Making It Fun in the Philippines

It's been the same mantra of Filipino communists DAY IN AND DAY OUT, "NO TO ROTC!" ROTC means Reserved Officers' Training Corps. I remembered some people complained about ROTC. Others did point out how ROTC was nothing more than just walking with rifles rather than actual military conscription like in South Korea. We have Filipino communists WHINING DAY IN AND DAY OUT about mandatory military training. Many of the CPP-NPA legal fronts like Kayabangan Partylist, Alliance of Complaining Teachers, Lazy Filipino Students, Bayad Muna, Gagabriela, etc. are all whining like little children. What's truly ironic is that Filipino commies have been rejecting military training. It's because COMMUNIST COUNTRIES are really BUILDING UP THEIR MILITARY. One just needs to take a look at the leaders that one admire. One of them is none other than China's Boy Sisi, Mao Zedong.   The end of the Duterte-Robredo tandem is just around the corner. Today is also Philippine-China Friendship Day which was declared by the late Noynoy Aquino's nemesis, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. I couldn't help but wonder if the Philippines would still be around if Mar Roxas and Antonio Trillanes IV won the 2016 elections . Besides, one should think about the conflict between the Philippines and China over disputed areas. The only best way (back then) to deal with it was to do peaceful negotiations in the international court. Right now, every condemnation of Vladimir Putin (prefer to call him Vlad the Impaler Putin) though one can think he's practically like Dr. Evil in Austin Powers in some way. I remembered weeks ago when the Russian Army had reports of facedesk  proportions when you watch the news. One mishap after the other makes you think, "WHAT IN THE WORLD IS VLADIMIR THINKING?"   I remembered writing several pieces of what if Mar Roxas and Antonio Trillanes IV won the 2016 elections. Let's just say (God-willing) that the Philippines has managed to survive their reign from 2016-2022. Let's say that both Roxas and Trillanes are now outgoing with their posts. Some time ago, I remembered I wrote an article concerning the stupidity of trying to fight off the Chinese military without military training and the use of obsolete equipment . Pinoy pride hasn't brought the Philippines anywhere but towards more oblivion such as refusing to accept that foreign investors are needed for national development. Now, we've got the CPP-NPA (along with its legal fronts) still having the same old stupid narrative. I don't know if I should laugh or be outraged at what happened. For one, I don't approve of China (as a political entity) being a bully to its fellow nations. Though, it might be worth asking IF the Philippines really deserves to have the West Philippine Sea, or should it be called the South China Sea again? It's been six years since the Mamasapano Incident happened last January 25, 2015, right? I was thinking about the possibly biggest reason why the Yellowtards just don't want system change. It could be illustrated in this example if the Philippines were a parliamentary form of government. Just reading the recent comments from those stupid activists regarding military intervention during the COVID-19 outbreak is something. Do the whiners even realize that according to Japan Times  -  battling a pandemic is a job also for the military ? I'm really laughing and irritated at the same time with those Filipino activist groups. It seems to be that the Filipino activist groups (and sadly, many of them are highly educated) would rather trust the criminals than the cops . I even want to question just where are the rallyists doing rescue work when there are times of disaster? I have to admit that the recent assassination of Iranian general Qassem Soleimanni could launch a major conflict. Though with every conflict there seems to be the opportunity to mock the Magdalo, right? I remembered the time I actually wrote about Representative Gary Alejano campaigning by fighting off the Chinese army himself . Before you complain about martial law - do some research first about what it means. Martial law is defined even by the 1987 Constitution as follows: Section 18. The President shall be the Commander-in-Chief of all armed forces of the Philippines and whenever it becomes necessary, he may call out such armed forces to prevent or suppress lawless violence, invasion or rebellion. I don't think everyone who is against the return of the Reserved Officers Training Corps (which I think needs to be revised first) is automatically against military training. I just want to suspect that some of those protesting against the return of ROTC may also be allies of Antonio Trillanes IV and his best friend Gary Alejano. Both of these guys were once high-achieving soldiers who unfortunately became laughingstocks later as legislators. Also, these guys were also involved in two major fiascos namely the Manila Peninsula Siege and the Oakwood Mutiny. I'd like to really give a proposal that those able-bodied Filipinos who want to fight China without ROTC have an entirely new option . It's very stupid that there are some Filipinos who claim to be more "manly" than other nationalities would oppose the idea of mandatory military service. There's even some of them who keep calling K-Pop guys as "faggots" while the latter have their mandatory military training. I'm always laughing at how some Filipinos claim how "manly" they are but whine at the prospect of the return of military training for able-bodied Filipinos. If there's anything that the Philippines needs right now -- it's to have the youth disciplined. I remembered how the Reserved Operations Training Corps was once abolished due to several abuses. Years later, I thought that military training has to be returned in the Philippines  should return. Now you have Rep. I remembered some time ago when I wrote about the Filipino soldiers who repelled the Maoist armies in Yuldong . It was back when Mao Zedong's incompetence made the size of the Chinese army useless and back when the Philippines still had a real fighting chance. The case today is very different. China used to be very poor during Mao's time while today's China is already a progressive country. The Chinese military today is not the same. The worse side is that the Philippine army has become a failure since 1987 or even earlier. I was doing a bit of research and unfortunately, one incident out of many was used to justify the whole fallacy that says " Pelepenos are da most powerful race in a world ." -- it was the great Battle of Yuldong in North Korea which happened last April 22 - 23, 1951. It was once upon a time when the Philippines was still a great nation. It was merely three years and several months after the Philippines truly gained its independence. It was when a Tsinoy captain named Conrado D. Yap valiantly gave his life for the Philippines to defeat the combined forces of 40,000 Maoist troops which aided North Korea's troops. Take note that China's military was severely weakened thanks to Mao Zedong's irresponsible leadership. So does this prove that the Filipinos are the most powerful race in the world and the Chinese are always no match for them? Not at all. One of the biggest reasons why the Philippines is so easy to bully is because of a mediocre state of national defense. It's utterly pathetic to have a picture where the Philippines as a nation has become overly dependent on the United States of America  whenever something bad happens such as China's bullying while other countries bullied by the same country are standing firm. It's just amazing how Korean actor Lee Seunggi who's about to complete his services by October has become "a beast". Here's something that I find has proven South Korean men to be more manly than what many Filipino men think themselves to be. Crab mentality can be understood in a bucket full of crabs. Having had observed crabs whether it was bought by my late paternal grandmother or in a restaurant, I have observed how crabs behave. Whenever a crab tries to escape, the others would drag it down that is you don't want to see others succeed and you attempt to hog the glory for yourself. Likewise, I have observed it how often it happens among Pinoys that crab mentality is more common among them than not.
