The UP-Diliman Protesters DON'T DESERVE To Be Called Iskolars Ng Bayan

It's just disheartening to think that the University of the Philippines is SUPPOSEDLY a government school. We have had great minds from UP such as the late Atty. Miriam Defensor-Santiago or Atty. Harry Roque. However, we also have pasaway "thought leaders" like Rep. Sarah Jane Elgago, Raoulol Manuel, and social media influencer Gerry Cacanindin. I'm not going to apologize for this post because this needs to be heard or published. Again, UP is a GOVERNMENT SCHOOL so why should it be housing legal fronts of the CPP-PNA such as Kayabangan Partylist and the Lazy Filipino Students?

I may have issues with Benign0 from Get Real Philippines. It's not because Benign0 points out what needs to be pointed out. Rather, Benign0 is still so focused on the idea that Filipinos must straighten up their act first before we change the system. Benign0 is also very fond of feeding trolls like Darth Moron the Wuss. A post he wrote very recently is on the UP Diliman "activists". The recent attack at UP done by student protestors when UP College of Law dean, Edgardo Carlo Vistan II, became the new chancellor. According to Benign0, it seems that their preferred choice is Fidel Nemenzo. Nemenzo has also been against red tagging. Well, I wonder what Nemenzo has to say about CPP-NPA legal fronts in school such as Kayabangan Partylist? I even wonder if Raoulol was a protege of his to begin with?

This should also be very ironic. Some idiotic UP students were all protesting the win of President Bobong Marcos. It was common to make fun of Bobong's electoral protest during the Duterte Administration. Bobong lost SEVERAL TIMES. However, Bobong's electoral protests were all rather very civil. Bobong NEVER did deface or even threaten their "idol" Atty. Leni Loud Robredo while she was the vice president. Bobong never bothered to even order the defacement of anything related to Leni Loud. Bobong lost the electoral protests. Later, Bobong became the next president. Later, we have pictures of Leni Loud going to Japan and moving on with her life. Though, I'd still prefer having a parliamentary system because it'd be interesting to see Bobong and Leni Loud duke it out at the weekly question hour. In short, those idiots that caused the destruction of property at the UP-Diliman Campus made Bobong look smart. Sure, I don't like Bobong but he still looked way saner than his haters at UP-Diliman.

It would be stupid to brag about being a UP-nian and NOT follow the UP Student Code of Conduct. This has been written in BLACK AND WHITE:

1. For the first violation, suspension from one (1) week to one (1) academic year, or community service; or
2. For the second violation, suspension from fifteen (15) days to expulsion;
3. For the third violation, suspension for a period of one (1) semester to expulsion.

Provided, that if the misconduct is committed by two (2) or more persons acting in concert and/or committed on the occasion of violent confrontations or any similar disturbance, the corrective measure shall be as follows:

1. For the first violation, suspension for one (1) month to expulsion;
2. For the second violation, expulsion.

In all cases, the students shall be required to repair the damage done at their expense or to pay the costs incurred in repairing such damage. No clearance shall be issued until such damage is fully compensated by the students.

These idiots not only used a ladder to ram a door open. Second, they also vandalized a door. They demand the Board of Regents to demand why Vistan was installed. There could've been a more democratic way of asking why. Instead, they did something Bobong NEVER did when Leni Loud was made vice president. Also, reports from Tindig Ng Plaridel go as far as to say enraged students showed their defiance towards the new chancellor. What's the use, really, of not liking Bobong for his electoral protest, when this shows that they're even worse losers?

I did write much earlier about revoking UP students' scholarships if these clowns keep walking out. Government schools are FUNDED BY TAXES. I wonder if these guys think it'll literally rain gold coins or what? Tax money is derived from the private sectors. I even emphasized that CPP-NPA students should've asked the late Joma Sison to pay for their tuition fees. I would totally agree that the UP-DND accord needs to be upheld. Why should UP even house anti-government activities? There's a big difference between criticism of government and sedition. Sedition means inciting people to go against the government or to commit the crime of treason. The Philippine government OWNS UP. So why should such fools be allowed scholarships? What's even more baffling is why in the world is Joma even given a heroes' tribute in UP-Diliman when it's GOVERNMENT PROPERTY? Joma has been anti-government even after the fall of the Marcos Empire. UP belongs to the Philippine government so it should have ZERO ROOM for such activities.

I even wonder if these idiots would ask for foreign help. Maybe, get help from the International Circus Court? The ICC has been more of a circus than it has been as a real criminal court. Why hasn't Joma even been arrested by the ICC while he was ALIVE and in the same country? Joma hypocritically hid in the Netherlands when he could've asked for asylum from either China, Vietnam, or North Korea. If Joma wanted to have fun and be a commie - he could've asked for help from China or Vietnam. Joma could've asked Deng Xiaoping for asylum then he could have enjoyed partying in Shanghai. If Joma was in Vietnam, he could enjoy partying in Ho Chi Minh City. Maybe, they can take the case to the ICC. If the ICC isn't enough then I recommend they take to the European Onion - a better name for the European Union. Maybe, they can invite that condescending bitch Hanna Neumann from the European Onion to help them. Hmmm...

It would be best not just to remove their scholarships. It's not enough to expel them I think these guys should probably be investigated for CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES. I would suspect these guys who caused the trouble are actually members of the CPP-NPA. If so, these guys may deserve jail time. I think Nemenzio should be investigated too. If Nemenzio has been in cahoots with the CPP-NPA then it might be time to arrest him. However, they might still have ample time to move to Communist China. Maybe, they can get to a state-owned university in China. If not, they can also ask Emperor Kim Jong Un for asylum. Either way, these guys are a total danger to the Filipino people.
