A Parliamentary System Would've KICKED OUT Prime Minister Noynoy Aquino Via A Motion Of No Confidence For #Fallen44 Disaster

It's been six years since the Mamasapano Incident happened last January 25, 2015, right? I was thinking about the possibly biggest reason why the Yellowtards just don't want system change. It could be illustrated in this example if the Philippines were a parliamentary form of government. Just imagine if we had his excellency, Prime Minister Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino, as the Head of Government and the Liberal Party of the Philippines served as the Government bloc of the Philippine Parliament. Noynoy would've served as the Prime Minister of the Republic of the Philippines.

What I find so STUPID about Get Real Philippines is how they fail to account for the system. True, I don't want to deny the big fault of SAF-44 also happened because of former PNP Chief Alan La Madrid Purisima. However, one can't deny that the SYSTEM in itself is more responsible than either Noynoy or Purisima. Some people were asking for Noynoy to resign but did they get it? To say that the presidential form of impeachment trial works better than a vote of no confidence is bogus. The proof is that Donald Trump wasn't even removed from office. However, in parliamentary systems, the vote of no confidence is a more effective form of impeachment. The presidential form will only charge when a crime is committed. A vote of no confidence takes place when a Member of the Parliament is no longer capable of leading and not only when he or she commits a crime. The system in itself actually kept Noynoy in power as a PRESIDENT.

The same won't be true if Noynoy were the PRIME MINISTER of the Philippines. You can think of the transparency of the parliamentary is better because of the weekly question hour. Can you imagine if during the reign of Prime Minister Aquino and the Liberal Party that they were scrutinized by the formal Opposition? Let's imagine if Bagumbayan-VNP is the Opposition led by Opposition Leader Richard Gordon. Gordon will be questioning Noynoy as the prime minister concerning the Mamasapano mishap. What would happen is that the Parliament session will hold and question Noynoy concerning the deaths of the SAF-44. What he may have to account for is also his tactlessness towards the victims of the SAF-44 and as to why 44 soldiers were wasted in ONE DAY to arrest the late Malaysian terrorist, Zulkilfi Abdhir alias Marwan. This grilling by the Philippine Opposition would require him to be answerable for his blunder and either resign or suffer the shame of a vote of no confidence.

How can Noynoy be thrown out? It would be that HIS OWN PARTY, the Liberal Party, would be forced to throw him out or RESIGN. The Parliament is not just the Government but also the Opposition. The Government members may have no choice but to vote him out of the Liberal Party if they want to stay credible and relevant. This in turn would put Noynoy as a deposed PRIME MINISTER because of the SAF-44 incident.
