An Angel Of Death Leads ABiaS-CBN's Noise Barrage Rally

I admit I did have a crush on Angel Locsin COLMENARES back when she was still on GMA-7. However, that crush just died out when she transferred to ABiaS-CBN. Yesterday was the noise barrage rally and it was LAUGHABLE. I even wrote a sarcasm post yesterday about how Filipinos still "love" ABiaS-CBN. Angel Locsin Colmenares showed how bitchy she can get. She may be pretty but she's definitely a beauty without brains. A lot of shows by ABiaS-CBN are full of eye candy (such as Shaina Magdayao's shows) but they all LACK SUBSTANCE. Just listening to Angel's speech is much more irritating than listening to Donald J. Trump.

This recent screenshot by Get Real Philippines (GRP) with Harvey Keh's statement is indeed funny. Who can remember Harvey Keh back in 2010? The Senate to hold former justice secretary Vitaliano N. Aguirre II for contempt while Keh wasn't even called. Keh was providing ANONYMOUS evidence. I couldn't forget the late Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago when she berated Keh that hard. I'm amazed that a caucus was met upon on what to do with Aguirre's minor contempt while Keh didn't. Keh was providing what could be falsified evidence during the impeachment trial of the late Renato Corona. Now, he even tweets that Angel should be for president? Weh? Honestly, does Angel's speech yesterday even arouse candidacy? Given, Angel is only 35 years old and the minimum age for the presidency is 40 years old. That means she will have to wait until 2028 before she can legally run for president.

A GRP article titled "ABS-CBN inciting “people power” mass protests putting THOUSANDS at risk!" writes the following:

More importantly, all these rallies and noise barrages being organised do nothing but snarl traffic in an already gridlocked metropolis and put hundreds of thousands of people at risk by further fuelling the spread of the COVID-19 virus on account of their gathering in large numbers. This is all thanks to a stubborn habit an Opposition led by rabid partisans loyal to the Aquino-Cojuangco feudal clan (a.k.a. the Yellowtards).

Even more disturbing is how they are emotionally-blackmailing contracted performers of ABS-CBN into joining these protests. Kapamilya starlet Angel Locsin, speaking before a crowd gathered in front of the corporate head office in Quezon City called out what she regards as apathetic colleagues, denouncing how they’d rather glam themselves on Instagram rather than join their mass action.

I actually had admiration for ABiaS-CBN celebrities like Sarah Geronimo who DIDN'T SHOW UP during the rally. I guess Sarah understands that just because ABiaS-CBN no longer has a franchise that they're jobless. There's still The Kapamilya Channel (TKC) where Ang Probinsyano is currently broadcasted. The digital age would probably make the free airwaves obsolete. TV is now a dying trend as people today tend to watch weekly shows on other platforms. Those Kapamilya stars who didn't show up during the rally are playing it smart. Unless Leni Loud herself has truly discovered a cure for the Legacy Virus - the whole movement is becoming more laughable. The Kapamilya Stars had their rally before but where are they now? I guess moving on or protesting via other means. Their noise barrage was truly laughable as they couldn't even fill a block or show that many still "love" their network.

Angel herself is really an angel of DEATH here, figuratively speaking. Did Leni Loud provide them miraculous porridges that would cure them if ever they caught the Legacy Virus? Wearing a facemask is NOT a guarantee that you won't get the Legacy Virus. A facemask only MINIMIZES the risk. Why do you think some establishments perform ultraviolet light cleaning? Why do you think social distancing and curfews are still required? It's because the Legacy Virus is highly contagious. The facemask is to avoid inhaling particles. However, you can still catch the Legacy Virus via other means such as touching your eyes with your contaminated hands or if you fail to disinfect yourself. Did those guys doing the rally realize that they are putting themselves at risk? That's why I want to ask if diehard Kapamilyas that desperate to get cremated quickly.

Keh's suggestion is just stupid. You don't need a bachelor's degree in political science to analyze Keh is just DEAD WRONG. How can Angel make a good model when she is putting all those who joined the noise barrage at RISK of getting the Legacy Virus? Discipline not included? Please try telling that to Taiwanese Vice President Chen Chien-Jen who is a LEADING EPIDEMIOLOGIST. He emphasized that social distancing and DISCIPLINE are very important. Pasaways say that they don't have a part in spreading the Legacy Virus? If they do get it then will they say that President Rodrigo R. Duterte "magically" gave it to them? I wonder what platform Angel will even have. They better make sure that they get the flies to become registered voters. It's because there were more flies than people attending their rally. 

This is really a result of the popularity-based presidential system. The Philippines' lawmakers usually KNOW NOTHING. What do actors and athletes even know about lawmaking? Senate President Tito Sotto is definitely showing his MASSIVE failure of mind more than once. A parliamentary system or at least having parliamentary features will do better. It's because the parliamentary system requires credibility-based leadership. It's not about popularity as weekly questioning is LIVE. That means people have an entire term to watch these debates between the Government and the Opposition. Anybody losing the confidence of the Parliament is automatically kicked out by a vote of no confidence.
