Suing China At The ICC Is A Risky Move

This is really stupid or what? It's really crazy how Albert Del Rosario and Conchita Morales both decide to go to International Criminal Court rather than any other neighboring court to file cases against Xi Jinping. Also, China is NOT a member of the ICC which makes this move even more stupid. I wonder how often does Mrs. Morales flip-flop anyway such as suddenly filing a case against Noynoy Aquino for Mamasapano and disbursement program? Now she decides to go to ICC which may not be the best place to go either.

I wonder have Mrs. Morales and del Rosario consider the history of the ICC? If China were part of the ICC then maybe its corrupt officials would have gotten away from mistreating their citizens up to them bullying their neighbor countries. If China were part of ICC then maybe China would have probably made every neighboring country surrender. Maybe today the countries of Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan would be under Chinese rule. Those countries could go ahead and file cases against China at the ICC -- only for them to lose because all Xi has to do is let out plenty of money and buy neighboring counties via bribing said institution.

If anything both del Rosario and Mrs. Morales need to consider where their actions are going. The ICC's dirty history may guarantee that their case will be dismissed. Just think -- all Xi has to do is to get money out and he'd get away. They would be wasting their time and space trying to get Xi convicted because all he has to do is to take advantage of the ICC's immense corruption.
