Making It Fun in the Philippines

It's just disheartening to think that the University of the Philippines is SUPPOSEDLY a government school. We have had great minds from UP such as the late Atty. Miriam Defensor-Santiago or Atty. Harry Roque. However, we also have pasaway "thought leaders" like Rep. Sarah Jane Elgago, Raoulol Manuel, and social media influencer Gerry Cacanindin. I'm not going to apologize for this post because this needs to be heard or published. Again, UP is a GOVERNMENT SCHOOL so why should it be housing legal fronts of the CPP-PNA such as Kayabangan Partylist and the Lazy Filipino Students?  I may have issues with Benign0 from Get Real Philippines . It's not because Benign0 points out what needs to be pointed out. Rather, Benign0 is still so focused on the idea that Filipinos must straighten up their act first before we change the system. The pandemic is over and it's over three years since ECQ, right? It was such a bummer that ABS-CBN lost its franchise turning it into just a media network. Here's one thing I realized - we have to be nationalistic and avoid colonial mentality . If you're truly Filipino then you must love your own shows. Yes, that's why I've decided that I'm going to stop watching K-Dramas (as well as other imported dramas) to watch our very own beloved teleseryes. Right now, I'm trying to get access to a whole DVD set of the hit show Ang Probinsyano and I should've started watching Coco Martin's newest hit drama Batang Quiapo . Raoulol Manuel is a graduate of the University of the Philippines with a CUM LAUDE in Applied Mathematics. However, that guy Raulol has been supporting idiotic policies. I guess grades aren't everything, right? The still ONGOING protests against jeepney phaseout saying stuff like, "PERO KAWAWA NAMAN YUNG MGA JEEPNEY DRIVERS." However, horror stories of Filipino private vehicle drivers vs. jeepneys may be countless. How often have we seen jeepney drivers who are acting like they're the king of the road? I can't count the number of times I lost my cool because of some stupid jeepney driver.  It's very easy to be proud and shout, "PROUD TO BE PINOY!' or "ONLI IN DA PELEPENS!" right? But what if that thing that's onli in da Pelepens isn't something to be proud of? What's the use of shouting PENOY PRAYD if what a fellow Filipino did was shameful? I have a post about getting a Bachelor's Degree in Philippine Expertise from countries under the European Union (EU) . I would still say that President Bobong Marcos himself is a WEAK LEADER. Yes, the spoiled son of a dictator might be just as weak (or even weaker) as Emperor Kim Jong Un of North Korea. The COVID-19 pandemic also had me saying that arrogant white men should FIX THEIR OWN COUNTRIES FIRST before meddling in the Philippines . Even worse, there are even ultimatums with the EU trade deal before a deal can be made as portrayed by the cartoon. This makes me laugh at how clueless arrogant Westerners are often involved  One is the issue involved with Liela Dilemma. I think a lot of retracted statements might be because Rodrigo R. I guess it's time to bash another telserye, right? I couldn't forget how Ang Probinsyano seriously lasted for seven years . That's why I even want to joke that maybe Batang Quiapo (which is also based on another film by the late Fernando Poe Jr.) would be for 14 YEARS . If so, Coconuts Martin who's currently 41 would be 56 by the time it's over! I would like to share my thoughts on what could possibly be troll farms by ABiaS-CBN .  One speculation I made was how 2 Good 2 Be True had high ratings on Netflix . It's highly possible that troll farms (through password sharing) might have caused Netflix's password-sharing crackdown . I think troll farms were watching 2 Good 2 Be True via Netflix to make it look relevant. If so, I guess the Philippines may have entered the Hall of Shame AGAIN. Is there anything worthy of Proud to be Pinoy slogan then?  I think ABiaS-CBN just plays dirty. I even heard how some of Sky Internet (ABiaS-CBN) doesn't play fair either...

  Okay, I'm not going to deny that I really FREAKING DON'T LIKE PRESIDENT BOBONG MARCOS. That's why I even wrote an article if Bobong can truly survive a parliamentary debate WHICH I DOUBT HE WOULD . Now, it seems to be that the toxic world of the Republic of Twitter and SOME Kakampinks would rather focus on Atty. Leni Loud Robredo than give solutions. Even worse, some will say, "WHY SHOULD WE THINK OF SOLUTIONS? THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD!' Some Kakampinks even continue to insist that the Marcos Sr. Empire was a real parliament even when evidence suggests otherwise . Any further research will reveal that Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. was a PRESIDENT WITH POWERS. A real parliamentary sytem would have the preisdent in a PURELY CEREMONIAL ROLE.  The "best solution" has been to give Leni Loud more publicity huh?  It's statements like, "KUNG SANA SI LENI ANG PRESIDENTE." and the like. It's often said that the 1973 Constitution of the Philippines was a parliamentary form of government . However, the truth is that it wasn't even a real parliamentary system. The late Ninoy Aquino's speech in Los Angeles where he mentioned about a MOCK PARLIAMENT . Ninoy pointed out that the late Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. himself had created a PARLIAMENTARY WITHOUT A PARLIAMENT. The role of the president in parliament isn't a president with powers. The parliamentary role of the president is to serve as a ceremonial role. Such wasn't the case when Marcos Sr. handpicked Cesar Virata. Virata was described by the late Lee Kuan Yew as NO POLITICAL LEADER. If it was a real parliamentary system then Virata would've been the Head of Government. Instead, Marcos Sr. was still calling the shots like Emperor Palpatine in Star Wars . Now, some fear that a parliamentary system will make Bobong "all-powerful."
