What's The Use Of Pasaways Celebrating #EarthDay2022 When They Themselves DON'T CONTRIBUTE To Environmental Preservation?

I'm not saying that we should ignore the current instances of climate change. I fear that both Odette and Yolanda were the results of it. Though, we have presidential candidate Ka Loserdy De Guzman who's part of the Philippine Movement for Climate Justice which I believe is among the many CPP-NPA legal fronts aside from Kayabangan Partylist, Alliance of Complaining Teachers, Bayad Muna, Anak ng Bayad, Gagabriela, Anakpatis, Katribu Partylist, and many more. Environmental degradation is a reality that we must face. However, I fear that we tend to bark at the wrong tree. Capitalism in itself is good if applied well. Capitalism is only bad when businessmen ignore ethics all for a profit. Building shopping malls isn't wrong. However, building shopping malls that don't respect environmental laws is wrong. Besides, the late Lee Kuan Yew even talked about greening Singapore. I gave a thought about the pasaways celebrating Earth Day. I'm not saying that they haven't h...

Utak Squatter Tenants Are A HUGE PROBLEM To Businessmen

Who can remember the Pasig City demolition incident that happened last 2015 ? Yup, the incident proves that squatters are NO LAUGHING MATTER. The phrase "utak squatter " (squatter brain) should no longer limit itself to those who are technically squatters. Some of the squatters today exist in the form of utak squatter tenants. In short, it's those tenants who have their sense of entitlement. You may even want to question if those people are actually celebrating poverty . Why do I question if they celebrate poverty? It's because they seem to be very comfortable in being poor believing it gives them their entitlement. After all, rich-shaming is really a common vice in the Philippines, right? Just think about how two INNOCENT well-to-do guys namely Hubert Jeffrey Webb and Juan Francisco "Paco" Osmena Larranaga were subjected to it just because they were both well-to-do and good-looking. Webb who was in the USA and Larranaga who was in Quezon City were falsel...

Is The Not-So-Novel Squatterman-COVID-19 Infection Caused By Republic Act 7279?

Well, it's no secret that Joey Lina is called "Squatterman". I remembered writing an article where I said the Philippines might as well thank him if ever the COVID-19 hits the Philippines . I wrote it before the epidemic got worse. Another article I wrote also tackled as to why pro-squatter people are NON-HUMANITARIAN and ANTI-ENVIRONMENT . Now, the Philippines will be beating out China and Indonesia. All the Opposition can do right now is #OustDuterte better yet tagged as #BlameDuterte. I may no longer be a Diehard Duterte Supporter, I would support any platform that Leni Loud Robredo gives to help fight in the epidemic (and competition should keep the government on its toes) but I think the whole blame Duterte rhetoric is getting old. I mean can ousting Duterte guarantee the Philippines will be back to normal? Can letting Leni Loud sit down as president guarantee that we'd have a better Philippines? Sadly, the same problems from previous administrations are carried ...

You Might As Well Thank Squatterman If Ever The Philippines Gets A Coronavirus Outbreak

Joey "Squatterman" Lina himself has to be a real problem, right? Why do you think squatters have gotten more arrogant than usual? I don't think poor people can get that arrogant if it wasn't for a RICH BACKER. Just imagine how long it takes to get rid of squatters. Besides, I have no reason to believe that squatters contribute to both the humanitarian and environmental causes . Who says squatters only affect the rich and middle class? What about the poor people who work hard? Who says squatters contribute to the environment? They're just as bad for the environment as businessmen who sacrifice the environment for profit. In fact, it's a common practice to hire poor people to help in illegal dumping for evil commercialist businessmen. A new study  reveals that the Coronavirus could be spread through human waste . I do find the whole problem to be rather scary for this reason. Squatters aren't exactly known to be hygienic either. I don't want to furthe...

Pro-Squatter People Are Non-Humanitarian And Anti-Environment

Is it me or is the Philippines really a country that has a decades-long celebration of poverty ? One of the biggest problems today is the squatting problem. What has caused the squatting problem to escalate? You can thank the repealing of the anti-squatting act from the current Philippine constitution AND maybe, we should all thank Joey "Squatterman" Lina. Then you also have Filipinos who have their wrong sense of pity  which includes condoning to the wrongs that their fellow countrymen do . There are the pro-squatter crowd who consider themselves as "humanitarian" and "pro-environment" which is NOT the case. How are pro-squatter people actually non-humanitarian? Whether they like it or not - their so-called stance for "humanity" is questionable when they are for squatting. I do agree that businessmen can be human rights violators but are all businessmen human rights violators? Some businessmen even treat their employees with utmost respect ...

Let The Makabayan Lawmakers Try Drinking Polluted Water And Swimming In Polluted Bodies Of Water

Those idiots of Mabayan Partylist want to postpone the LONG OVERDUE cleaning of Manila Bay . Didn't the incident at Roxas Boulevard mean anything? The whole spewing garbage incident during the typhoon showed how LONG OVERDUE it was to clean Manila Bay for more than 30 years. So why wasn't it cleaned up or at least maintained from the time of the late Corazon C. Aquino up to the time of Noynoy Aquino? Why did we have to wait until President Rodrigo R. Duterte sat down to clean the place up? Now, here's what I can say to all those idiots at Makabayan or better yet at MakaBAYAD Partylist. Why do these idiots want to postpone the long overdue cleaning of Manila Bay when it's already a cesspool to start with? Are the lives of squatters more important than law-abiding Filipinos? Again, you know the idea of the Communist utopia is a welfare state , right? Isn't it typical for welfare state to have a government that rewards the lazy and punishes the diligent ? Squatters...

How The Culture Of Littering Also Helped In The Philippines' Degradation

It's been a week or so since Boracay was reopened last October 26, 2018. I was reminded of my trip there last 2012 and I didn't enjoy it aside from a lot of stuff being too pricey there -- it was also how Boracay was now a cesspool. The sand wasn't as white as I expected and not to mention -- a lot of the LOCAL tourists were throwing their garbage left and right instead of throwing them at the proper place. The culture of littering has been prevalent not just during the Aquino Years  but even before it. I remembered living and growing up in the Philippines as a natural-born Filipino citizen during the Cory Years, the Ramos Years, the Estrada years and the Gloria years and the problem is the culture of littering -- I don't even need to wait until the next Earth Hour which unfortunately isn't really Earth hour if they can't even clean up their mess to start with! I could take myself back to the past when I was still below the teenage years. It's really st...

The Recent Manila Bay Incident Shows Throwing Your Garbage Everywhere Has Serious Consequences

Here's the latest news (which I got from CNN Philippines ) and it's not really pretty, is it? Manila Bay suddenly throws back ALL its garbage at Roxas Boulevard in Imperial Manila. It's not a pretty sight and this reminds me of what some stupid fat bloke said that getting fined for throwing your garbage anywhere is harsh punishment . It's time to ask the question of did the person get tortured for throwing garbage or served jail term or was the person who threw garbage anywhere just merely getting fined? Just looking at that incident inspired me to write this post that should be a warning that throwing your garbage just anywhere is not some harmless habit that you can just ignore. Instead, the whole incident is already a warning of how it has terrible consequences. Some stupid people say that throwing your garbage (which includes human body waste) just anywhere shouldn't harm anyone or if it doesn't affect me then I don't have the right to complain. WTF...

Parliamentary System's Competency-Based Leadership Works As Kryptonite Against Squatterman

This is a meme that really fits Joey Lina where he's called "Squatterman". He's saying here, "Let's not shift to federalism because there will be no more squatters." I remembered a couple of times I have written about squatters and one of them was actually how squatters DO NOT contribute to environmental preservation . While I do blame commercialism and reckless industrialization to be a major contributor to environmental destruction but that doesn't mean squatters don't share part of the blame. Let's think about how Yellow politician Congressman Lina or Squatterman would actually survive in a parliament. In a parliamentary, he will have to defend the Lina Law as a senator or member of the parliament. In the parliament -- there's no more Congress. Both the executive and the legislative bodies are merged into one huge Parliament. The Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, respective Ministers of their offices and Senators are all assemb...

Kadamay May Want To Ask For Free Housing, Electricity, Water, Etc. From Former DILG Secretary Mar Roxas

Kadamay means to help, to condone and to sympathize. However, they deserve the name Nadamay better because it's the Tagalog word to implicate someone with fault. So here's my latest proposal -- why not ask former DILG Secretary Mar Roxas for the free housing instead? This would be a good chance for Mar to prove to everyone that he's indeed competent and better than President Duterte if he can provide the members of Kadamay with all their demands. However, there's a huge drawback here. If you want everything for free then you must expect that the quality of goods and services will go down as a result. I could mention the reality that every business whether profit or non-profit still needs some profit above their break-even point in order to maintain and improve their businesses. Why do you think an old space or room for rent (where no significant renovations were done for years) would end up costing 2x or more of its original price when it's been repaired? It...

How Can Filipino COMMUNISTS Talk About "Human Rights" When They Don't Respect Anyone's Property Rights?

Picture taken from GRP Pundit ... It's something to talk about human rights especially that International Human Rights  was celebrated last December 10, 2017. It's now time to talk about Filipino COMMUNIST groups and their demand for respect for human rights. For one, I do agree that there should be human rights. When China decided to harass the West Philippine Sea - it was an obvious violation of territorial rights of people near the area and not just the Philippines. However, do these Filipino COMMUNISTS really respect property rights whether it belongs to their fellow Filipinos or just anyone in general? We could start with squatters and how they disrespect property rights whether the owner is a Filipino or not. How can you talk about human rights when squatters are the type who steal the hard work of their fellow countrymen ? Many hardworking Filipinos are trying to legitimately own land or rent a space. Squatters come to invade property that's not theirs. They don...

Amos Yee Should Try Having A Vacation In Tondo, Manila

I thought I wouldn't have to have to hear of this brat again. BBC News just released its latest news today that Amos Yee was released from jail in the United States . With all the stupidity that Yee himself has been talking against Singapore on how "tyrannical" it is and how the late Lee Kuan Yee is a tyrant. I still wonder why he didn't move to the Philippines last 2010 to 2016? He could easily fit in with some Filipinos who hate to follow simple guidelines . He would probably have a lot of fun throwing trash everywhere, showing up late, answering back at authorities. That alone gave me the idea that he should have a vacation in the slums of Tondo, Manila .  This vacation in Tondo may let him see what Singapore would have been today if it wasn't for LKY's rise to power. I suggest he shouldn't be allowed to sleep in any hotel near Tondo but in the slum houses. I think he and Agnes Callamard can take their vacation there together. I wonder how he will...

Agnes Callamard Should Have A Vacation In The Slums Of Tondo, Manila To Prove Her Statements That Shabu Is Harmless

Agnes Callamard  has not only had violated protocol for what she calls an "important visit" in the Philippines. She also showed how one-sided she is in the issue by refusing President Rodrigo R. Duterte's invitation and choosing to side with the likes of Cheato Gascon. She has shown her stupidity by saying that there's no "direct evidence" that shabu can lead to violence or cause brain damage. As the late Miriam Defensor Santiago would say it, I want to say, "REALLY!?" So I have a beautiful proposal of "Filipino hospitality" to her. She can experience it at "full" in the "beautiful" slums of Tondo, Manila .  Callamard herself should have her vacation in the slums of Tondo, Manila. No, she can't even be allowed to live in a hotel near the slums but that she should choose any slum house that will accommodate her as a guest. Why am I suggesting she should go to the slums? It's because that's where the...

Three Possible Reasons Why The Anti-Squatting Law Got Repealed

One of the most idiotic things that the Philippine government has done in the name of "humanity" (never mind that they are nothing but a bunch of Predators) is to really not take action on squatters. Right now, I've even heard they are planning to remove a historical monument called the Anda Circle ( read here ). In other words, this is another yet stupid move at Imperial Manila, the city that is filled with so much trash. Now why do I think that Philippine politicians  refuse to remove the squatters and choose to keep the law repealed? There's my three possible reasons: 1.) Squatters are easy to bribe for votes as some of them are eligible voters. The problem of the Philippines is that the rules of election only limit to being 18 years old, Philippine citizenship, resident of the place where one is registered for at least six months, not mentally insane or incapable and last, not guilty of rebellion and sedition. Sad to say, long-term squatters can easily vote...

Not All The Poor People Deserve Any Form Of Sympathy!

I just remembered how it had to come from the mouth of a worker to tell me that I shouldn't be giving alms to beggars. At first I thought it was an act of charity but instead, it was an act of supporting mendicancy. To be charitable is to show benevolent goodwill or love towards humanity, it can mean to help the suffering but it does not mean to support parasites. I soon asked the worker saying what about him, he's poor. Then he said something that poverty is not an excuse to be lazy or to go begging, you want money then you work. Stop asking for fish and learn how to fish  is the statement that people must drill into their heads and put into practice. Many of them have the stupid culture of overspending  which one way or another, leaves people poor. When you look at payday, instead of saving the money, it's easy to expect people to go dine out, party hard and then the money is gone. Also,  many OFWs remain poor  because they easily spend out the money left and r...

Squatters Don't Contribute To Environmental Preservation Either

Before you think I'm against environmental preservation think again. As much as I am for some degree of modernization but too much of it is bad for you. Like for example, you may see some problems China suffers is no thanks to too much modernization like how a stupid Chinese woman ended up valuing her BMW instead of her son - fortunately, the rest of Chinese media condemned the woman's actions. The problem there is not modernization but too much of it. Sad to say but some idiots tend to think that squatters are for environmental preservation which is just stupid. Either they play the victim card or appeal to that idiotic Commission of Human Rights . Those pro-squatter idiots who think squatters are closer to nature to reconsider the lifestyle of squatters if it's even closer to nature. I have observed squatters are also bad for the environment with what they do. They just throw their garbage anywhere, they use the public spaces as their toilet which spreads even more ...

The Pasig City Demolition Incident Today Proves Squatters Are No Laughing Matter!

Whenever I hear a report similar to what happened today in Pasig - I am amazed at how the squatters are still as violent and arrogant as ever. Even the word informal settler is not bad enough, they are squatting over a property that is not theirs. Some people say that I am a Communist or Nazi whenever I say that squatters are human rights violators  because they have a warped view of democracy . The Pasig incident today injured 23 people (a mixture of cops and demolition crew members). The squatters have their own weapons which had bottles of acid, bags of human waste (PUKE) and stones thrown by residents. I would say that the demolition crew did come unprepared because when it comes to dealing with slum people, they are a very violent group. The fact they resort to using their crude weaponry proves that they are a bunch of uncivilized idiots. Worse, they may have the Commission on Human Rights to jump to their defense because CHR really means Criminals Have Rights in a stu...

Failipinos And Their Utak Squatter Mentality!

I hate to admit it but the Philippines is a very slum friendly place thanks to the Commission on Human Rights better known as Criminals Have Rights and every other pro-squatter party list. What I SO ANNOYED to think is how those squatters themselves keep benefiting from a stupid WELFARE STATE . Sure to say, the Failipinos themselves tend to defend squatters not only as human beings but also, as the rightful settlers of their areas saying, "Pity on them! Blessed are the poor!" ignoring that other poor people who are not squatters are victims of arrogant squatters. Decent Filipinos have EVERY RIGHT to get mad at Failipino squatters. They worked hard for their living and what do they get? NOTHING GOOD NO THANKS TO COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS! Oh boy I could still remember what Ilda wrote at Get Real Philippines about arrogant squatters. To quote Ilda she said, "The squatters or illegal settlers need to move out of wherever they have been squatting for years or even de...

To That Idiotic Commission of Human Rights, Squatters ARE Human Rights Violators Themselves

I remembered how a hypocrite of a FLIFPAG would say, "Well squatters are still humans. They have rights. Driving them out is a violation of human rights so let them stay!" Oh EXCUSE ME what that person doesn't realize is this truth that the STUPID GOVERNMENT needs to understand... SQUATTERS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATORS. Sad to say in a welfare state and in a culture that rewards the lazy but punishes the diligent , yes squatters are given the right to squat! Whatever you call a squatter, an informal settler is a nuisance to every decent Pinoy living in the Philippines. When I think of the reasons why I don't want to live in Tondo, Manila is because of the HUUUUUUGE population of slums aside from the high crime rate. Anybody who thinks Tondo, Manila is the best place on Earth  is either high on drugs or just stupid beyond stupid. I mean, passing through slums, I would puke over the sight of how bad their hygiene standards are and man those places SMELL SO HORRIBLE....
