Raoul Manuel is a graduate of applied mathematics at the University of the Philippines. That means Raoul himself would know how to magically lower down the prices of goods while increasing salaries. Say it's impossible! Raoul is a cum laude and cum laude from HARD TO ENTER SCHOOLS ARE NEVER WRONG! You must be a MORON to argue with Raoul if you're neither cum laude nor a graduate of hard to enter schools!
