The Yellowtards May Have "No Choice" But To "Thank" Panggulong Bobong Marcos?!

Former president Rodrigo R. Duterte is arrested. Atty. Liela Dilemma got released when Bobong Marcos became the new president. Antonio Trillanes IV also praises Bobong to have given them "more breathing space". Has Liela ever forgotten the human rights violations committed by the Empire of Marcos? Liela is already playing friendly opposition with Bobong Marcos. Wait... didn't the Yellowtards hope that Bobong would lose and Atty. Leni Loud Robredo won?  I decided to read Rigoberto Tiglao again. Sure, I don't really support Tiglao OR Maria Ressa . I believe both sides have been maliciously cooking fake news -- for their OWN convenience. Ressa who was a critic of the Empire of Marcos and the Duterte administration -- even exclaims that Bobong's administration has MORE PRESS FREEDOM?!  Has Ressa even stooped down to kiss Bobong's foot? I wouldn't be surprised if Jover Laurio would even surface and do what Ressa did. Inquirer Let's just face it -- the hands...

Posthumous Thought: What If The Late Noynoy Aquino Was Also Arrested By The ICC Before COVID-19 Struck?

Noynoy Aquino is DEAD and it's beating a dead horse. However, I couldn't help but imagine what if Noynoy Aquino was arrested while the Philippines was still a member of the International Clown Court (ICC). Last time, I made the mistake of thinking that Human Rights Watch was simply closing its eyes on the Yellows. However, it turns out that Noynoy had a doubtful legacy of human rights . WUT? That's what the Noytards may say as they revere their hero. It might be that Noynoy would be another baldy man revered despite having a questionable record -- pretty much like Ho Chi Minh, Vladimir Lenin, and Mao Zedong. Lenin may have improved the Soviet economy BUT he's still got a genocide record. Deng Xiaoping may have brought China out of the dumps but the Tiananmen Square incident is a blot to China's history! A look back at Noynoy's assessment by Human Rights Watch (HRW) would've probably made him "fit" to be arrested by the ICC This was written by the...

Duterte's Arrest By ICC Might Highlight (And Unmask) Several Inconsistences In The Philippines

I once supported former president Rodrigo R. Duterte's aggressive approach. It's time for me to say that rather than play the DDS vs. Dilawan dance -- what if I told you I can HATE both groups? Both groups are guilty of political idolatry. It might be time to say this that if the late Noynoy Aquino can be compared to Mao Zedong -- Duterte may be comparable to JOSEPH STALIN. Yes, Duterte has been arrested and the Yellowtards can rejoice . However, it may be time to address that the Yellowtards for their double standard and the INEFFECTIVENESS of the ICC as a body. I confess that I withdrew support from Duterte but I'm not going to go all-out for the Dilawans. Both DDS and Dilawans are full of sheer inconsistencies. The Dilawans are pretty much like rabid Maoists. The DDS might also be comparable to rabid Stalinists.  If anything, the Yellowtards should be thankful to President Bobong Marcos Just think that Bobong was still willing to cooperate with the ICC: President Ferdina...

ICC Supporters Who Go Against Economic Liberalization Better Ask Themselves If The ICC Can Provide Jobs For MILLIONS Of Filipinos

The stupidity rages on now, doesn't it? A lot of these idiots who support the International Clown Court are also against foreign direct investment (FDI) . I really want to raise this up because this is where the hypocrisy sits. The anti-FDI crowd has a lot of long reasons to go against FDI such as " protection of sovereignty " and " protection of national interests ". It's already becoming more laughable when these guys who hate FDIs as a "threat to sovereignty" are now asking Jover Laurio's "mother" Fatso Brouhaha (Fatou Bensouda) and Agnes Callamard to help them against the Duterte Administration. The ICC is already known to be incompetent in its work. It doesn't take a genius to understand that 12 years, USD 1 Billion, and only TWO convictions are proofs of incompetence . I may be a nobody blogger but that doesn't mean I can't understand the basics of economics and politics to understand certain issues. Today, I can acc...

The IRONY Filipino Communists Hate FDI While Loving The ICC

PaWokes of the Republic of Twitter Isn't it ironic? I really can observe the sheer hypocrisy of Filipino commies in this one. I remembered last 2018 when Renato "Babalu" Reyes Jr. went to the International Criminal Clown Court  (ICC). It should be very laughable as a few days ago - we've got more Filipino communists doing their virtue signals, demanding the ICC to start another investigation against President Rodrigo R. Duterte. This would be where contradiction hits very hard. Wait, I thought they were really nationalistic? It's just like how Tom Villarin of Akbayad asks help from both Agnes Callamard (who's once again being the bitch that she is) and the really BS European Union (EU).  The clamor for Filipino communists has always been going against foreign direct investments (FDI). For example, Rep. Atty. Antonio Tinio of the Alliance of Complaining Teachers and Bayad Muna both badmouth FDIs then get mad that the Philippines is pulling out of the ICC . I t...

Suing China At The ICC Is A Risky Move

This is really stupid or what? It's really crazy how Albert Del Rosario and Conchita Morales both decide to go to International Criminal Court rather than any other neighboring court to file cases against Xi Jinping. Also, China is NOT a member of the ICC which makes this move even more stupid. I wonder how often does Mrs. Morales flip-flop anyway such as suddenly filing a case against Noynoy Aquino for Mamasapano and disbursement program? Now she decides to go to ICC which may not be the best place to go either. I wonder have Mrs. Morales and del Rosario consider the history of the ICC? If China were part of the ICC then maybe its corrupt officials would have gotten away from mistreating their citizens up to them bullying their neighbor countries. If China were part of ICC then maybe China would have probably made every neighboring country surrender. Maybe today the countries of Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan would be under Chinese rule...

Miriam Defensor Santiago Would've Probably Died Much Earlier If She Joined The International Clown Court

There was that time when Miriam Defensor Santiago was once elected to become a judge at the International Criminal Court -- better yet renamed as the International Clown Court. She did decline for health reasons but there's one thing I'd like to assume about the Iron Lady -- she probably saw all the filth at ICC as a bigger reason than her deteriorating health to decline the offer to be a judge at the ICC. The ICC itself has showed several signs of inefficiency, ineffectiveness and in short plenty of  INCOMPETENCY in itself as a criminal court. You're a criminal court and you ought to be impartial. Manila Times has also revealed that the ICC relies on flawed investigations and lack of transparency. I guess that's why they support the pork barrel politicians whose funding sources are just as questionable as theirs. Just imagine what if Miriam stepped into the ICC and saw all of that. She was already having cancer and the stress of the ICC could've taken her life...

Yellowtard Socialists And Filipino COMMUNISTS Relying On The International Clown Court Proves They're Not As "Nationalistic" As They Claim To Be

I remembered how I wrote about how the Filipino activist groups aren't as nationalistic as they want you to believe. They oppose to foreign investments in the name of nationalism. However, you see Renato Reyes Jr. not only drinking a Coke float  but he was later seen with Jimmylisa Badayos (left) going to the International Clown Court. WTF and I thought people like them were really nationalistic. Oh the irony the hate the idea of foreign investors doing business in the Philippines (and they submit one lie after the other) all the while they welcome foreign intervention from foreigners ! Don't buy for even a second that these groups are nationalistic because they are NOT. They only use nationalism as a cover for their activities. In reality, they don't want foreign investors to arrive in the Philippines because it would mean the downfall of their power. Reyes himself is pretty much the rally is life and he gets paid to do so. Rally is life because there's lots of mo...

WTF Is Renato Reyes Jr. Doing At The International Criminal Court If He's So "Nationalistic"?

It's no secret that the "nationalist" groups such as Bayan Muna and Akbayan actually contradict themselves. A year ago, Tom Villarin of Akbayan even went as far as to join with foreign groups who claim to be "experts of the Philippines" and even said that the Malacanang Palace is "scared" of Agnes Callamard . Now, it turns out that Renato "Babalu" Reyes Jr. was absent because he flew all the way to the NETHERLANDS to go to the International Criminal Court  (ICC) -- which by the way is really that useless because it's ran by selective justice. As said, it's good to have a criminal court but it's useless when people running it are also useless -- just like the Commission of Human Rights became a useless sitting duck because of people like Leila De Lima, Etta Rosales and Chito Gascon .  What's so contradictory about Reyes himself? He hates capitalism and the U.S. but why was he even caught drinking a COKE FLOAT  over any ...

ICC's Corruption Charges May Inadvertently Reveal #TindigPilipinas' Dirty Laundry

These days, I think the problem is not the statement "Proud to be Pinoy!" or "Pinoy Pride!" itself but the wrong application of it. I don't think anything's wrong with saying "Pinoy Pride!" or "Proud to be Pinoy!" to events such as the Gilas wins or Beverly Caimen's career in Japan. Now another event where Filipinos should be proud of and maybe even shout louder "PINOY PRIDE!" and NOT "PNOY PRIDE!" is the withdrawal from the International Criminal Court . The  Manila Times  also reveal this one about the ICC which isn't too shocking and why I believe it's no longer President Duterte's right but his duty to withdraw the Philippines from such an organization: Usually, economic power translates to political control. The ICC is not an exception.  Yet, the ICC’s funding is not transparent . It is financed “primarily” by its member states. The contributions of each state are determined by the method u...

So Where Was ICC During The Marawi Siege?

President Duterte's decision to pull out of the International Criminal Court is not an act of cowardice but prudence. This is why I want to stress it out that the Philippines (and other countries) are better off without ICC . It's time to consider not only the inefficiency of the ICC (with a $ 1 Billion budget for twelve years with only TWO Congolese warlords convicted) but also what are they doing the whole day. This brings me back to the Maute crisis which may be far from over. It's crazy how the ICC wants to investigate President Duterte or how some people sign the stupid ICC petition to investigate him for alleged crimes. But where's the petition to get ICC to investigate one serious matter -- the HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS committed by Maute as they are part of the international terrorist organization known as ISIS. ISIS is an international organization so where's ICC in all of this? Doesn't ICC mean International CRIMINAL Court? Instead, it's just ...

Will The ICC Investigate Crimes Against The Filipino People Done By President Roxas And Vice President Trillanes?

I keep thinking about Senator Antonio Trillanes IV and his comrade at arms Congressman Gary Alejano are too busy filing bogus cases at the International Criminal Court. I've heard of how inefficient the organization is especially with this statement from the  Forbes Magazine : News stories recently reported that the International Criminal Court convicted a Congolese warlord of being an accessory to war crimes and crimes against humanity. Rarely were readers told that this is only the second conviction obtained in the Court—both of Congolese warlords—after 12 years of the Court’s operation and over $1 billion in expenditures. Rarer still was the insight that even this conviction, on a 2-1 vote, was long in coming and disappointing in outcome since the criminal was acquitted of the most serious charges, and was only convicted at all because of a mid-course correction to charge him with being merely an accessory to the crimes. The obvious question few seem to be asking is whether t...

The Philippines Is Better Off Without The International Criminal Errrr CLOWN COURT

Many organizations may have impressive names but they usually go nowhere. The International Criminal Court is better renamed as the International CLOWN Court. Here's what I may have missed for so long from the GRPundit considering I'm no expert in politics and this blog has been here to help express my side of the fence while stating some facts from people who know better than I do: This is so wrong in all levels. Let me reiterate that the ICC has a track record of being double-standard. It easily prosecuted African presidents for alleged acts of genocide but has not taken action in the US aggression against Iraq and Afghanistan. In short, it can only bully the states they can bully. The insistence of the ICC that the CHR will investigate will not be acceptable due to two huge reasons. First, its Chairman is politicized being a known supporter of the opposition and an Aquino appointee. You cannot trust him to be fair. Second, the CHR is a constitutional anomaly. It is a to...
