Will Yellowtards (And Also Trillanestards) Please GIVE Their Alternatives To Winning The Drug War?

If there's anything Yellowtards (as well as Trillanestards) are good at doing - it's all TALK NG TALK . If Antonio Trillanes IV isn't the only endorser of Talk N Text - you also have Leni Loud Robredo. There's nothing wrong with criticizing President Duterte. For one, I was overly offended over his "stupid G--!" statement and I think he needs to exert more self-restraint. Criticizing anybody in power is good if the motive and criticism are good. The way that Leni Loud was fired from ICAD totally showed she wasn't cut out for the job. Yet, Yellowtards (and maybe Trillanestards) think that Leni Loud was unjustly dismissed when all she did was run a gossip show. Here's the latest update from Leni Loud herself. Try listening to it if you want a good laugh or if you want to fall asleep. She's proving herself to be tokhanging her chances for presidency . Her press conferences are more of Leni Per Minute (a mockery of the ABS-CBN talk show Kristy...

Does Phelim Kine Arrogantly Think He's An Expert Of The Philippines Regarding His First Recommendation?

Let me get this straight - there is NOTHING wrong with foreigners giving advice. That is, as long as they know WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT. The irony really that Filipinos tend to be wishy-washy about foreign advice. Why did some Filipinos demand persona non-grata on foreigners who offend them with TRUTHFUL ADVICE? It's because it doesn't suit them. Now, why are some Filipinos siding with the likes of Agnes Callamard, Carl Hart, and once again Phelim Kine? It's because it suits their needs. It's pretty much selective really. It's like I would be willing to take advice from Lee Hsien Long and Mahathir Mohamad on good governance but I wouldn't take advice from the European Union or Kine himself on good governance for obvious reasons. Criticism is always like this - take useful criticism and dump the ones that aren't. Now, is Kine's criticism useful OR useless? The problem that Kine has doesn't lie on the fact that he's a foreigner. The probl...

Are You Ready For Leni Loud's Operation TALK-Hang?

Let's just face the selective outrage of the Dilawans. While I do believe President Rodrigo R. Duterte needs to control his mouth - Vice President Leni Loud Robredo still needs to control hers too . I'm just referring to the latest update from CNN Philippines . House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano may have caught the flu from Noynoy Aquino (regarding traffic) but he has EVERY RIGHT to criticize Vice President Leni Loud for being Operation All-Talk. But wouldn't calling it operation TALK-Hang (combination of talk and tokhang) be the more appropriate title? Here's the truth that House Speaker Cayetano is speaking. This is respectful advice to a political rival. Cayetano lost to Leni Loud last 2016. Leni Loud herself is prone to turning the tokhang (to ask drug suspects to surrender and stop while it's early) into TALK-hang. Cayetano's advice is really simple to Leni Loud - SHUT UP AND LISTEN! Listening is the beginning of understanding. If Leni Loud doesn't l...

Let's See If Leni Loud Robredo Can Do Her Work As A Drug Czar

Vice President Leni Loud Robredo finally accepted her position as part of the Anti-Drug campaign. Why President Rodrigo R. Duterte issued such a challenge is baffling. I guess it was because she just refuses to stop yapping. It's almost like telling her, "Look, if you're going to criticize then you better show your solutions!" After some time, she's decided to take it. But the question is can she really do the job she dared to take? Can she prove the president wrong about her? What's she going to do next now she has taken the challenge? Mention her late husband  Jesse M. Robredo  who was most probably killed by foul play ? Unless she really contributed to her husband's achievements but it seems that not every great man has a great woman. Some great men had great women helping them but can she be considered the great woman behind Jesse or not? I have high regard for Jesse and I dumped the allegations by the taken down We Are Collective site as bogus. Ho...

Protectionist-Loving Politicians May Be Linked With Drug Cartels In The Philippines

I remembered writing many times about the baffling stupidity of the so-called "nationalists". However, if anything explains their self-contradiction - it's because these guys aren't really nationalists who care about the Philippines . These activist groups are only doing what they can to hold on and grab whatever power they can. Why are these guys opposed to economic liberalization? I even dare assume that these Filipino activist politicians are just pretending to fight against unemployment to get them heard. In reality, I don't think the Filipino activist groups really care about unemployment. It's just a ruse to hide their power-hungry activities. I'd like to pinpoint the possibility that protectionist-loving politicians may be linked to drug cartels. Why are they already protesting against the drug war and calling it to stop? Why would they bother appealing to both Carl Hart and Agnes Callamard (who re-tweeted Hart's statement on shabu) even if ...

Investigating The Possible Shady Circumstances Of Xu Zhijian's Alias Jacky Co's Escape At NAIA

The latest report of the escape of Chinese businessman Jacky Co from the Philippines should be no laughing matter. Now before those Yellowtards start blaming President Rodrigo R. Duterte (never mind that they do endorse Agnes Callamard who believes Dr. Carl Hart's nonsense statement on shabu not leading to acts of violence) -- I'd like to really point out some simple facts which I got from CRappler . Somehow, you need to use their own sources against them when said sources go against them right? Senator Panfilo Lacson pointed out that Co or should we say Xu Zhijian (Xu is the Mandarin version of Co which both are spelled as 许 in Chinese) is a WANTED CRIMINAL from China. It's time to ask why in the world did many Chinese criminals end up in the Philippines to start with?  Fact check! If you are caught with at least 50 grams of drugs then you can certain you'd end up in the death row! Unfortunately, several years of crooked justice in the Philippines has allowed them...

Are The Yellowtards (Plus Their Allies) Now Even Paying Drug Pushers To Help Produce "Evidence"?

Black propaganda is black propaganda isn't it? From fake pro-DDS pages that spread fake news (which are most likely manufactured by the Dilawans themselves) and now here's something interesting. It turns out that according to the social media page "The Filipino Advocate" -- a construction worker was caught selling shabu on Good Friday. The source was none other than ABiaS-CBN . The article doesn't have the picture anymore but "The Filipino Advocate" still has the picture of who is apparently a DDS supporter selling shabu. There's always such a thing as manufacturing fake evidence. Why not pay someone to be their dummy? I suspect that this construction worker caught selling shabu was actually paid to wear the DU30 t-shirt. The person was said to have been arrested in General Santos and now he's arrested in Davao City. It seems that some of President Duterte's enemies in Davao City paid this guy to wear a DU30 T-shirt and get arrested on...

Better Be Ready For The Possibility That Agnes Callamard Will Help Politicize Christine Silawan's Death

There is nothing wrong with foreigners giving feedback to other countries but the problem of people like Agnes Callamard and the European Union is when they play partisan politics. Do you remember when Akbayad member Tom Villarin hired foreigners to help rally his caus e? Do you know that Renato Reyes Jr. of Bayad Muna went to the International Criminal Court to file charges against President Duterte? So much for being so "nationalistic" huh? Now I do suspect that there is about to be a grand scheme to use the death of Christine Silawan, label it as a "state-sponsored extrajudicial killing" AND use it against President Duterte's administration. So why am I bringing Callamard? Callamard shows how often she leaps before she looks or how partisan she is. She was invited by President Duterte to investigate the issues yet she chose to show her partisan politics by siding with Chito Gascon and Maria Ressa. Last month, Callamard even went as far as to defend Res...

Could Antonio Trillanes IV Be Guilty Of Drug-Related Offenses In China?

I remembered that I wrote a speculative post on Antonio Trillanes IV's "confidential trips" to China . Now it would be time to consider how it's highly possible that these confidential trips could actually be related to drug dealing. After all, where would the Philippines get its nearest source of imported shabu but in countries like China, right? Also, where do you think illegal Chinese involved with drug trafficking in the Philippines would come from but from China? What makes me think he could be guilty? It's because he keeps labeling his trips to China as confidential. This would get you fishy especially why would a shipment of shabu worth PHP 6.4 billion suddenly be in Davao City? Why is it that Trillanes is so passionate and desperate to pin the shabu on President Duterte and his son former mayor Paolo Duterte? This is really where things can get so fishy especially with the confidential trips to China. Why is he always accusing President Duterte as acti...

Antonio Trillanes IV's "Confidential Trips" To China May Lead Him To The Chinese Death Row

Original picture before its obvious alteration is taken from China Daily/Reuters  It's time to get suspicious about Antonio Trillanes IV's trips to China. As much as I believe China's current government should STOP BULLYING neighboring countries but one has to wonder what in the world is he doing in China? He doesn't look like he's meeting with the Chinese government either. Why in the world are all his trips "confidential"? This would raise some suspicions from this senator on what in the world could he be doing in China whenever he's having confidential trips? Do you remember the PHP 64 Billion worth of shabu from Xiamen in China that landed in Davao City? Could it be possible that he actually secretly orchestrated the Chinese criminal vessels to land in Davao City so he could undermine the current administration? It's just a hunch but I think it may soon make sense or not. Why are these trips confidential again? Any Filipino has the RIG...

It's More Than Time To Probe CHR For Possible Links To Dangerous Drug Trade

Today is the "celebration" of the  Three "Martyrs" in China  where three Filipino drug mules were put to death last March 30, 2011. As part of the "celebration" -- I want to bring up the fact that CHR's current administration can be seen missing the point over  Spox Harry Roque's statement  concerning a possible link between drug syndicates and human rights activist groups. I just read from the PNoypine Daily Inquirer  that the Commission on Human Rights has just raised a reaction it's a pointless accusation -- even when Spox Roque has stated a SPECULATION. It has me thinking that Gascon is indeed a point misser. But what if Gascon is more than a point misser? I may not be a criminologist or lawyer but it doesn't mean I don't have the right to speculate. Do you remember the time when Gascon actually invited Agnes Callamard to the Philippines? I still can't forget about the article that Rigoberto Tiglao wrote in the  Manila Times ...

Harry Roque Has The Right To Suspect Possible Links Between Certain Drug Syndicates And Human Rights Organizations

I remembered some time ago where I wrote an article "celebrating" the feast days of the " Three Martyrs in China " where I speculated that maybe, just maybe Migraine International is working for big time syndicates . My article was based on some speculation based on the fact that Migraine seems to be care too much about Filipino drug mules who are about to be executed abroad. I don't think they just get "self-sustaining funds" but that they have to be paid by someone -- which could be linked to major drug organizations. I just read GMA News where it was reported Spokesperson Harry Roque has built the same speculation on possible links of human rights activists and drug lords in the Philippines. Since I'm no lawyer or political analyst then I leave the rest to him since he's a human right lawyer. Here's a couple of stuff where he did mention some stuff that Senator Alan Peter Cayetano had said earlier: "We therefore do not disc...

Will The ICC Investigate Crimes Against The Filipino People Done By President Roxas And Vice President Trillanes?

I keep thinking about Senator Antonio Trillanes IV and his comrade at arms Congressman Gary Alejano are too busy filing bogus cases at the International Criminal Court. I've heard of how inefficient the organization is especially with this statement from the  Forbes Magazine : News stories recently reported that the International Criminal Court convicted a Congolese warlord of being an accessory to war crimes and crimes against humanity. Rarely were readers told that this is only the second conviction obtained in the Court—both of Congolese warlords—after 12 years of the Court’s operation and over $1 billion in expenditures. Rarer still was the insight that even this conviction, on a 2-1 vote, was long in coming and disappointing in outcome since the criminal was acquitted of the most serious charges, and was only convicted at all because of a mid-course correction to charge him with being merely an accessory to the crimes. The obvious question few seem to be asking is whether t...

The Philippines May Become One Huge Narco-State Under President Roxas And Vice President Trillanes

After seeing how a lot of Dilawans have already missed the point with the "dismissal" of the cases of Peter Lim, Peter Co, Erwin Espinosa and company  -- I felt like it's time to write another post on what could have happened under the rule of President Mar Roxas and Vice President Antonio Trillanes IV . I want to think about how horrible the Philippines could be right now under these two. Do you remember the time when the number of illegal Chinese increased? It's all because if they were in China then they can expect to get themselves executed for drug dealing or whatever illegal activities they have. But in the Philippines for several years now -- they have benefited from agencies that could be bribed such as the Bureau of Customs, the Department of Justce and the Commission on Human Rights. If it was already bad enough during the Noynoying Years then imagine that could happen under the rule of President Roxas and Vice President Trillanes. The chances are all...

Missing The Point Concerning The "Dismissed" Drug Cases Of Peter Lim, Peter Co, Kerwin Espinosa And Company

There are people who are now missing the point concerning the huge mishap at the Department of Justice -- which Justice Secretary Vitaliano N. Aguirre Jr. shouldn't even call it a "slight bump". In due fairness, Justice Secretary Aguirre said it's not yet final either. On the other hand, I think he should already resign if he can't do his job properly. So are we going to blame everything on President Duterte like how activists blamed former president Noynoy Aquino for everything last term? We should try and analyze the situation to see what happened. I decided to use the Philippine Daily Inquirer against itself by giving this news report from them: "[The dismissal of the complaint] is a wake-up call to all concerned that our efforts, from apprehension to resolution to conviction must be concerted and thorough," Aguirre said. Aguirre said the dismissal of the case is but "a slight bump on our war against drugs." Aguirre added that the dis...

Time For A Flashback On UN Drug Report

While the Philippine Daily Inquirer is also spreading fake news but you have to remember they withhold and report facts based on convenience. Here's one that slipped past my mind six years ago namelythe UN Drug Report. What date was it written that Philippines has highest rate of shabu use in Southeast Asia? Was it past June 30, 2016 or was it written on MARCH 27, 2012 ?  Based on chronological turn of events, 2012 was during the Noynoying Years . One may argue that the problem could have been partly inherited from the previous administration but they can't always blame Gloria Macapagal Arroyo  for their present problems. One could think about the irresponsibility of two people namely Etta Rosales and Leila De Lima. Rosales is a human rights chair in name only but not in practice. De Lima's prison raid last 2014 may have just been a dramatization and ABiaS-CBN's connections with CNN Philippines may have allowed her to get her spotlight after that event. This r...

Falsely Accusing President Duterte Of Coddling Drug Syndicates While Supporting Agnes Callamard At The Same Time Makes ZERO SENSE

I think it should be clear now how the Dilawans are contradicting themselves. Here's how they play their game whenever selective justice is played by CHR. They would actually bring up some contradictory arguments. They argue that President Duterte is playing selective justice with drug lords or the recent incident where you have shabu entering from China into Davao. Yet they conveniently ignore how many drug-related offenses multiplied under Leila Dilemma's watch . They falsely accuse the Chinese government of being the suspect of the drug import never mind China has a very strong anti-drug policy . It's time to point out a new contradiction where they accuse President Duterte of coddling drug syndicates all the while they support that idiot Agnes Callamard . What's really wrong with supporting Callamard while accusing President Duterte of coddling drug syndicates is this. If they believe what she and Dinuktor Carl Hart said that there's "no evidence" ...

Shabuteur Agnes Callamard's Reaction Towards The Huge Cut For CHR Might Be Linked To Her Greed

Just in from Crappler, it's no surprise that Agnes Callamard (please comb your hair also) is uttering nonsense. Here's what Crappler has to say in its recent article about Shabuteur Callamard's most recent reaction : MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – United Nations (UN) rapporteur Agnes Callamard slammed the P1,000 ($20) budget that the House of Representatives voted to give the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) for 2018. In an email to Rappler at around 8:40 pm on Tuesday, Callamard explained that the CHR "is a crucial institution for the Philippines: for human rights protection, the rule of law, accountability." "It cannot deliver on its mandate without an appropriate budget, particularly at a time when it is confronted with allegations of massive human rights violations throughout the country, and including, but not only, in the context of the ill-advised, destructive 'war on drugs,'" Callamard said. "The people of the Philippines deserv...

President Duterte Has The Right To Tell UN Shabuteur Agnes Callamard To SHUT THE F*** UP

This hag already got on my nerves when Agnes Callamard said that shabu doesn't cause brain damage or violent behavior even when evidence shows otherwise. Should she still be called a UN rapporteur or we should call her shabuteur? President Duterte has every right to tell her to shut the f*** up for this reason: she's talking beyond common sense . People like her ally with whoever has the right price. This time, it's the Liberal Party. They are probably paying her as well as others to help them but I think it comes with a hefty price. President Duterte may want totell her that if she really and truly cares about "human rights" why doesn't she go to North Korea or where human rights violations haven't been so good? I would probably also tell her to have a vacation in Tondo, Manila . She should also show other proof that shabu doesn't cause violence by showing REAL crime statistics from places where shabu use is rampant vs. those in countries like S...

Agot Isidro Blaming China For Drugs Is Stupid

It can't be denied that Agot Isidro is delusional . The way she tweeted on Twitter suggests that she doesn't do any basic research or use any common sense. There's a lot of stuff that you don't need to be a political analyst or a criminologist to find out. One of these is her claim that the drugs are from China or that she's insinuating that all drugs come from China as if there aren't any shabu factories around the world. Yes, a lot of drug dealers come from China but does she even know why drug dealers fly to the Philippines  as well as other countries for some time even before the Noynoy administration? Does she know China is actually serious on its war on drugs? You could think of the three drug mules  who got executed in China or the incident that involved the death of Zheng Xiaoyu (and both Marbobo Roxas and Stinky Soliman should have shared his fate) for the melamine milk scandal. If you're a Chinese druglord would you want to do business in Ch...
