Does Vice President Leni Loud Robredo Having Celebrity Endorsements Make Her The Best President For 2022?

I'm just laughing at how the Yellowtards (or Dilawans as they may label themselves) are now BRAGGING about Vice President Leni Loud Robredo's celebrity endorsement. You can see some familiar faces here like Lagot Isidro, Jim Paredes, and Devil Angel Locsin Colmenares-Arce to name a few. I guess that's why the whole ABiaS-CBN franchise was a huge issue. Again, that whole franchise was a MASSIVE FAILURE OF THE MIND on the part of the network. Now, it looks like they're desperate to get their franchise back (while retaining the same lousy constitution that caused it to go off-air) so they decided to do the whole Celebrities for Leni Loud movement.  

A bit of a history lesson (which I believe needs to be written in future history textbooks of the Philippines) is about the celebrity attitude towards COVID-19. There was a really pale comparison between ABiaS-CBN celebrities AND the Korean celebrities. Korean celebrities gave whatever they wanted to help their nation fight against COVID-19. However, ABiaS-CBN celebrities showed their bigger love - for the NETWORK. The whole franchise was treated to be more important than defeating COVID-19. I still laugh to think about Shin Hye Sun and Jin A Nana were more helpful than their Pinoy doppelgangers Representative Sarah Jane Elgago and Shaina Garcia Magdayao respectively in battling COVID-19 in their countries. Not to mention, it's worth asking if the Kapamilya Stars have done ANYTHING To help reduce COVID-19.

A good example is what's wrong with Angel in her behavior. Let's not forget her reckless show of behavior more than ONCE. The first one was the noise barrage rally. The second one was her FAILED birthday pantry. Her reckless behavior can make you ask all over again the classic question, "How can Filipinos expect progress if they don't follow SIMPLE guidelines?" Angel has shown herself to be an angel of death in those two scenarios. Plus, her woke statements are anything but amusing to read. She's not being a good example with what she did. It looks like she's influencing pasaway culture. Besides, she's also shown herself ignorant about economics with her statement about health workers and businessmen. Why use an actress with shrinking credibility to endorse Leni Loud? But it's not just her but all the celebrities who participated in her nonsense rally. 

How can you expect to build credibility with celebrities whose credibility has been SHUT DOWN long before their franchise was revoked? The move for ABiaS-CBN's franchise renewal was already full of idiocies. For one, it's backed up by COMMUNIST OUTRAGE with people such as Bayad Muna Representative Carlos "Heneral Lunatic" Zarate, Alliance of Complaining Teachers Representative Antonio Tinio, and Elgago to name a few? The CPP-NPA legal fronts are backing up ABiaS-CBN franchise more than the people. Until now, the signature for ONE MILLION people hasn't even reached half a million. I'm laughing at how it happened. They're even acting like as if the network was padlocked like it was during the Marcos dictatorship. It's a very different scenario!

Besides, it's really something that the presidential system actually encourages this kind of behavior. How often are celebrities paid to endorse the candidate and not just Liberal Party candidates? I guess this is why the Liberal Party is still so against charter change even if it will eventually benefit them if they change their ways. It's probably because they don't want to change their ways at all! Instead, they still want to win by theatrics than to win by credibility. Unfortunately, that refusal to change the defective presidential system became just one of the reasons why celebrity endorsement is the norm.
