My Reaction Towards The Latest Stone-Throwing At Trains Incident In Binan, Laguna

The list of stone-throwing incidents against trains in Binan, Laguna , is no surprise, really. Just looking at the damage done is no surprise. The incidents ran from December 2 to 21, 2019. What was no surprise that a TEENAGER was involved. I guess this is why the leftist groups are already objecting to lowering the age of criminal liability huh? The teenager involved was released due to his age. Some may say that let's just wait until everyone is behaved. Are you going to wait until people stop littering before you make a law against it or will you make a law against it so people will stop littering? While I won't have teenagers jailed with adults but teenagers who are held criminally liable still need to be arrested. I propose that teenagers arrested for criminal acts should be sent to a separate correctional facility to handle wayward minors instead. The incident that led to the vandalism done to the trains is obviously a LACK OF DISCIPLINE. One reason why Singapore has ...

How The Oligarchy Is A Threat To Philippine Democracy

There's always the boogeyman that says, " If you let foreigners invest in the Philippines - they're the only ones who will get rich. " This is coming from people who actually enjoy having vacations in first world countries that benefit greatly from foreign investors. It also has me getting concerned with bragging about Philippine democracy. I remembered writing about bragging that the Philippines is supposedly a shining example of democracy while it's a protectionist state . This has me considering that the oligarchy in itself is really a threat to democracy. I really laughed when Hilario Davide admitted that he thinks that the 1987 Constitution is the best in the world. Yes, it's the best in the world but only for the oligarchs that benefit from it . I'm amazed at how Davide himself even goes as far as to perpetuate the lie that foreign investors are a threat to Philippine sovereignty . Is the old man really in need of his medication like a certain 4Ps-...

What You Think Of Democracy Can Affect The Way You Think And Act

Democracy is a wonderful word and concept yet it's so often misused, misunderstood, and abused. I remembered a couple of times ago that I wrote a controversial post on the Philippines needing more democracy and not more discipline . I decided to update the post with newer content though I can't deny how the comments section became a warzone. I had to delete some comments, I stopped receiving Anonymous comments from "brave" netizens who have a high ego because of how the topic can be so controversial. Let's do a review of what in the world is a democracy? Democracy's most basic definition is a rule of the PEOPLE, by the PEOPLE, and for the PEOPLE. The majority may win but it doesn't mean they have the right to bully the minority. Democracy itself is set by rules and regulations to maintain its health. A democracy without rules or constraints should already be considered anarchy. Anarchy is well-defined as a state of disorder due to the absence of authorit...

The Filipino People Need More Discipline, Not More Democracy

Democracy or democrazy? Some people tend to call me a dictator because I propose for a disciplinarian government along with the fact that  I applaud Singapore as one model for progress . Aside from my posts on having a  well-balanced economy  - I would also propose it's time for the Philippines to really learn discipline. I would like to address the fact that the Philippines cannot really expect progress unless  people first learn to follow guidelines . If you observe day by day, a lot of Filipinos do not practice any discipline. Do observe how many of them just throw their garbage anywhere in contrast to those who throw their garbage in the right places. You can see how  reckless driving  is very rampant no thanks to loose traffic enforcement. Go to the government office and you can see people who refuse to line up properly and workers who refuse to do them properly. In short, it's all a result of not following guidelines. If the government starts imp...

Yellow Censorship Is Just As Bad (If Not Worse) Than The Marcos Years Censorship

Do you remember the hype that the yellows have when it comes to the Marcos Years? While I don't want to deny that some people were indeed martial law victims but it's time to consider the whole Aquino vs. Marcos rhetoric and why it's just dumb -- it's not just because both Mariano Marcos (father of Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr.) and Benigno Aquino Sr. were collaborators of Imperial Japan but also because of the present. One can't deny the extreme censorship during the Marcos years yet one can't deny the biased, one-sided behavior of the Yellow media or which is called Yellow censorship. In short, it's all about monopolizing the media at the hands of the Yellows whenever, wherever such as the "fact checking" done by Vera Files and Rappler with Facebook -- where it's selective justice. So why are dummy accounts by the Dilawans still stay while dummy accounts that were merely created to protect one's privacy (some people hate the spotlight) are ...

Popularity-Based Democracies Are Tyrannies Of The Majority

Democracy is a very easy word to misuse and abuse, isn't it? What does democracy really mean or do we know what's a democracy? A simple definition of democracy from a very HIGH SCHOOL or ELEMENTARY lesson from one's Civics and Culture subject that it's a government of the PEOPLE, by the PEOPLE and for the PEOPLE. It's not defined as a government that's only of the majority, only by the majority and only for the majority where their demands must always be catered to regardless of the consequences. The minority is still part of the PEOPLE in a democratic government and they have the right to protection and free speech. In short, they still have a right to a voice but how is it working? A basic definition of democracy An article from Stanford has this to say about what makes a democracy with its four key elements which would and should definitely include the MINORITY as part of the people: 1. A political system for choosing and replacing the government th...

Are More Filipinos Getting Sick And Tired Of The #RIPDemocracy Sham?

I remembered writing some time ago an article where I jokingly said that Philippine democracy is truly dead last September 21, 2017 . It's time to consider one quote that Ninoy Aquino said from Los Angeles last 1981 when he said that Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. killed democracy. The same gimmick is done except there are a lot of important points to remember -- Marcos Sr. declared martial law nationwide (and it was just too sudden) while President Duterte's declaration of martial law was fully lawful and constitutional with delegated powers, that the freedom of the press still exists and that President Duterte hasn't called for unlawful arrest of political opponents. Just think of it, the "new Ninoy Aquino" Senator Antonio Trillanes IV hasn't been arrested yet and if he does get arrested -- it could be linked to sedition charges . If Noynoy Aquino also ever gets arrested then we can also think that it's because he has a lot to answer for during his six years ...

Yellows Repeatedly Insisting That It's #RIPDemocracy Makes Their Cause #RIPDilawan

Here's one of Pignoy Ako Blog's latest stupid claims. While I normally IGNORE that idiotic blog and the government is better off chasing after big fish like Maria Ressa -- but I thought of using this picture against those who believe it. They are still continuing to hashtag #RIPDemocracy since last September 21, 2017 -- which led me to write a joke post that democracy truly died on that day . Then it had me thinking how often it's very easy to tag #RIPDemocracy even when it isn't. I thought about how democracy itself is a word that can be misused AND abused. It's very easy to say that Philippines is a democracy and Singapore is a communist or dictatorial state (even when it's still a democracy) for the sole reason that one country is overly lenient and the other is strict. Some use the word communist or Nazi without even understanding the differences as defined by world history. Worse, some Filipinos just love to use democracy as an excuse to do what they do...

#RIPRappler Is Not The Death Of #DefendPressFreedom But The Beginning Of Its Liberation From #ProudToBeYellow Captivity

Some idiots would still want Filipinos to believe that they must defend CRappler to defend press freedom. That's so absurd considering that for three decades and a few years - the Philippines has always been under the power of the Dilawan Media . Want news? Most of what you get are muddled in selective outrage such as ABiaS-CBN, Philippine Daily Inquirer, Philippine Star and CRappler is no different. This #BlackFridayForPressFreedom, we don't even see it dead. CRappler is still out there and they are allowed to exercise their freedom of speech. Better yet, freedom to be epal.  Get Real Philippines has this to say about the dangers of equating the fight for CRappler's rights to resume is a dangerous idea: Maria Ressa is, in short, solely at fault for the troubles Rappler suffers today. But rather than take accountability for her executive lapse in judgement, Ressa has instead chosen the path of, wasting even more of Filipinos’ time and attention span. As I had writ...

#BlackFridayForPressFreedom Makes No Sense

Yup today is #BlackFridayForPressFreedom and CRappler is now playing the victim yet again. Is the revocation of CRappler's license by the Securities and Exchange Commission an act of dictatorship? I don't think so. The Philippines may be a democracy but it doesn't mean that there should be the rule of impunity. This is the problem right now as Maria Ressa faces the hard reality that she herself is also guilty of violating the rules the 1987 Constitution where all media must be Filipino owned. Hmmm talk about the Dilawan violating even their own rules huh? The notion of press freedom is getting more and more ridiculous for this reason. How can people who support CRappler talk of press freedom when it's nothing more than a monopoly of information ? There may be freedom of press but when it comes to news why be so biased? Why listen to only one side and ignore the rest? Should I mention that the Noynoying years  nearly considered banning Filipinos from bringing in imp...

The Yellow Empire Is Currently The Biggest Threat To Philippine Democracy

Happy New Year and here's the first post for the New Year! "Umeepal lagi talaga si Marbobo ano?" or "Isn't Marbobo always begging for attention?" would be a good way to open things up. There's one thing that's certain and that the Yellow Empire has been the bigger threat to democracy than President Duterte. How is President Duterte a threat to democracy? Well it's time to think about how do the Yellowtards define democracy anyway? If their idea of democracy is a dysfunctional sense of freedom then they're definitely wrong. Just because we're in a democracy doesn't mean that we can do whatever we want without restraint. Rules are placed there for a reason. Japan may be a democracy but there are still rules you have to follow to keep that democracy up and going. Singapore may be a democracy but they see the value of making people follow simple guidelines . I support the idea of democratic governments but not their dysfunctional sen...

Media Democracy May Be Completely Dead Today Under The Marbobo-Leni Loud Administration

I remembered writing a couple of posts against Marbobo Roxas and Antonio Trillanes as president and vice president . Now it's time to consider how freedom of press could have died would have both Marbobo and Leni Loud Robredo be president and vice president right now. I still remember how Manang Loida said that only they have the capacity and ability to lead the nation . It's time to consider how freedom of press may be deader than dead. Okay, I agree the Marcos Years had many nonsense policies on the press. Those who passed through and survived martial law can testify to how the TV was "sanitized" during those years. Yet what's the guarantee that both Marbobo and Leni Loud would defend freedom of press? Right now, the Dilawans who control Facebook Philippines and other Filipino branches of foreign companies are misusing their positions to battle pro-Duterte bloggers as well as anyone who goes against them. It's all about a power struggle and not a fight ...

How Can Filipino COMMUNISTS Talk About "Human Rights" When They Don't Respect Anyone's Property Rights?

Picture taken from GRP Pundit ... It's something to talk about human rights especially that International Human Rights  was celebrated last December 10, 2017. It's now time to talk about Filipino COMMUNIST groups and their demand for respect for human rights. For one, I do agree that there should be human rights. When China decided to harass the West Philippine Sea - it was an obvious violation of territorial rights of people near the area and not just the Philippines. However, do these Filipino COMMUNISTS really respect property rights whether it belongs to their fellow Filipinos or just anyone in general? We could start with squatters and how they disrespect property rights whether the owner is a Filipino or not. How can you talk about human rights when squatters are the type who steal the hard work of their fellow countrymen ? Many hardworking Filipinos are trying to legitimately own land or rent a space. Squatters come to invade property that's not theirs. They don...

#TindigPilipinas Should Accept That #EDSAIsDead

Yes EDSA is dead and it died last February 24, 2017. If there's any reason why EDSA is dead it's not because Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. is a hero. Whether he was a hero or not is not the issue with EDSA now. The real issue is where the promised change after the fall of Marcos Sr.? None and yet you have idiots who continue to blame the Marcos Years for the present misery of the nation. Right now, #TindigPilipinas was joined by many characters and not just the Liberal Party. You also have Jejomar Binay who previously showed up during Kian Delos Santos' wake, Antonio Trillanes and Gary Alejano to name other non-LP members who are part of this " Legion of Doom ". The same rally was held at EDSA. This is one thing they fail to realize: they can't fool people anymore with the use of EDSA. They wanted to use the same strategy more than once. The EDSA anniversary this year was ruined by none other than the tyrant Jim Paredes . His actions at EDSA showed how much...

The Problem Of PNoys Appealing To Leila Dilemma's Awards From Foreign Organizations

This is another call for Filipinos to be careful about appealing to foreign awards. While I have nothing against international awards in general but there's also some thing about certain foreign agencies. It gave me a thought on her award by LIBERAL International where the Liberal Party of the Philippines is obviously part of. Leila Dilemma given a human rights award. Who else would give award to a liberal but a liberal right? From Get Real Philippines , as much as I've been reading Time Magazine but I can't help suspect that there's some matrix between the Liberal Party and some foreign allies. Maybe, even that old hag Loida Nicolas Lewis is also involved. Here's what the article says: Power did not even bother to know the facts about the cases against De Lima. She also had the nerve to imply that De Lima’s colleagues in the Senate were in cahoots with Duterte and not acting independently when they stripped De Lima of her committee chairmanship. Never mind ...
