Not Making Manual Counting An Option Or Mandatory Step For Electoral Counts Can Make Anyone Suspicious Of COMELEC
Just hearing the inconsistencies of COMELEC ahem COMELEAK as of late makes me think, "Can we really trust COMELEC este COMELEAK with its statements?" The whole statement of the denial of the UV pre-shaded ballots and the torn tape of the back of the truck can't be just accidents. If the UV light that revealed pre-shaded ballots was just an accident -- there would be random accidents but it seems to be too uniformed to be just an accident. The other is the torn tape of the back of the truck where it could only happen IF the roads were that rough -- though it looks like its hand-torn. Now, there's the problem of COMELEAK spokesperson James Jimenez said that manual counting is not an option.
Manual counting is not an option? I would like to raise the fact that South Korea's automated elections also use manual counting to ensure that the machine was working well. South Korea makes both automated and manual counting as necessary parts of their procedure. But why would Jimenez not want to do manual counting? This gets you suspicious. If there's one thing South Korea has that the Philippines doesn't have aside from a free market -- it's election transparency. South Korea would make sure that there's REAL TRANSPARENCY -- something that's denied UNTIL NOW concerning the Bongbong Marcos vs. Leni Loud Robredo protest. Heck, a fat f*ck Yellowtard even says Bongbong was the one who cheated? Really, Bongbong was the one who cheated? That claim is just questionable at best especially with the very much delayed recount. Why was Mar Roxas given his recount as soon as possible while Bongbong was unfairly made to pay huge sums of money?
The recent news at GMA-7 also reveals the following:
Among the places where VCMs were not working were:
- Datu Odin Sinsuat in Maguindanao
- Mohammad Tulawie Central School in Jolo, Sulu
- Malabon City National High School
- Precinct IIIA in Barangay Balabag in Kidapawan City
- Marawi City
- Precinct 81, Sta. Lucia Elementary School in San Juan City
Meanwhile, smoke came out of one VCM in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
The Comelec has deployed 85,000 VCMs for the conduct of the May 2019 polls.
Not making manual counting an option in case of defective machines has the right to make anyone suspicious. Were defective machines PURPOSELY made so the working ones (which are most likely hacked) would eventually take over? It seems like it and the statements of Jimenez are inconsistent and confusing at best. You just have to think about the stupidity of Stupidmatic elections especially with MUCH LONGER LINES due to inefficiency and ineffectiveness. The whole incident that smoke even came out of one of the voting machines in Puerto Princesa City in Palawan makes you wonder if Smartmatic (or better yet Stupidmatic) is still a reliable company for voting machines.
There seems to be a conspiracy that certain places will have defective machines then they can work their Hocus PCOS into making sure that their desired candidates win. So much for asking for honesty huh Dilawan? If all else fails then blame President Duterte as if he can fully control COMELEAK. So who's the real dictator now huh Dilawan?
