Yup, Policemen During ASEAN 2017 Got Max's Fried Chicken For Lunch

There are times I want to criticize President Rodrigo R. Duterte for being too extravagant at times. I don't know what I truly feel about giving the policemen Max's Fried Chicken lunch boxes during the #ASEAN2017 Summit. I decided to put my thinking to the test about giving motivation to subordinates. It's all about not just punishing bad behavior but also rewarding good behavior. I think this scene with policemen getting better meals is all about motivating them to do their job right. What's the problem with why government employees are usually incompetent? It's not just a problem of a lack of discipline but also a lack of motivation. What's the use of having discipline if people are overwork and underpaid? It really encourages employees to be lousy when the environment provides no motivation at all. If excessive praise is dangerous then so is excessive criticism.
