The CPP-NPA hates capitalism (and well, commercialism), but WHY IN THE WORLD do they use Apple stuff? According to them, it was the WORKERS who assembled the MacBOOK Pros. Do these guys even know business sense? Apparently not. It doesn't take a PhD at a hard-to-enter school to understand that workers GET THE SALARY, and the PROFITS go to the COMPANY.
It makes me laugh whenever I see the CPP-NPA use what's considered BOURGEOIS stuff. There's such a thing as TARGET MARKET. Apple products are HIGH-END PRODUCTS. Aren't they supposed to be FIGHTING FOR THE WORKING CLASS? There's plenty of WORKING CLASS EQUIPMENT they could buy there -- to support the WORKING CLASS. They could've purchased gadgets such as Xiaomi or Samsung. Samsung and Xiaomi would offer affordable WORKING CLASS equipment. Instead, what's the rationale anyway (aside from because the workers assembled the Apple products) to use Apple products that are NOT meant for the WORKING CLASS?
It should be funnier that the CPP-NPA legal fronts oppose open FDI. Opposing FDI while using Apple gadgets? Opposing FDI because it's supposedly an "act of invasion" while welcoming the International Clown Court (ICC) to arrest former president Atty. Rodrigo R. Duterte? The contradiction is seemingly endless if you ask me! In short, the CPP-NPA is either DAMN IGNORANT or they'll do anything to suit their narrative!

Meanwhile, some socialists claim that it's NOT hypocritical for them to use Apple products. They claim socialism and capitalism aren't methods of production. Rob Larson's explanation on Jacobin can be funny. Vietnam still considers itself a socialist country. The difference is that the CPV-VPA in Vietnam has embraced Doi Moi. Do Muoi maintained socialist values, Vietnam is still called the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, while it operates under Vladimir Lenin's No Work No Eat policy. Vietnam has welcomed Apple as one of its investors. Vietnam welcomed FDI with open arms, although a SIGNIFICANT FEW are still highly restricted. The CPV-VPA got rid of the old methods, while the late Joma Sison didn't. The CPP-NPA became a poor imitation of the CPV-VPA -- the most obvious being Kabataan Pantylist as a poor imitation of the Vietnam Youth Union!
