Are Yellows Threatening To Sue Their Critics For Defamation?

I couldn't help but think of the many times that the Yellows would want to sue someone for supposedly defaming them. It's really funny how Bum Aquino dares to say, "Spreading of malicious information is wrong." but isn't it that the PNoy Pride Media is doing exactly the same thing? There's ABiaS-CBN, Crappler and PNoypine Daily Impunity  that have been guilty of doing the same thing. But the same side says that they are unbiased (when they are biased) and say they value the truth when they only value it only when it's convenient. This is the issue right now: they want to sue their critics for defamation either for libel or slander all the while they are guilty of doing it. One good example is Mrs. Raissa Espinosa-Robles . Don't tell me what she wrote above isn't any form of libel? She's now accusing the Duterte Administration of trying to denigrate Philippine media and foreign media? Where's the proof? When she's questioned I g

The Philippines Is Full Of Crybabies Because The Current System ALLOWS It

As the month ends, I feel like it's time to write about the problem of Filipino crybabies. How often it is to keep bragging how tough and rough Filipinos are (tough Filipinos do exist) in general when there's also a good number of Filipinos who are crybabies? I think about the number of times I read through Get Real Philippines and how often the blog gets accused of being "paid by Marcos" or "unpatriotic" because of what it writes. Get Real Philippines has some articles that targets the onion-skinned mentality . One of the biggest war zones is the blog entry called " Why I Am Not Proud To Be Filipino ". Just reading through the comments convinces me how often the current system encourages crybaby mentality. How does the current system encourage the crybaby mentality? I could name some of them. The current law enforcement is weak because it tends to despise discipline in the name of democracy I remembered reading certain articles on Get R

The Problem Of Comparing Noynoy's Mamasapano Mission To President Digong's Marawi Mission

Here's a misleading analysis which inadvertently showed how willfully stupid the Yellowtards can get. They are forgetting the differences between the two missions. You don't need to be a genius to understand the problem behind the analysis between Mamasapano vs. Marawi .  Comparing the targets  You had Marwan (Zulkilfi Abhir) vs. Isnilon Hapilon. Let us consider the situation of Marwan vs. Hapilon. What the Yellowtards are ignoring is that the whole problem is not just Hapilon but it also includes the Maute (Matae) clan members in Marawi. The Matae terrorists themselves have several connections which made tracking them harder. What made capturing Hapilon harder because he had more allies than Marwan. Comparing the number of government forces killed Do the Yellowtards even realize the REAL cause why the SAF-44 soldiers got killed? It was because of the fact that Noynoy had Alan Purisima sent to take charge when the latter was suspended. It also involved a lot

The Abnoy Legacy From Ninoy To Noynoy?

I don't know why I even once admired Ninoy Aquino and always thought of the Marcoses equals evil while I was growing up. I even wanted to use Ninoy to berate his idiotic son Noynoy Aquino . I thought about one thing I NEVER knew about Ninoy aside from his failed coup attempt (which Antonio Trillanes has the right to call himself the next Ninoy ) was that he was a goofball. Perhaps that's why Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. didn't have him killed. Maybe, Marcos Sr. planned to relocate Ninoy to the mental hospital during his term. Though one could praise Ninoy for being a young achiever but perhaps too young. Should I mention that his parents (both surnamed Aquino) are third degree cousins?  The cycle goes on forward. So Ninoy asks Marcos Sr. if the infrastructures can be eaten. While he has a point if food is low but the problem goes worse with his son Noynoy. Noynoy becomes the president and he objects to the plans of Bongbong Marcos and Imee Marcos-Manotoc by slamming them

Leni Loud Robredo's Wrong Priorities

Here's a screenshot from the Thinking Pinoy who has shown the wrong priorities of Leni Loud Robredo in Bicol. So here's what's going on. Leni Loud herself is givign the wrong priorities for this reasons. I may not be a top financial analyst but it doesn't take a genius to understand these wrong priorities of her spending patterns. She's afraid that fixing transportation for Bicol may increased debt. While the increase of debt is a proper concern but wait... didn't she spend MILLIONS in public fund creating the Jesse Robredo museum? Talk about screwed up priorities. Which is more important? Bicol's public transportation system or the museum dedicated to her deceased husband? More importantly, it's time to have #NagaLeaks (which is composed of Part 1 and Part 2 ) examined. How true was it that Jesse himself was actually someone who pretended to be against jueteng but simply placed it at the hands of the Mercados? How true is it that Jesse himself wa

Santa Claus Is Real But Not So Many Believe In Him Anymore

Well folks the Christmas season is near and this video proves that Santa Claus is indeed real. Yes, they caught him calling for President Duterte to resign. Yes, he was last spotted calling for Duterte to resign. He also called for President Duterte to resign last September 21, 2017. But the "sad news" is that not so many people believe in him anymore. In fact, he has had two failed rallies because only a few believe in him. For one, I guess he should be arrested for being a nuisance before Christmas Eve arrives. After all, you don't want some random crazy old man dropping by your doorstep putting, "Duterte Resign" cards all over right? It should only be fair that this lunatic old man should pass through jail time for misusing and abusing his freedom of speech.

WTF: Feeling VP Leni Loud Robredo Wants War Ruins In Marawi Preserved As "Historical Lesson"?

The Feeling Vice President  Leni Loud Robredo says the dumbest things doesn't she? This is really stupid considering that she's been into politics and I'm no political analyst or that she's a lawyer and I'm not. But here's one thing where sensido komon or common sense is challenged. It's all about her latest wish to have the ruins in city preserved as a "war lesson". All I can say is WTF to do this one. With her mentality, I guess all ruins from the martial law years under Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. and the Japanese war era should be preserved. I guess we should also preserve all the ruins done during the Kipadawan Massacre and the Hacienda Luisita as "war lesson". Why I find this stupid is because these ruins all belong to living quarters. Why doesn't she want it fixed? I have a bad feeling she wants to use it as proof that President Duterte is a tyrant. I'm not saying that's what in her head but that's just one possibi

What A #KrisTD Aquino Presidency May Look Like

I remembered writing several articles on Kris Aquino and one of them is on her dying relevance . I believe that her dying relevance is beneficial to the Philippines. On the other hand, I decided to think of what if Kris herself will run for office. I even remembered writing on Filipinos should brace for the possibility of a Kris Aquino presidency . Now it's time to write a hypothetical scenario of what a Kris presidency may end up as. More padrino politics that will be mixed with show business will be on the way Noynoy Aquino was already guilty of padrino politics . You can see how Noynoy appointed mostly his friends and relatives to their position. Kris will do the same where she will appoint her friends and relatives for office. But it will not just be padrino politics but also show business or showbiz politics. Who will Kris appoint? My hypothetical scenario is that she will appoint people like Cynthia Patay and Agot Isidro to important positions. She may make Cynthia the

Good Thing Kris Aquino Doesn't Have A Mini-Me To Ruin Things Further

I haven't thought of writing this one but I felt like writing about Kris Aquino again. Her relevance may be dying  but the local media of the Philippines still wants to push it on the faces even when more and more Filipinos are getting tired of her nonsense. Right now, she even wants to brag about Bimby Aquino Yap's grades. While I have to commend his grades but that's not important. Most of the time, it's best to keep it to herself. Right now, I'm just thankful Kris Aquino doesn't have a mini-me or a daughter. Who could imagine the disaster if Kris had a split copy of herself with just anyone? It would be totally utter chaos if she had one. I could imagine what if she had a little version of herself born from her womb. It would be disaster to have a little Kris Aquino running around causing trouble and momma would be proud of such bad behavior. After all, I already consider it triple the disaster that the reigning epal queen Leni Loud Robredo has three

Marawi May Never Survive Under President Mar Roxas And Vice President Antonio Trillanes

It's been a few days since Omar Matae and Isnilon Hapilon both got caught in the crossfire. While I believe it's still best to assess the situation before lifting up constitutionally declared martial law but I can't help but wonder what could have happened if Mar Roxas and Antonio Trillanes IV were both president and vice president . Who can remember the lines Marbobo once said, "Bahala na kayo sa buhay niyo!" or "You're own your own with your life." whenever he gets into a disagreement or inconvenience? Who can remember the FAILED coup that Trollanes once planned to overthrow former president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo? It could be time to consider what these two could have done that may worsen Marawi's situation with the Matae terrorists. We could consider that the current constitution still supports martial law. While some may say that Marbobo may not declare martial law but what if he did? Martial law means putting military intervention whe

#ABiaS-CBN's Recent Revision Also Proves They're Not Credible To #FightFakenews And #FightDisinformation

You can think of how ABiaS-CBN is at it again. So how can the Dilawans or better yet the merged opposition called #TindigPilipinas be a credible fighter of #fakenews when they are doing the same? This is the recent fake news that was manipulated by ABiaS-CBN News Network has spread its latest fake news with a FAKE PHOTO. I don't know when this picture was taken but it was most likely done during Cheato Gascon's sham raid  on overcrowded cells. Yet the real picture has it that President Duterte has seen the jails as they should be without overcrowding criminals. This just in it can be shown how Gascon doesn't care about your rights unless you can pay him up. I thought about the past incidents involving abusive policemen and guess who was doing the job he's supposed to do? It was Atty. Persida Rueda V. Acosta  who did the job Gascon should have been doing. Shouldn't Gascon have done the functions he claims to do that is to investigate the misdeeds of abusive pol

Jim Paredes And The People Involved With #CocoyGate Are Bullies Themselves

It's funny how Jim Paredes would consider Lorraine Badoy the Undersecretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office as a bully without considering he's also a bully. He supports that idiotic Pinoy Ako Blog better yet renamed as PNoy Ako blog. I've read the toxic contents of Pinoy Ako Blog and my mind can't even comprehend its cancerous content. It's so full of nonsense plus wasn't Cocoy Dayao and his pals (aside from Paredes) guilty of bullying Duterte supporters? Let's go back to what Paredes did at EDSA celebration. Don't tell me what he did wasn't an act of bullying? He was acting like as if he were the "King of EDSA". He was showing the marks of a dictator. He said all colors are welcome yet why did he get mad at the Duterte supporters? If he didn't like their opinion he could have simply asked them questions without being arrogant. Instead, he showed just how much of a DICTATOR he really is. He acted like owned

Stinky Soliman Should Have Shared The Same Fate As The Chinese Health Minister Zheng Xiao Yu

As the anniversary of Typhoon Yolanda approaches it's time to talk about another issue. It's the issue of Stinky Soliman getting away with what she did . Her massive neglect caused many people who were victimized by the said typhoon to get none. The huge amount of expired relief goods shows how much neglect she has done. What she did should have gotten her fired as DSWD Secretary and get criminally charged for what she did. Instead, she was able to peacefully step down and she may be enjoying her retirement for now It should be a sick reminder of how crooked the Philippine justice system is. While China may be a bully state and it should make amends with every country it's bullied but it did the right thing to have Zheng Xiao Yu executed. If you remember him, he was the Chinese health minister responsible for the Chinese melamine scandal last 2008. She and Marbobo Roxas should have been arrested for what they did. Instead, they were able to get away with what the did.

Marbobo Roxas Should've Been #OrasNaPosasNa For The Yolanda Fund Scam

Do you remember the time when China got hit by the melamine scandal last 2008? The Chinese health minister who was responsible for the melamine-tainted Chinese dairy products. The response of the Chinese government was to execute everyone responsible including Zheng Xiao Yu who spearheaded the operation. What Zheng did not only hurt Chinese but also neighboring countries. A lot of Chinese dairy products had to be recalled to prevent any more fatalities from happening. Zheng was executed for what he did. The scenario was different with Marbobo Roxas. Do you remember the Yolanda incident ?  I decided to write this post considering that the weather hasn't been so good in the Philippines and storms usually hit around October to November in the country. The expired relief goods problem was gigantic. Relief goods that should have been distributed to the Typhoon Yolanda victims were neglected. Instead, for some reason both Marbobo and Stinky allowed them to rot. He also showed his arro

Would You Buy A Copy Of The "Sequel" To The Comic Book That Promoted Marbobo Roxas As A Hero?

Do you remember the time that Marbobo Roxas released his "hit comic book" called " Sa Gitna Ng Unos " which means "In the Middle of the Storm". If you got a copy of the hit comic book you may have gotten so angry realizing that it claims to be based on what really happened when it's a deceitful propaganda. The comics was intended to promote Marbobo as Nobita Aquino's successor. Instead, the comic caused a major backlash which made him lose the elections. Not even  the magic of Hocus PCOS  could help him win the elections. But I think the comic book deserves a sequel but it would come out with events that reveal what really happened.  I think that a new comic book should be published. It should be drawn and made in Tacloban the very city he's disrespected. The comic book should cover the Yolanda Operation Relief fiasco . It should cover the misdeeds of Stinky Soliman and Mar and what they really did. The expired relief goods problem and t

There's A Huge Difference Between Being Critical About President Duterte And Inciting Sedition

Once again, thanks to Thinking Pinoy for this image You have the right to be critical or dislike President Duterte. Some people don't like him because he does have his temper and mouth problems. This is a democracy. Yet another issue that should be raised is this one: there's a huge difference between being critical about President Duterte and inciting sedition to its readers. What does it mean to be critical about President Duterte To be critical about President Duterte means to question his actions without necessarily planning to overthrow him. It's like how Get Real Philippines was critical about Noynoy Aquino's administration  but did it urge any revolution? Instead, what GRP did was to simply point out the mistakes done during the Noynoying years. It was critical of Noynoy but it didn't otherwise incite sedition. It simply stuck to the facts about Noynoy's incompetence without otherwise falsely accusing him. It's highly possible that they were ho

Should We Rename The Philippine Daily Inquirer To PNoypine Daily Impunity?

Philippine Daily Inquirer has been guilty of spreading half-truths throughout the years. PNoys have been fooling Filipinos with muddled truths through the use of the Yellow Media . While I once called it as Philippine Daily Non-Inquirer but it's time to give it a different name while retaining its initials as PDI. I would call it as PNoypine Daily Impunity for this reason. They claim to be pro-Pinoy or pro-Filipino but they are pro-PNoy. Their allegiance is to the fictitious nation (and maybe it'll be born in some uncharted island) called the PNoypines. The reason why I use PNoy as a slang against the Yellowtard was because of that typographical error that said PNoy was beheaded in Saudi for murder. That typographical error alone made me think that Pinoy can be a neutral term while PNoy can be used to describe Pinoys or Filipinos whose allegiance is to the Liberal Party than the Philippines. So what's with the PDI? It's time to think of the number of years it en

How Can PNoys Claim To Fight #FakeNews While PNoy Pride Media Is Also Guilty Of Spreading It?

Thanks to Rigoberto D. Tiglao and VOVph for providing this material It's time to consider what name we should give the Philippine Daily Inquirer a new name. We might as well call it the PNoypine Daily Non-Inquirer. Tiglao of the Manila Times points out the problem of the Non-Inquirer yet again. The oligarch media has been known to create fake news  for many years which gave the PNoys a stronghold in the Philippines. They publish it as real news, they claim to fight fake news but they're actually spreading it at the same time. Just by looking at the people who are part of this "international group" one could consider that Thomas O. Melia DOES NOT represent the whole US AID. Rep. Tom Villarin who once said that the Palace "fears" Agnes Callamard  and he's part of Akbayan. Should people be reminded that Callamard the U.N. Shabuteur doesn't represent the whole organization either? Here's the latest from Crappler which should be very int
