[Bizarre Speculation] Is It Alice Guo Who Escaped Or Did Vietnam Youth Recruiter Ha Thi Thu Trang Drop By The Philippines?

Cong Caphe was said to open in mid-February but it's been delayed for some reason. It sounds crazy but I think but Vietnam Youth Union member Ha Thi Thu Trang may have vacationed in the Philippines. Thu Trang (right) may have been mistaken to be Alice Guo aka Guo Hua Ping (left). The resemblance is uncanny. It's said that Alice left for the Philippines for the nth time. Is it because the Bureau of Immigration (BI) is just TANGA? People may LOOK ALIKE but come on -- aren't there supposedly SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS such as passports to prove one after the other?

My speculation goes that it may NOT be Alice who left. It was speculated Alice may have left via Tawi Tawi. However, we need to keep our eyes peeled. A claim later said that Alice fled to Malaysia seven months ago. Instead, it was possibly Thu Trang and not Alice who left. That would put the Bureau of Immigration under hot water. Assuming that Thu Trang arrived in the Philippines (presumably to get Cong Caphe PH's first venue secured) -- wouldn't her VIETNAMESE PASSPORT tell her apart?

IMHO this is what happened on July 18, 2024. It's possible that Thu Trang had entered the Philippines at some point. It may be because Thu Trang's parents may be co-owners of Cong Caphe. Basically, it might be a case of mistaken identity. Thu Trang (and other Youth Union members) may have been assigned to go to the Philippines and Malaysia. If not, Thu Trang was possibly sent to lead a survey team to find a good place to open Cong Caphe. Thu Trang may have found Quezon City as a good location. The CPV-VPA might've delayed the opening and plan to open Cong Caphe on the founding date of the Vietnam Youth Union.

It's really a huge slap on the BI's face. If it was Thu Trang who left the country then they failed in reading comprehension. If it was Alice then so much for the Imperial Manila system. Not delegating power in other areas is a huge problem. Focusing everything on Imperial Manila may have allowed Alice to escape.
