Shabuteur Agnes Callamard's Reaction Towards The Huge Cut For CHR Might Be Linked To Her Greed

Just in from Crappler, it's no surprise that Agnes Callamard (please comb your hair also) is uttering nonsense. Here's what Crappler has to say in its recent article about Shabuteur Callamard's most recent reaction:

MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – United Nations (UN) rapporteur Agnes Callamard slammed the P1,000 ($20) budget that the House of Representatives voted to give the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) for 2018.

In an email to Rappler at around 8:40 pm on Tuesday, Callamard explained that the CHR "is a crucial institution for the Philippines: for human rights protection, the rule of law, accountability."

"It cannot deliver on its mandate without an appropriate budget, particularly at a time when it is confronted with allegations of massive human rights violations throughout the country, and including, but not only, in the context of the ill-advised, destructive 'war on drugs,'" Callamard said.

"The people of the Philippines deserve a strong independent human rights institution able to monitor, investigate, and report on human rights violations, protect victims and their families, and hold the powerful to account for their abuses of international human rights standards," she said.

"Instead they are getting a 'war on drugs' which, by the President's own account, has failed to curtail addiction rates, while creating a climate of fear and insecurity, feeding impunity, and undermining the constitutional fabric of the country. If the Philippine Congress is looking for public money being wasted, damaging and hurting the Philippine society, this is it," the UN rapporteur said.

Earlier, in a tweet shortly before 8 pm on Tuesday, Callamard said of the lawmakers' move: "Reprehensible and unconscionable."

Is it any surprise that Crappler is involved again? Granted, Maria Ressa is a PNoy Pridist. Her allegiance is to the Empire of Aquino and not Philippines. It's no surprise both Maria Ressa and Agnes Callamard follow each other on Twitter. So what's Callamard up to again? It had me thinking of my other possible speculation that the Liberal Party has been paying foreign people to help them. I don't think Callamard herself would just come to the Philippines for free. I think she was paid and so was Dr. Carl Hart. Remember what both said that there's no evidence that shabu won't lead to violence? That alone puts their credibility to question.

Cutting the budget means no more money for Callamard. I guess she still has a pending bill with the Liberal Party and it's not a small fee. Going from France or from the United States to the Philippines costs a lot of money. If Gascon's allocation is only up to PHP 1,000.00 by 2018 then it can't cover for Callamard's expenses just to come to the Philippines and meddle in our affairs. You have to think of her food and lodging. Unless of course, she would decide to stay with the squatters of Tondo, Manila for free and eat pagpag with them.

I would also like to react to how she still insists that CHR is a strong, independent human rights organization. Is it really strong as she suggests? No. I wonder does she even know how Leila Dilemma, Etta Rosales and Cheato Gascon even do their job in CHR? It's not even really monitoring human rights violations but only carries out selective justice. If she could just take a look at CHR's sloppy job it's not protecting people from human rights violations unless they can pay a fee. I guess if wealthy criminals pay CHR then Callamard also gets a share of that.

I guess she's probably still mad at Atty. Persida V. Rueda-Acosta for making a fool out of her. She deserved to get a lot of beating for lying about shabu's ill effects. Although it wasn't on her face but you can't deny how she may not like the idea that Atty. Acosta should be the one to run CHR instead of greedy fellows like Dilemma, Rosales and Gascon. It's also time to ask the question: is she even paying taxes in the Philippines? Is she even an "expert" of the Philippines? While there's nothing wrong with getting foreign consultants but getting people like Callamard is another issue. If anything, I think she should have a vacation in the slums of Tondo, Manila to prove her statements.

What do you think of this speculation?
