How Filipinos Can Help #FlattenTheCurve Against These Mutated COVID-19 Strains Found Only In The Philippines

It's no secret that the COVID-19 infection is now having its vaccinations. People are happily receiving or getting excited about their vaccines. Unfortunately, there are mutant strains of COVID-19 (and three which are notoriously spreading a lot faster than you expect ) together with the rise of the recent mutant strain called Angel-COVID-19 . Last year, there was also the  PAB-COVID-19 , and the rise of the 4Ps-COVID-19 . It seems that 4Ps-COVID-19 last May 1 when pasaways kept asking for much higher ayudas . These new mutated strains are not a joke. The bad news is that these new strains are IMMUNE to vaccines, they easily spread even through social media, the local media, and even by mere talking can get you infected. It's verified that no amount of facemasks or disinfection can easily contain these viruses. However, extreme social distancing is the key to defeat these vaccine-immune strains. Though, we may need #masstestingnow to contain all these new strains of the viru...

The Problem Of Snowflake Internet Trolls

One reason why I no longer accept comments simply known as Anonymous is because of the stupidity behind most of them. I don't even want to get stressed out because of them. Sure, there are some anonymous commentators who don't troll but most of them do troll. Not everyone who uses an OBVIOUS pseudonym is an anonymous troll. Some just want privacy as they express their views on the Internet. However, some Internet trolls (whether they use their real names or not) actually show a common problem of being a SNOWFLAKE. Yes, a snowflake can be defined as a person who's EASILY OFFENDED. Trolls take pleasure in derailing conversations because they're THAT easily offended.  I find it funny when Internet trolls demand so-and-so to show their faces but wait - aren't they simply commenting as ANONYMOUS? Yes, that's what makes it funny. They make such brave demands to let bloggers using pseudonyms to show their faces when they can't even show their faces. Some of them ar...

Would You Rather Have Slow, Expensive Internet Ran By Filipinos Than Fast, Affordable Internet Ran By Foreigners?

It's really a KNOWN fact that the Philippines indeed has VERY SLOW Internet. But do you know what's the bigger reason? It's irritating when you ask some Filipinos if they want faster Internet then they will answer yes. However, you ask them if you want foreigners to do business for better Internet - just expect them to give all their faulty reasoning. If there's one good reason why the Philippine Internet is THAT SLOW - consider that 7,107 islands vs. two telcos. There's only the duopoly of PLDT and Globe. It's also expensive because the demand for Internet services is MUCH HIGHER than the supply for Internet services.  The recent third telco from China is called DITO. Sure, I'm getting wary of China due to events such as the bullying of the Philippines and other neighboring countries. Also, I think the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is also to blame aside from the World Health Organization (WHO) as to why COVID-19 or the Legacy Virus ended up becoming worldw...

Mar Roxas Should Consider Liberating The Economy To Improve Internet Connection Speed

Mar Roxas for the economic development and welfare of the Philippines? He would only deserve votes if and if he would actually have had decided to push through Joseph Estrada's CONCORD program by removing 60/40 and other excessive restrictions on foreign direct investment. However, it's a sad thing that how a once brilliant mind flip-flopped  and decided that it's no longer a priority to remove anti-FDI restrictions. So what really happened to him? It's proof that lousy systems will create lousy people and he's just one example of that . This is no different than Neri Colmenares who wants to improve Internet speed while still adhering to the fantasy of national-self industrialization . If Roxas is serious about improving the Internet speed then he should think outside the box of the Yellowtard Constitution. He should consider that one of the biggest weaknesses of the current constitution is excessive restrictions on foreign investment. So how can that stupid 4P...

So You're Telling Everyone How "Nationalistically Pinoy" You Are Over The Internet?!

I remembered the time I wrote one of the biggest challenges I would issue to those ultranationalist idiots is to GET OUT OF THE INTERNET . I'd like to point out one of the BIGGEST stupidities ever known is that you have Pinoy Netizens who rant about how "Nationalistically Pinoy" they are over the Internet. A little bit of history lessons will show how this kind of thinking is just really that stupid. Let's do a review of the history of the Internet. It was an American invention that evolves overtime with other countries. Today, you've got more than just Americans running the shows because of telecommunications company worldwide. Today, we've got a lot of cultural mix into the world of electronics meaning that the World Wide Web is an INTERNATIONAL thing. You have everyone and you can't have a World Wide Web if you've only got one nationality running it. What platforms in social media are these "Nationalistically Pinoy" idiots use? So...

Senator Bum Aquino Should Consider Dumping The Aquino First Policy Or Fail!

Here's the latest news that's probably going to Bum people out: The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) should implement a national broadband plan for a cheaper and better quality internet connection, Senator Paolo Benigno “Bam” Aquino IV said on Thursday. The DICT is expected to present its plan before the Senate science and technology committee next week. Aquino said he expects the DICT to present different options on the national broadband plan: use the current infrastructure, put up its own system, or find other methodologies to connect.

Dear Pinoy Ultranationalists: PLEASE DO EVERY DECENT PINOY NETIZEN A FAVOR BY LEAVING THE INTERNET NOW AND FOREVER!!!!

It's very annoying to have those Filipino ultranationalists who are on social media like Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Blogger, Wordpress, etc. Let me ask these simple questions to really show to them how self-contradictory they really are. First, I'd like to ask them whether or not Filipinos invented computers and the Internet. They may be paying electric bills and telecommunication bills from local Filipino companies but the concept isn't Filipino. Filipinos today enjoy a lot of stuff because of foreign influence. Besides, I could also attack them by asking them if their appliances were all made by Filipinos. I don't think any of their appliances were of Filipino brands and/or made by Filipinos. Even if Filipino workers were there in certain countries how sure are they that they were assembled by Filipino hands? Even if Filipino workers did the assembling don't tell me that there weren't anything non-Filipino in those appliances.

National Self-Industrialization Will NOT Solve The Internet Problem!

It's understandable that one of the biggest constraints of the Philippines when it comes to Internet service quality is that the country is composed of 7,107 islands . So here Rep. Neri Colmenares of Bayan Muna is really showing more reasons why the Party List to where he belongs to is better called "Bobo Muna". I mean, do you even remember how this guy is really against economic liberalization where he claims that foreign businesses will crush the local businesses. All this while getting involved with Western stuff like he hypocritically gets published on the social media, he holds a microphone, he wears Western style clothes, uses a smart phone which NONE of them were invented by Filipinos or Filipino brands. Since the Philippines is an archipelago of 7,107 islands then do you think having very few Internet service providers (ISP) would work? Singapore can have fast Internet with having a few ISPs because it's an island but not with the Philippines. Because ...

Wow! So Philippines Has The SLOWEST Internet In The ASEAN?

Whenever I get the problem of slow Internet, I cannot help but develop a conspiracy theory that it's really government doing.  However when we stick to the basic facts, here are some facts that we need to realize with Philippine Internet Service Providers and the geography of the Philippines.  The Philippines is an archipelago, composed of 7,107 islands and shouldn't that tell the STUPID GOVERNMENT and protectionist lovers that protectionism is NOT feasible in the geography?  With 7,107 islands there is always the constraint of having to maintain undersea cables which is costly.  However this task CANNOT be accomplished so easily thanks to protectionism. Again, the Philippines has the problem of having two ISPs namely Globe and PLDT, both oligarchy-ran companies.  Now Singapore can do with just two or three ISPs because it's a very small country that it would be the last place I'd migrate to if I ever get too frustrated with my country to avoid sinking the ...
