Yellowtards Criticizing Clean-Up Projects Should Try Cleaning The Next Big Mess All By Themselves

Every president will always have their successes and failures. It's like no matter how much I don't like Noynoy Aquino III -- he was actually working on amending economic policies though he could have considered totally removing 60/40. Now, here's that arrogant prick Frank Baraan IV who makes it sound SO EASY to clean up years or even decades worth of mess. He even speaks like as if the Yellows' "chosen one" Noynoy made no such mistakes. What about that it turned out Bilibid wasn't really clean after all under Leila De Lima's watch (and the raid turned out to be questionable though Oscar-worthy) or the number of stupidities of Noynoy's appointees such as the deteriorating MRT watch under Joseph Pabaya and the DSWD sham under Stinky Soliman?  Here's my challenge not just to Baraan IV but to all Yellowtards who are now criticizing President Duterte's clean-up drive projects and say that cleaning those places up is easy as pie. They ne

Let The Makabayan Lawmakers Try Drinking Polluted Water And Swimming In Polluted Bodies Of Water

Those idiots of Mabayan Partylist want to postpone the LONG OVERDUE cleaning of Manila Bay . Didn't the incident at Roxas Boulevard mean anything? The whole spewing garbage incident during the typhoon showed how LONG OVERDUE it was to clean Manila Bay for more than 30 years. So why wasn't it cleaned up or at least maintained from the time of the late Corazon C. Aquino up to the time of Noynoy Aquino? Why did we have to wait until President Rodrigo R. Duterte sat down to clean the place up? Now, here's what I can say to all those idiots at Makabayan or better yet at MakaBAYAD Partylist. Why do these idiots want to postpone the long overdue cleaning of Manila Bay when it's already a cesspool to start with? Are the lives of squatters more important than law-abiding Filipinos? Again, you know the idea of the Communist utopia is a welfare state , right? Isn't it typical for welfare state to have a government that rewards the lazy and punishes the diligent ? Squatters

Yellowtards May Consider Boycotting Manila Bay Clean Up If Everything President Duterte Does Is Wrong

President Duterte may need to seriously clean up his dirty mouth and cease his profanity while I want credit where credit is due. You may choose not to be a Digong Duterte Supporter or DDS all the while you can support anyone's project. It's like how I could support some of the economic reforms of Fidel V. Ramos, Joseph Estrada, House Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and Noynoy Aquino even if I don't like all of them. Now, here's the latest project of President Duterte with the cleaning-up of Manila Bay because it's seriously an eyesore. That's why cleaning up is now done because it's not only an eye sore but it's also bad for the environment. I remembered all the negative remarks that the Philippines deserved from past administrations. I can't forget how Claire Danes got a persona non-grata for her criticism of Manila's lack of sanitation. I could remember back last decade and in the 90s with how I knew some people throw their garbage anywhe

Is OFW Parenting Also Another Leading Cause To Why Criminal Minors Are Increasing?

There are many factors why children who are becoming criminals are increasing. You can have irresponsible lazy parents or dysfunctional parents. You can have parents who would use their children to beg or steal money so either one parent or worse even both can get a drink and gamble the money. Then I would also use the problem of OFW families. While not all OFW families have criminal children (if they are really  OFWs with a plan ) but many of them could be leading to this phenomenon of criminal minors?  Some people say and ask, "What if it's your child that gets arrested?" when it comes to the lowering the age that a person can be charged with criminal offenses . That's a valid concern but here's the question -- how did the parents well parent that child in the first place? There's the problem of children becoming more distant to their parents and a severe lack of guidance because either which parent or even both are abroad. So if you're an OFW the

Why The No Filipino Left Behind Policy Is Plain Stupid

I remembered how some crazy 4Ps-obsessed old man said that the policy he so loves is about making sure nobody gets left behind . Well, here's the problem -- a conditional cash transfer policy isn't meant to be given to people who refuse to comply with the requirements. It's also not the government's responsibility to directly provide for your basic needs. Sure, the government is obligated to uphold economic policies that will create jobs (such as removing excessive restrictions on foreign investors) but not to provide for your needs. You have to be the one to learn to provide for your needs. Let's imagine a Philippines where the 60/40 is removed. One can say that even with 60/40 removed that the 37% of Filipinos will still be starving to death. But when will said Filipinos in the 37% bracket remain in their poverty? That is if they continue to indulge in habits that make one stay in poverty even in the midst of economic improvement . You can have more foreign in

Lowering Age Of Criminal Liability Is Just Part Of The Solution, What About Economic Policies To Reduce Poverty?

Is it me or is the Philippines just too fond of band aid solutions and messed up priorities? The current news is that the House of Representatives has currently approved the current measurement. Though there has to be some considerations on how to treat minors who are guilty of crime or used by adults in the process. According to Senate President Vicente Sotto III -- minors who are criminally liable will not be jailed but rehabilitated instead. I guess the same should go that Joaquin "Bullyit" Montes Jr. should be sent to a rehabilitation center.  Why is crime so rampant in the Philippines and other third world countries? Though one can mention crime is now more rampant in the U.S. but it has nothing to do with economic policies. In the case of the Philippines -- there's too many Filipinos seeking jobs and too few Filipinos who can provide jobs. The answer for unemployment or generating employment is not in cash transfer programs . If the economy is so bad then it&#

Badmouthing The Late Henry Sy Sr.'s Success Is Evidence Of Crab Mentality

Henry Sy Sr.'s death indeed has brought in some controversial statements from activists and anti-capitalists themselves, right? There's a lot of badmouthing about the late Sy himself by the poor -- never mind that Sy actually came from the poorest of the poor. Yet he succeeded not because the Philippine government back then had cash transfer programs -- he succeeded through hard work and proper asset management. He started out with a sari-sari store then he opened a shoe mart (hence that's why it's called SM because his success came from that store) and he and his family expanded the family business called the SM malls. Badmouthing the late Sy for me reminds me of the one problem namely  the culture of crab mentality . Ever noticed that when one crab tries to move out of the basket that another crab drags the other crab down? Remember that Sy was once a Chinese guy who became a Filipino in his childhood days. It was that time when the Philippines was still a progres

Ban #SMARTMATIC Errr Dumbmatic From Philippine Elections Forever

Having the right equipment DOES matter to run an effective system. Hypothetically and theoretically voting machines may help make elections faster just like the use of electronic machines for university entrance exams. However, the problem lies on the reliability and security check of the PCOS machines from Smartmatic which should be renamed as Dumbmatic. Not to mention, the reliability of the Dumbmatic machines is questionable at best.  So why would I discourage Dumbmatic machines? It reminded me how LOOOOONG it took for the voting procedures to be finished. It's a frustrating experience to line up from morning up to late morning or even until noon. One of the reasons that happened was that the machines EASILY overheated and elections were suspended for what? An hour or two? Don't tell me that an hour or two isn't a lot of time because it's a lot of time ! It may be election day but some people may have had other appointments such as medical or dental -- so why

What's Your Wedding Gift Or Best Wishes For @PignoyAkoBlog's Writer Jover Laurio?

Photo courtesy of GRPSupport Well the big day for Jover Laurio has arrived. She's gotten married and we can see the Yellow-studded wedding ceremony where the female sponsors are indeed all in Yellow. You may be able to identify the prominent ones such as "Vice President" Leni Loud Robredo, CRappler CEO Maria Ressa, Imelda Nicolas and Leah Navarro. Not surprisingly, the men also include Antonio Trillanes IV, Bum Aquino, Kiko "Mr. Sharon Cuneta" Pangilinan and Gary Alejano among those I could identify. Hmmm doesn't this tell you that she does have her circle of destablizers and why is Trillanes also included?  This makes you think that her true tagline for Pignoy Ako Blog should be, "Para sa bayad, tuloy ang laban." or "For the pay, the fight will continue." because she doesn't seem to blog for the sake of the country, huh? Also, she's shown she's not even non-partisan as she claims to be. But congratulations nonethel

Henry Sy Sr.'s Success Story Proves It's Businesses Not Cash Transfer Programs That Create Jobs

Well Henry Sy Sr. finally died in his sleep at the age of 94. Then it had me thinking of writing something about Sy's success from rags to riches to finally holding the SM businesses. Did you know that SM was called that after Shoe Mart because shoes got him to where he is? Then I thought about one fact that rags to riches stories prove that it's businesses and NOT cash transfer programs that create jobs. While not every poor person is destined to succeed like him but at least - I hope that this post can inspire poor people to stop relying on cash transfers and get out of poverty to at least reaching the middle income level or two to finally encourage the repealing of the stupid state economic protectionist policy so more businesses can create jobs for Filipinos. The success of Sy was found in hard work and diligence - not cash transfer programs Here's the success story of Sy found in the Philippine Primer : Believe it or not, Henry Sy’s story was a ‘rags to

You Can't Teach Math Or Learn How To Apply It Without Dealing With Hypothetical Scenarios

Well it's time to go back to crazy old man who's a Math major. So it's really something to say that he says, "I don't deal with hypothetical scenarios -- I only deal with the actual." The statement is laughable for this reason -- how can you teach Mathematics WITHOUT a hypothetical scenario? Besides, part of applied higher Mathematics (namely in the area of statistics) is the use of a hypothesis testing since it is part of the daily scientific method. You have to observe, question, formulate hypothesis, experiment, analyze data and conclude -- which you can't have the experiment if you don't have the hypothesis. It would be stupid to simply teach Math without knowing how it's applied. Perhaps one of the reasons why students tend to loathe Math can be rooted on, "How am I going to apply it." I admit, I used to hate higher Math a lot because I didn't find the beauty of it in the job of others. But the more I got outside my Math-loa

The Presidential System Promotes Anti-Intellectualism

I remembered when I decided to write about how it's all about BOTH people and systems  that make a good government go round. It's not just the quality of the people but also the quality of the system. I would agree that a parliament won't work if people are all incompetent yet the presidential system hardly works because it really encourages popularity over competency. So how is the presidential system actually by all means anti-intellectual? Credibility and popularity are two different things. Need I remind you that the basic definition of a democracy is a government of the people, for the people and of the people and not a government of the majority, for the majority and by the majority? Majorities and minorities compose of people -- not just the majority yet the problem of the presidential democracy is that it's actually a rule of the majority in the form of bullying mobs .  How does the presidential system promotes anti-intellectualism?  Why do you think

The Tyrannical Queen Of Philippine Media Kris Aquino

Popularity is fickle plus fame and fortune won't always be at anyone's side -- so what made Kris Aquino even think that they would always be at her side? I even dare agree with Get Real Philippines that Kris herself is what you'd call a spoiled brat . She may be almost nearing 50 yet she's always constantly prone to acting like a three-year old girl who doesn't get what she wants. To call her the queen of Philippine media is an understatement -- she should be called the TYRANNICAL queen of all Filipino media because that's what she is for many years! She was ruling the media behind an iron curtain of deception -- only for her tyranny to be exposed and overthrown several years later! So how did that all happen? I guess you remember the outcome of the post-martial law years resulted to the Aquinos rise into power. I remembered having grown up in the Philippines during the 90s. There was this big fascination about Kris. You had her starring in several movies an

Should Kris Aquino Be Investigated By The PNP For Sending What Could Be A Death Threat To Nicko Falcis?

The war between Dilawans proves how #TindigPilipinas is just an alliance of super villains destroying itself . Now why has former business partner Nicko Falcis turned against Kris Aquino? Not only has he revealed that she was sponsoring Jover Laurio -- now this leaked message reveals a possible death threat on his life. I even thought that if I were Nicko -- I would really record the conversation especially if it's a death threat against me. It's possible that mistreatment and conscience may have made Nicko turn against Kris.  Just listening to this is already frightening enough. You can hear how the housekeeper is already crying and in panic -- begging Kris not to do what she did. She's now sending death threats to Nicko. Worse, she even brags that the Filipino people still trust her -- which makes her even more deluded. Filipinos used to love her a lot but that's a past generation. The new generation of Filipino youth are probably more awakened than you think --

Exploding Rage Against Tagalog-Dubbed Tokusatsu

I remembered how often I wrote about the really bad dubs of K-Drama -- heck, I didn't even want to watch that super awful dub of either Secretary Kim or While You Were Sleeping . Neither GMA-7 nor ABiaS-CBN did a good job dubbing them. But the history isn't just limited to the 2000s but also back in the 90s when I remembered some Toku dubs such decades back such as Maskman, Turboranger, Jetman, Fiveman, Ultraman Tiga, Kamen Rider Black, Gavan, Shaider, Machineman, Guyferd, Janperson, Koseidon and Ultraman Ace to name a few. I remembered I used to look forward to watching them until I started watching the fan subs and realized a lot of stuff that was wrong with it! Adding so many unnecessary words or romanticizing said dialogues Turboranger doesn't have a complete fan sub and it may only be a matter of time before Shout! Factory may decide to make a licensed release. I could talk about the first episode of Turboranger and what I could remember. Do you remember the

How The Parliamentary System Can Clean Up The COMELEC

Evidence of cheating in the election is getting clearer such as the the leakage of PCOS machines that were tampered and pre-programmed to the leakage of votes for Leni Loud Robredo containing only 25% shaded circles or other irregularities as courtesy of Senate candidate Atty. Romulo Macalinlang . How is the current condition of the COMELEC a symptom of the presidential system? It's because the presidential system doesn't have a formalized opposition to serve as watchdogs . Now let's re-imagine the COMELEC as the Ministry of Elections. The position of Atty. Andres Bautista would be the Minister of Elections. Now let's imagine a Shadow Minister of Elections sent by the Opposition would be Atty. Glenn Chong. So how will a parliamentary system manage to fix the problem when it comes to government office corruption ? You can have Opposition watchdogs under Chong who will keep an eye on Bautista and company. The Ministry of Elections can be skewered by the Opposition if

Just Where In The World Is Leni Loud Robredo's Brain?

Well is it me or is Leni Loud Robredo really that STUPID when it comes to real life or is she even fit for political office? Anyone reading what Leni Loud just said has EVERY RIGHT to be baffled at just how STUPID Leni Loud can be as reported by News5  a few days ago: A news website earlier reported that the vice president opposed the agency’s proposal lest it could be a source of corruption . Piñol said that according to online news site Politics.Com.Ph, Robredo made the remark in her radio program last week following the visit of President Rodrigo Duterte to the flood-hit Bicol region, Robredo’s home province. “Vice President Robredo’s reaction left me dumbfounded and wondering what other options should be considered,” Piñol said in a statement. “By giving more weight on the possibility of corruption instead of the benefits that the dredging of the rivers will bring, Vice President Robredo has exposed a narrow-minded perspective of how government should work and

Lee Kuan Yew Didn't Self-Industrialize Singapore Into A First World Country

The Philippines can be great again and did you know it was once a country that was once richer than Singapore? Yet Singapore ended up defeating the Philippines. The truth has NOTHING to do with Singapore's ethnic Chinese population -- it has to do with the political and economic policies. Lee Kuan Yew's quote above would make sense especially with the desire of Filipino communist idiots such as that of Bayan Muna (Nation First), Anak ng Bayan (Children of the Nation), Alliance of Concerned Teachers, Gabriela and the like to continue with economic protectionism -- which is a doorway to making countries "self-supporting". Those neanderthals just know nothing to why the Philippines must engage in international marketing . Get rid of international marketing, go hermetic and poverty will skyrocket to the max... Do I need to emphasize that foreign investors are NOT foreign invaders all over again? I wonder where does Hilario Davide get his idea ? So how true is
