Failipino Pride Is The Opium Addiction Of Today's Filipino Society!

Do you find the picture above funny or offensive?  I find it funny at the same time offensive, offensive because it reminds me of people I have to keep facing.  Failipino Pride is what I would call as "The pride even in the failures of the Filipino." or "The Filipino's failure in misplaced pride."  It's a shortcut that I made and the term "Failipino" as said means, "The failure of a Filipino".  Again, you have the choice if you want to be a decent Filipino or you want to continue in the wayward path of the Failipino .  The person also looks like he's a drug addict.  I have noticed how an obese stray woman I saw who frequently walked around wearing nothing at all was damaged no thanks to her habitual sniffing of rugby.  I have heard how some poor people inhale rugby to forget their problems.  Apparently, Failipino Pride which is politically corrected as "Pinoy Pride" is also the opium of the Philippines.   Since today is the...

The VIP Mentality Is Prevalent In The Philippines!

The acronym V.I.P means Very Important Person.  Even if the One Direction concert is over, I still can't get over the comedy of overreacting when the One Direction VIP ticket got sold out and how some of those who overreacted were not teenagers but ADULTS which for me is very funny and at the same time, face-palming because some of the fans were very mature and composed when their expectations weren't met. I guess it's because of their wrong sense of entitlement that caused them to behave with such stupidity isn't it? Sad to say but the problem among those annoying Pinoys called Failipinos is their tendency to have that incredibly pompous attitude of thinking that they are VIPs. It's a huge wrong sense of entitlement which may stem from the stupidity of believing that they are part of some kind of master race . Another, I want to think about the bad legacy that Imperial Spanish colonies in the past have left on the Philippines . What must be understood is the n...

The Irony That Failipinos Hate Foreign Investors Then Complain They Lack Job Opportunities!

As I always stress, it's good to love your own but NEVER to the extent that you become a close-minded person. What is worse is that, it can be observed how the ultranationalistic Failipinos are acting like they aren't using any foreign stuff . It deserves an epic facepalm because for one, they are protesting against (insert country) but they are wearing foreign stuff, stuff born out of foreign influence and like it or not, locally made products do have imported materials mixed in them or they are using imported equipment for most of the time. The "Sariling Atin only" driven economy concept is a deluded fantasy that isn't in the good books of every decent Filipino. Besides, Filipinos in general should be happy there are investors, not be upset or shout invasion because for the umpteenth time, FOREIGN INVESTMENT IS NOT FOREIGN INVASION! Again, do I need to stress that I am not advocating unrestrained free trade? What I am advocating is free trade with reasonabl...

The Commission On "Human Rights" Under Etta Rosales Contributes To A Culture Of Impunity In The Philippines

"Isusumbong talaga kita sa Commission on Human Rights (CHR)!" or "I will report you over to the Commission of Human Rights." are such words that I hear whenever a person is scolded or punished for an offense that called for it. It's no surprise her predecessor was Leila Dilemma who became the Justice Secretary and that she was President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino's choice. This organization is creating a culture of impunity especially if it refuses to differentiate dictatorship from discipline. I hate to be a broken record but the democracy of the Philippines is more of a democrazy . Why do some people think I'm a Communist or a dictator? It's because I believe in a disciplinarian government where offenses are offenses. I believe that democracy is not a do what you want government, I admire Singapore for its strict policies and how they don't care who breaks the law even if its a foreigner and that the Philippines cannot progress if peo...

Fighting The Spread of Fake Rice (Allegedly From Chinese Crooks) Is Easier Said Than Done!

Knowing how the current government of China is wary of the conditions their society suffers, look no further for an event where illegal Chinese may soon flood fake rice by huge batches in the Philippines.  After reading National Food Authority (NFA) and Department of Agriculture (DA) with corruption and incompetence charges one after the other, one can consider how the problem may be easier said than done.  I really am even suspecting Corazon "Stinky" Soliman of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) might soon be another reason why fake rice would be spreading like an epidemic in the Philippines. The issue of the fake rice is that it's made from potatoes, sweet potatoes and plastic shaped into grains.  I was wondering what the manufacturers are after, just had me thinking that illegal Chinese (and China gets unfairly used as the scapegoat ) may soon find some joy in spreading this evil epidemic.  If they would do their trade in their country, th...

Those Who Seek To Boycott Made In China May End Up Sounding Like Alan Impurisima!

Sooner or later, he'd really think that Filipino-produced units of certain goods of a foreign brand aren't made in the Philippines! Do you remember the classic scene where retired PNP Chief, Alan Impurisima was scolded by Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago for his awfully stupid reasoning?  That scene was really comedy gold (although the outcome of Impurisima's stupidity was not) considering how stupid he really sounded.  When he said he didn't give General Getulio Napenas an order, only an advice he was trying to make "palusot" or excuses for his blunder at Mamasapano. Likewise, I am afraid that those who are protesting boycott Made in China are already sounding like Impurisima.  In what way?  Chinese branded products and Made in China are TWO DIFFERENT STUFF.  Chinese branded products have their brand in China and may not always be made in China, I mean what if Chinese companies managed to produce other product units somewhere else right?  Meanwhile, ...

Look Who's Calling The Kettle Black

It's a huge problem in the Philippines when Failipinos refuse to evaluate criticism that's given to them. While you don't accept all forms of criticism and they are like onions and garlic must be sorted out. However they have their ill attitude towards any feedback because they have their attitude that, "I am always right, you are always wrong." or, "Don't tell me I'm the one who's always wrong and you are the one who's always right." which they use their victim cards  or two, they might even say, "I will report you over to the Commission on Human Rights! " when they feel their rights have been violated when they weren't. The first one is the foreigner who offers criticism about the Philippines or what the Failipino is doing. Such actions can result to the improper use of the persona non-grata staff whenever a foreigner would say stuff like, "Yuck! They say it's More Fun In the Philippines? Look at all the ga...
