Electoral Fraud Violates The Human Rights Of Voters

I was reading through Get Real Philippines and one of the latest issues raised is Leni Loud Robredo. So it may turn out that she's a Fake Vice President or a Bootleg Vice President for this reason -- her votes aren't really real. One of the issues that GRP Shorts has launched is on the below the 50% threshold of shades done in voting for Leni Loud.

I remembered taking a couple of exams where test papers were scanned. It didn't just require a black ballpen. It also required completely shading the circles. The same applies for electronic elections. The choices has to be shaded properly. The problem with Leni Loud's credibility of her position is now that there's hastily-filled ballots voting for her -- while voters have to shade it completely. While Leni Loud did have real voters but there are also hastily filled votes that shouldn't have been readable by the vote-counting machine -- so how did she get the votes? It could be through simple editing and hacking or a complex system of algorithms.

It should be time to raise the fact that this is clearly a violation of human rights. Every Filipino citizen (natural born or not) who has been granted the right to suffrage meeting the requirements has the right to choose their candidate. This electoral fraud is a violation of one's right to vote. This should also be another area of consideration...

Those who voted for Chiz Escudero have their rights violated by having their votes transferred to Leni Loud. Escudero may have lost but he should lose without any addition or subtraction to his votes. How can he magically lose his votes to Leni Loud? That should be very suspicious, isn't it? But I guess not so many cared about that one crucial fact, right? And I guess Leni Loud didn't care that all of a sudden, Escudero's votes were magically transferred to her.

It's time to call out Chito Gascon again for this reason and ask him questions like, "Don't tell me that the human rights of Filipino voters weren't violated when this happened?" If he says, "We only go after state agents." then it's time to ask, "Don't tell me that the COMELEC employees aren't state agents? Besides, isn't human rights violation something anybody can commit regardless of status?" It's time to consider that the human rights of voters have been violated by such a horrible transaction!
