It's Been More Than 30 Years Filipinos Are Told To "Vote Wisely" But Did It REALLY WORK?

Having been born in the late Marcos Years means one thing - I had passed through MANY PRESIDENTS already. I passed through the late Corazon Cojuangco-Aquino, Fidel V. Ramos, Joseph "Erap" Estrada, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, the late Noynoy C. Aquino, and outgoing President Rodrigo R. Duterte. It's the same campaign to vote wisely. Suffrage is the right to vote. However, I felt it should be a PRIVILEGE instead of a right. Rights are given to everyone without legal denial such as the right to religion, right to limited free speech, right to have a job, and the right to enjoy the fruit of your labor. However, a privilege is granted to certain individuals such as a driver's license, owning a car (if you do have a garage), and even VOTING. Unfortunately, there are so many dumb voters because voting has become a RIGHT instead of a PRIVILEGE. I think voting should be a privilege, especially that allowing people with very little education will keep the vicious cycle. I remember...

Why Philippine Presidential Elections Should Be Ran By The PCSO Instead Of The COMELEC

Right now, I don't care anymore about DDS or Dilawan - both sides have FAILED the country. Elections are coming near and I'm afraid that the Duterte Administration should've focused on 3PA. In the late Noynoy's case - he was more focused on 1PA which was to ease down restrictions on certain sectors. Now, it's time to think about it that presidential elections are comparable to gambling. Gambling is basically taking a chance or taking a risk, betting or staking something of value with the consciousness that you may lose it. Gambling is built on one thing - UNCERTAIN OUTCOME. We need to take a review of as many elections as we can and why it's gambling. One of the most common forms of gambling is roulette. You choose a number, the ball rolls, and you win only if the ball hits the number. The presidential elections seem to be like that. People go to the precinct, shade the candidate of their choice, the ballots pass through the voting machine, the ballot is dropped...

No Elections Under The Parliamentary System?

No elections under the parliamentary system? That was one of the greatest fears that got launched against the need for charter change or better yet called constitutional reform. The parliamentary system was demonized for allowing candidates to have near-unlimited terms or that a prime minister can get another term. Another fear from the shift to presidential to parliamentary is that there will be no elections. Some feared that Fidel V. Ramos would become a dictator. Later, another fear of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's desire for system change was that she would rule forever. However, that's NOT the reality as many of these fears against the parliamentary system are based on the fear of the unknown . What those fearmongering idiots don't see is that there's such a thing as PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS. The video above explains how parliamentary elections happen. What makes the parliamentary system more different than the presidential elections? It's because you vote BY PARTY ...

She Who Insists She's The Vice President May Not Be The Real Vice President

I may not be a fan of Game of Thrones but you can remember the statement that Tywin Lannister said, "He who must say that I am the king is no king." to his bratty inbred grandson Joffrey Baratheon. Can the same be applied to Leni Loud Robredo whenever she has to insist that she is the real vice president?  There's been a lot of irregularities lately. You can think of this - why is Andy Bautista suddenly hiding in good old Murica? We can also think about this that ballot boxes with invalid 25% shading  were also found. Those who insist that Leni Loud won must let those ballot boxes pass through any non-tampered Dumbmatic machine to see if they can be counted . If the guideline says it's a 100% shading then it must be 100% shading. The 25% shading can make Leni Loud's win questionable or a safeguard should she ever lose. Right now, I don't care any more about the results. But what's interesting is that Leni Loud if ever she lost doesn't even kno...

The Leni Loud VS. Bongbong Protest May Be The Best Remedy For Insomnia

Right now, I don't care anymore who has won between Leni Loud Robredo and Bongbong Marcos for this reason. Why is it taking up to THREE YEARS to do a recount ? When was t he manual counting done ? It was since last year so why isn't it done? This gives you the right to be suspicious, doesn't it? If Leni Loud really won then why is it taking SO LONG to declare her the winner? Why all the hurdles? Why the additional protest fees? If you want Bongbong Marcos to return what was stolen then LET HIM RETURN IT TO THE NATIONAL TREASURY - not add hurdles to his protest fee! I don't care who files for a protest fee - Bongbong should be paying the same fee! Now, let's just assume that Leni Loud really won the election fair and square. It would still be a shame if you consider that it took THREE LONG YEARS to even confirm she's the winner. How would you as a contestant feel it if your win wasn't confirmed immediately at the face of the protestor. If she really won th...

Dilawans Have NO RIGHT To Demand For Election Transparency If They Continue To Support Smartmatic

I guess this is always going to be the problem under a presidential system -- it's always going to be the Marcos vs. Aquino dichotomy or now we have the Liberal Party vs. PDP-Laban dichotomy where only one side is right and the other is automatically wrong. Recently, there's some stupid Yellowtards and their allies who want transparency regarding the elections while still supporting the defective Dumbmatic machines.  It seems that according to ABiaS-CBN -- COMELEC este Comeleak isn't willing to take the suggestion of dumping Smartmatic (or better yet Dumbmatic) entirely from elections. Comeleak says that there's supposed to be "no legal basis" to President Duterte's suggestion. Let's consider the incidents during the Dumbmatic-sponsored elections. Slow, long lines all thanks to Dumbmatic machines that easily overheat. I can remember having to wait for ONE HOUR MORE during the first Dumbmatic-sponsored election. Like WTF why are they supporting a c...

#OtsoDiretsoSaImpiyerno And Their Supporters Have The Nerve To Talk About #HalalanDayaan2019

Well it's time for the election updates. I'd like to give another common sense blog post that would actually talk about #OtsoDiretsoSaImpiyerno and calling the kettle  black. Now, CRappler isn't always fake news either -- this time they had no choice but to reveal that #OtsoDiretso has lost the Magic 12 slot. Doesn't that feel really like #OtsoDiretsoEndGame is really well an end game? This would be very funny when you've got #OtsoDiretso now saying that they were cheated. WTF? They were cheated? Thinkers doers isn't it? Just on which side was making the inconsistent statements regarding the torn tape at the back of COMELEC's truck, what about the non-matching receipts and the leaked pre-shaded ballots ? So cheating isn't cheating when it's the Yellowtards and their allies that do it? Talk about a really bad case of double standard! Remember the time when they wanted the 25% shaded votes to be honored when the actual rule says it has to be 100% ...

Not Making Manual Counting An Option Or Mandatory Step For Electoral Counts Can Make Anyone Suspicious Of COMELEC

Just hearing the inconsistencies of COMELEC ahem COMELEAK as of late makes me think, "Can we really trust COMELEC este COMELEAK with its statements?" The whole statement of the denial of the UV pre-shaded ballots and the torn tape of the back of the truck  can't be just accidents. If the UV light that revealed pre-shaded ballots was just an accident -- there would be random accidents but it seems to be too uniformed to be just an accident. The other is the torn tape of the back of the truck where it could only happen IF the roads were that rough -- though it looks like its hand-torn. Now, there's the problem of COMELEAK spokesperson James Jimenez said that manual counting is not an option. Manual counting is not an option? I would like to raise the fact that South Korea's automated elections also use manual counting to ensure that the machine was working well . South Korea makes both automated and manual counting as necessary parts of their procedure. But w...

After Election... So How's Your Wallet Huh Paid Voters?

May 11 is coming around the corner and I'm really provoked to write this point about paid voters. Desperate politicians will do anything to get your vote and who else are easy to con into voting for stupid politicians but people like you who have backwards knowledge about economics . I'm not talking about it that you people should get a degree in economics. Rather, it's already a well-known fact that you are a bunch of  spoiled brats who know NOTHING about economics ! So if you're a paid voter reading this paid voter (and presumably from a Pisonet or Internet cafe) -- may I ask this question, "So how's your wallet now huh paid voter? I wonder what's your source of income aside from rallying (if ever you participate in it) or the elections? You would probably just accept PHP 500.00 or PHP 1,000.00 depending on how much the official is bribing you to vote for them. But is it worth it to accept PHP 500.00 to PHP 1,000.00 in one occasion? Did you even bothe...

Ban #SMARTMATIC Errr Dumbmatic From Philippine Elections Forever

Having the right equipment DOES matter to run an effective system. Hypothetically and theoretically voting machines may help make elections faster just like the use of electronic machines for university entrance exams. However, the problem lies on the reliability and security check of the PCOS machines from Smartmatic which should be renamed as Dumbmatic. Not to mention, the reliability of the Dumbmatic machines is questionable at best.  So why would I discourage Dumbmatic machines? It reminded me how LOOOOONG it took for the voting procedures to be finished. It's a frustrating experience to line up from morning up to late morning or even until noon. One of the reasons that happened was that the machines EASILY overheated and elections were suspended for what? An hour or two? Don't tell me that an hour or two isn't a lot of time because it's a lot of time ! It may be election day but some people may have had other appointments such as medical or dental -- so why ...

How The Parliamentary System Can Clean Up The COMELEC

Evidence of cheating in the election is getting clearer such as the the leakage of PCOS machines that were tampered and pre-programmed to the leakage of votes for Leni Loud Robredo containing only 25% shaded circles or other irregularities as courtesy of Senate candidate Atty. Romulo Macalinlang . How is the current condition of the COMELEC a symptom of the presidential system? It's because the presidential system doesn't have a formalized opposition to serve as watchdogs . Now let's re-imagine the COMELEC as the Ministry of Elections. The position of Atty. Andres Bautista would be the Minister of Elections. Now let's imagine a Shadow Minister of Elections sent by the Opposition would be Atty. Glenn Chong. So how will a parliamentary system manage to fix the problem when it comes to government office corruption ? You can have Opposition watchdogs under Chong who will keep an eye on Bautista and company. The Ministry of Elections can be skewered by the Opposition if...

What The Philippines Can Learn From South Korea's Election Transparency

It's no secret that the Philippine elections are just around the corner for 2019. The recent problem of the Smartmatic este Dumbmatic deal with COMELEC is riddled with impunity and fraud. It's crazy for the Yellows to demand #endimpunity while they love a culture of impunity at the same time. So why complain that the ouster of Lourdes Sereno by quo warranto of the Supreme Court was the beginning of impunity while evidence of cheating by the Yellows against Bongbong Marcos are now more visible than ever such as the 25% shaded ballots  when the normal instruction is to shade them at 100% or the machines won't read them. Some people want to end electronic elections in favor of manual ones. However, do you realize that some advanced countries do get elections done electronically. A good example is South Korea in its implementation of electronic voting. So how effective is South Korea in doing so? Here's what Asian Foundation has to say about South Korean voting practi...

The World's Greatest Magician For 2018 Is Atty. Romulo Macalinlang

It's really amazing how magic is more fun in the Philippines, isn't it? Besides, the current title holder of the world's greatest magician is a Filipino himself. Am I talking about Filipino stage magicians such as James Cuevas, Jerry Tam (Filipino-Chinese) or Kent Oliver (who's a halfie) as the greatest Filipino magician? Nope, they only perform stage magic tricks to wow our eyes with well-prepared illusions. But Atty. Macalinlang has defeated them by several miles. Here's why... and why he should be awarded as the world's greatest magician! You can imagine how he's managed to actually manipulate the electoral system and those magicians I just mentioned can't even do that. Square ballots that voted for Mar Roxas and no signature in the ballots? Call it a trick ballot. Ever saw any magician Filipino or not perform it? Nope. I don't see any Filipino stage magician wow the foreign audience with that talent. Sure, you've seen many magic illu...

Let Ballots Containing 25% Shaded Votes For Leni Robredo Pass Through NON-TAMPERED VOTING MACHINES

It's time to take the Yellowtard camp to its challenge in its desire to honor the 25% shading. They want to use electronic voting? Then it may be more than time to use it against them with non-tampered voting machines. Here's what I suggest. Let all those ballots that are found to contain a 25% shaded circle for Leni Robredo be allowed to pass through non-tampered PCOS Machines. Here's the basic rule. Anything less than 100% in the shading is against instructions. The reason why these circles have to be fully shaded is because there's a code that follows with it. This may be the best scrutiny against the 25% shaded ballots. Get those non-tampered voting machines and have those ballots that contain a 25% shaded vote for Leni pass through them. It would be time to see if the voting machines will even honor votes for Leni that didn't pass the proper shading guideline to start with.  So what's next? Will Leni and her group ask the non-tampered voting mac...

Cynthia Patag's Petition To Honor 25% Shading Votes Is Proof That The Yellows Don't Care About Following SIMPLE GUIDELINES

It's really shocking at how Cynthia Patag is really aging so horribly -- hence she's also nicknamed as Cynthia PATAY which means dead in English. In this latest update from GMA-7 -- it's really obvious how the Liberal Party (or the presidential system for that matter) could care less about credibility as they care more about popularity. Who can remember her when she was in the 90s hit sitcom Palibhasang Lalake? It's really something how she went from a comedian for the television into a CLOWN in real life.  She's now joining among those who want the Supreme Court who are taking care of the Presidential Electoral Tribunal to honor the 25% shading which is INVALID. It's time to use some common sense in order to show how she's really just patay ang utak or brain dead with her joining the protest to honor the 25% shading.  It's time to consider the BASIC GUIDELINES of shading ballots or any shaded exam. I remembered taking my College entrance e...

Electoral Fraud Violates The Human Rights Of Voters

I was reading through Get Real Philippines and one of the latest issues raised is Leni Loud Robredo. So it may turn out that she's a Fake Vice President or a Bootleg Vice President for this reason -- her votes aren't really real. One of the issues that GRP Shorts has launched is on the below the 50% threshold of shades done in voting for Leni Loud. I remembered taking a couple of exams where test papers were scanned. It didn't just require a black ballpen. It also required completely shading the circles. The same applies for electronic elections. The choices has to be shaded properly . The problem with Leni Loud's credibility of her position is now that there's hastily-filled ballots voting for her -- while voters have to shade it completely. While Leni Loud did have real voters but there are also hastily filled votes that shouldn't have been readable by the vote-counting machine -- so how did she get the votes? It could be through simple editing and hackin...
