Strange Dream: Cong Caphe Manila Opens With Hilarious Hijinks

Cong Caphe Philippines was supposed to open in February 2025. However, there are delays. Apparently, Cong Caphe is semi-owned by the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV). Cong Caphe's staff are dressed up like members of the Vietnam People's Army. The CPP-NPA is a poor copy of the CPV-VPA. Heck, it's really too obvious that Kabataan Pantylist copied from the CPV youth wing Doan Thanh Nien (Vietnam Youth Union). I wonder if delays are purposely done. The date may be shifted to March 26 -- the founding anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Union aka the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union! 

The Vietnam Youth Union could trigger parents filing complaints against Kabataan Pantylist

One look and people might say, "Kabataan Pantylist kayo ba yan?!" The youth volunteers in blue adhere to Marxist-Leninist ideals. Did the late Joma Sison get inspired too much by the Vietnam War? Maybe, that's why Kabataan Pantylist uniforms are also in blue. I showed photos of the Vietnam Youth Union to people and remarked, "Para silang sa Kabataan Pantylist!" The CPV-VPA may be planning to send selected members of the Vietnam Youth Union to the Philippines. It'd be funny if they ran across Kabataan Pantylist. Challenge anyone?

Both the Vietnam Youth Union and Kabataan Pantylist are youth recruiters. Notice the similarity between Sarah Elgago (who's now part of Gagabriela) and one member of the Vietnam Youth Union. People may not notice the different logos because both groups wear similar shades of blue. It might be funny if parents notice the Vietnam Youth Union and demand their children back. It might not be farfetched if ever the Vietnam Youth Union will interact with Filipino children. Both follow Vladimir Lenin's concept of youth recruitment.

The chances that the Vietnam Youth Union members will interact with Filipino children -- would not be far-fetched! That's assuming English speaking members are sent. They might end up interacting with Filipino children to the chagrin of Filipino parents. I wouldn't be surprised if Cong Caphe will have a playground built by the Vietnam Youth Union members. It might be funnier if the Vietnam Youth Union members will start giving stuffed toys, use youth recruitment mascots, etc. during that day. Angry parents might mistake them for Kabataan Pantylist members! 

It'd be funny if this Alice Guo lookalike came too...

Above is a photo from the Vietnam National University. One may end up saying to the girl with the MacBook saying, "Alice Guo IKAW BA NGA YAN?!" Actually, her name is Ha Thi Thu Trang. It may look like Alice took part in Kabataan Pantylist. Thu Trang here is 21 years old in 2023. Thu Trang would be going 23 this year -- maybe still trained by the CPV-VPA to become mayor in her hometown. I wouldn't be surprised if  Thu Trang parents actually own a farm and she had an ESL teacher named Rubilyn! Apparently, Thu Trang might be assigned to come to the Philippines due to her impressive work ethic. 

Entering the 4th year of working with the Youth Union - Association, youth movement, students, Ha Thi Thu Trang (4th year student majoring in Urban Development and Real Estate Management, Faculty of Geography, University of Natural Sciences, Vietnam National University, Hanoi) feels the change and grows more day by day.

For the female Chairwoman of the Student Union of the University of Natural Sciences, participating in the Youth Union - Association helps the 21-year-old girl have the opportunity to develop many of her skills such as communication, leadership, exchange, connect and integrate with domestic and foreign students.

"The process of striving and cultivating oneself is not an easy thing for me or any of the Association's officials who are students; Especially in balancing the time between studying, living, and activities of the Youth Union - Association...

However, thanks to the help of teachers, friends and being able to work for the collective, it has inspired and motivated me to strive and complete the assigned tasks well. Thereby, I and my friends have contributed to the development of the Association's work and the student movement," Thu Trang said.

In the role of President of the University's Student Association, Thu Trang always remembers that she must always strive to improve herself and at the same time try to learn and absorb "good - beautiful - new" things to continue to come up with meaningful ideas and programs, inspiring students. Thereby, members will contribute to promoting the work of the Association and the student movement in the university, connecting units, members and students; Strongly promote the emulation movement, training, learning and research.

With her own efforts, Thu Trang has achieved many impressive awards such as: January Star Award in 2022; Certificate of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Union with excellent achievements in the work of the Association and the student movement in the academic year 2022 - 2023; The Certificate of Merit of the Vietnamese Student Association of Hanoi has made excellent achievements in the work of the Association and the student movement for the term 2020 - 2023...

"I always live, study and work with the concept: "On the road to success, there are no footprints of lazy people" and "If you try, you will achieve worthy results". As a young person with the mission of building an increasingly rich and strong country, I will work, train, and study hard so that when I look back on the journey, I will see that I once had a full youth," Thu Trang expressed.

It would be funny if Thu Trang arrived in the Philippines with other selected Vietnam Youth Union group members. The current case involving Alice would probably create, "Huh? Alice Guo is that you?" scenario. Of course, Thu Trang would have her identity in the passport, her fingerprint, etc. That means her fingerprint wouldn't match with Alice. It's because Alice and Thu Trang are two different people! Nobody has matching fingerprints! Thu Trang might end up going to the police station for interrogation -- only for her details to prove she's NOT Alice. Alice might need to wear a huge tag saying, "I'm NOT Alice Guo!"
