There was that time when Miriam Defensor Santiago was once elected to become a judge at the International Criminal Court -- better yet renamed as the International Clown Court. She did decline for health reasons but there's one thing I'd like to assume about the Iron Lady -- she probably saw all the filth at ICC as a bigger reason than her deteriorating health to decline the offer to be a judge at the ICC. The ICC itself has showed several signs of inefficiency, ineffectiveness and in short plenty of  INCOMPETENCY in itself as a criminal court. You're a criminal court and you ought to be impartial. Manila Times has also revealed that the ICC relies on flawed investigations and lack of transparency. IBC-13's plan to re-air classic Anime and Tokusatsu is just stupid for this reason -- it's already 2019 and the 90s children have probably moved on with newer stuff. As much as I hate the dubs of GMA-7 and ABiaS-CBN but they did survive by actually airing new school K-Drama (though I think it needs a break and air other foreign stuff) and not some old shows all over again. I may be old-fashioned when it comes to my taste in music or some forms of entertainment but it doesn't mean I refuse to accept new stuff -- I'm just the type to want to have the best of both old school and new school.
