Do Anti-Reform Crybabies Even Know Why The Marcos Sr. Years Weren't The Golden Years?

Well, it's the GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY of the time that the late despot, Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr., declared martial law and abused it, right? Martial law in itself isn't wrong per se. Martial law is STILL constitutional even in the 1987 Constitution of the Philippines . When former president Rodrigo R. Duterte declared martial law - it was only in MINDANAO. It's a very far cry from what Marcos Sr. did when he declared NATIONWIDE martial law. Quite interestingly, I heard the late Ninoy Aquino also supported the declaration of martial law all before challenging the UNJUST implementation. Marcos Sr., like Emperor Palpatine in Star Wars , created a legislative for show only and used the emergency powers for his own benefit.  A legacy of economic protectionism was a real monster I always find it stupid when people hate Marcos Sr. BUT they love economic protectionism . I can't be certain if President Bobong Marcos will really reverse protectionism. However, I'm still skeptical

Are Anti-Reform Pinklawans Saying That The Marcos Sr. Years Were Parliamentary Out Of Ignorance Or Of MALICE?

As the 50th anniversary of September 21, 1972, approaches - I feel that I must write this article. This is one of the most BLATANT lies that have come out from some Pinklawans. In due fairness, some supporters of Atty. Leni Loud Robredo (such as economist Andrew J. Masigan and the late Carlos Celdran) have been proponents of constitutional reform. Meanwhile, we've got ANTI-REFORM Pinklawans who still propagate a BLATANT LIE that can be so easily disproved. That lie is all about that the Marcos Sr. Years were supposedly under a parliamentary form of government. When the Pinkies' favorite icon contradicts their claims of the Marcos "parliament" The big lie has been disproven by research. Yet, the cartoon I shared above the first paragraph still perpetuates that lie. One of the late Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr.'s opponents (and perhaps his GREATEST OPPONENT) was the late Ninoy Aquino. Ninoy himself had even explained in his speech in Los Angeles that the MARCOS YEARS WA

Why September Should Be National Protectionism Month

I'm amazed at how many people have this irony going on - people who HATE the late Ferdinand E. MARCOS SR. for his WELL-DOCUMENTED ATROCITIES while ignoring WELL-DOCUMENTED evidence that protectionism doesn't work . September is associated with two events with Marcos Sr. The first is his birthday is on September 17, 1917, (and this would be his 105th birthday if he were alive) AND the second is martial law was declared on September 21, 1972. Do I even need to keep stating that BUTASANG PAMBULSA WASN'T A REAL PARLIAMENTARY ? Now, with ANOTHER MARCOS (namely Bobong) as president - I guess protectionism lovers should REJOICE instead. The reason is that the Marcos Sr. Years were protectionist years. On the contrary, Marcos Sr. was NO liberal nor neoliberal with economics. From  Per Se , Emmanuel S. De Dios mentions the following about  the Marcos Years were severely protectionist  which debunks all the nonsense tweets of IBON or better yet BIRDBRAIN Foundation: It is instructi

Atty. Leni Loud Robredo The Elitista?

I remembered the time when former vice president, Atty. Leni Loud Robredo, proved that she was indeed LOUD . The statement from Leni Loud concerning her new post in Harvard (a very hard school to enter to). Okay, congratulations to Leni Loud for her daughters' achievements and her latest appointment in the Harvard Fellowship. I don't want to believe that it was caused by her open ally, Loida Nicolas-Lewis, that she got there. Both Leni Loud and Loida are Bicolanas, lawyers, and widows. I guess those three things may have allowed them to relate to each other.  What Leni Loud should be doing right now is IGNORE... THE... TROLLS. That's unless of course you realize that Jover Laurio (whom she served as a sponsor for the wedding) has been a paid hack by the now-ailing Kris Aquino. What ticked me off is when Leni Loud started to mention Ateneo and Harvard. Is Leni Loud suggesting that those who didn't graduate from the University of the Philippines (UP), Ateneo, and Harvard

In A Parliamentary System, BOTH The Uniteam Government And The Kakampink Opposition MUST HAVE SOLUTIONS

I'm amazed at how TOXIC the Pinklawans can get. Right now, some people have been going on as far as to say, "President Bobong Marcos the one in power! He should come up with the solutions!" Oh boy, that's the same statement from different people whether the one in power was former president Rodrigo R. Duterte, the late Noynoy Aquino, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Joseph "Sherap" Estrada, and the late Fidel V. Ramos. The statement shows the severe flaw of the presidential system. It seems to be summarized as, "LEAVE IT ALL TO THE GOVERNMENT." However, what if we were in a REAL PARLIAMENTARY and not the MOCKERY that Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. made? Once again, do I need to remind people that even the late Ninoy Aquino had already disproven tha the Marcos Sr. Years weren't a real parliament ? If the Marcos Years were a real parliament - the setup of the "parliament" should've similar to the one in real parliamentary countries. Instead, Mar
