Would You Enroll At The Trillanes-Alejano Military Academy?

I don't think everyone who is against the return of the Reserved Officers Training Corps (which I think needs to be revised first) is automatically against military training. I just want to suspect that some of those protesting against the return of ROTC may also be allies of Antonio Trillanes IV and his best friend Gary Alejano. Both of these guys were once high-achieving soldiers who unfortunately became laughingstocks later as legislators. Also, these guys were also involved in two major fiascos namely the Manila Peninsula Siege and the Oakwood Mutiny.

I'd like to really give a proposal that those able-bodied Filipinos who want to fight China without ROTC have an entirely new option. My proposal is that they should enroll in the Trillanes-Alejano Military Academy (which isn't real but just a joke). Didn't Alejano say that he was the soldier of the Filipino? Didn't he say that he would fight against invaders? That's what he bragged about in his failed campaign jingle. Also, doesn't Trillanes back Alejano up in almost everything the latter does? I guess these two should start their own military school and train Filipinos who don't want ROTC while still want to fight against China. They can start now by establishing their own military academy together.

I could imagine how these two could start their school together. Maybe, they can build their school in Metro Manila, Caloocan, or Negros Occidental. The location is entirely up to them. Then they can start accepting enrollees who must be anti-Duterte, anti-ROTC but still willing to defend the country. They can also start making their fellow Magtago Partylist collaborators their first faculty for their new military school. Either way, I'd like to see them open their military academy and lead their troops against the Chinese military all by themselves.

  1. ROTC during high school is the worst solution. It takes time the students need to obtain knowledge in school knwledge and if they hae less time they will fall behind other countries even more.

A mandatory conscription would be the better solution. All abled body students have to serve in the military for one year after graduating from senor high school. ROTC would be part of this service during the first weeks.

    1. Hi thanks for dropping by!

Hmmm now you mentioned it - it looks like ROTC must follow South Korea's mandatory conscription for all able-bodied people. What do you think?
