a bit of a comedy post today for this reason. It's already more than THREE DECADES since Flor was hanged in Singapore. However, Migraine International still insists that Flor was a martyr for the Philippines . Migraine can deny it all they want, but their adherence to the late Joma Sison's IDIOTOLOGY has red-tagged them . These people are still living in what I call the VIETNAM WAR MINDSET.  Back in 1995, Flor's death sparked the creation of The Flor Contemplacion Story   starring the late Nora Aunor. The movie came out on June 7, 1995. The movie was later uploaded by VIVA Films on their YouTube channel, while a pay-per-view version is available on YouTube Movies. I would like to imagine what if The Flor Contemplacion Story had a musical. I imagined it would've happened last year (30 years anniversary), but none....

Right now, I feel pretty mixed about the arrest of Nicolas Maduro. I got the news from one of Rosmary Altuve Gomez's social media posts (congratulations on her engagement, BTW). It's not surprising that Makabayd Bloc decides to STAND BY NICOLAS MADURO of Venezuela. It's also funny that one of its members, Carlos "Heneral Lunatic" Zarate, is a thinner version of Maduro! Makabayad Bloc considers the attack as simply "another Imperialist Takeover" because of Venezuela's natural resources.   It's hypocritical that Bayad Muna has branches in countries that BENEFITED from a better constitution . The CPP-NPA-NDF has long lost its relevance. The late Joma Sison isn't even worthy of joining the ranks of other Communist leaders . Luis Jalandoni followed soon after -- joining his master Joma in HELL. Joma was rendered long obsolete even before he died . No flowers for Joma from the CCP and the CPV. The late Joma Sison may look like Ho Chi Minh (to a certain extent), but Ho Chi Minh he ain't! What I missed three days ago was the 50th anniversary of the Khmer Rouge Genocide . Pol Pot may have succeeded in taking over Cambodia BUT he was inept. The Khmer Rouge regime only lasted for FOUR YEARS -- while killing A LOT MORE PEOPLE than the tyrannical Marcos Empire that ruled the Philippines from 1973 until it was toppled during the EDSA Revolution of 1986.  Reading about the Khmer Rouge shows one thing -- Pol Pot was indeed AN IDIOT at so many levels! Plenty of Pol Pot's programs weren't even sustainable. Pol Pot could be classified as an INGGITERO. Pol Pot's desire for his Communist Utopia was built on IDEALISM -- similar ideals that the CPP-NPA carried. Isn't it something? The Makabayad bloc might be showing a bigger sore loser attitude than President Bobong Marcos last 2016. However, it's amazing that Bobong managed to shake hands with Atty. Leni Loud Robredo . The Makabayad bloc composed groups linked to the CPP-NPA (but they DENY IT) such as Gagabriela (and Sarah Elgago has moved over there, presumably due to age ), Alliance of Complaining Teachers, and Kabataan Pantylist. These groups are just cheap copies of the CPV-VPA's legal fronts during the Vietnam War -- the very inspiration of the CPP-NPA. Today is the 94th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union or the Vietnam Youth Union. Above is a picture comparing a Vietnam Youth Union member and a Kabataan Pantylist member (although Sarah Jane I. Elgago is now in Gagabriela ). Both of them wear blue shirts. Both are youth organizations under left-leaning philosophy.  Interestingly, Kabataan Partylist was established on the 70th anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Union. The Vietnam Youth Union (Doan Thanh Nien) is preparing its 94th anniversary this March 26, 2025. Interestingly, Kabataan Pantylist launched its KAYA project which means Kabataan In Your Area. Is this a coincidence or a deliberate action? Hmmm... because it doesn't look coincidental when you consider some facts.  The Vietnam Youth Union was founded on March 26, 1931. Kabataan Pantylist was founded on June 19, 2001. That would mean 70 years after the Vietnam Youth Union was founded. Previously, Ho Chi Minh founded it under the name of the Indochina Communist Youth Union. It's also known as the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union since December 1976. Cong Caphe was said to open in mid-February but it's been delayed for some reason. It sounds crazy but I think but Vietnam Youth Union member Ha Thi Thu Trang may have vacationed in the Philippines. SPOT.ph Cong Caphe Philippines was supposed to open in February 2025. However, there are delays. Apparently, Cong Caphe is semi-owned by the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV). Cong Caphe's staff are dressed up like members of the Vietnam People's Army. The CPP-NPA is a poor copy of the CPV-VPA .
