Is it me or does "Lucifer" strike with yet another idiotic argument again? I'm calling Richard Foronda Heydarian (or Hoydurian) "Lucifer" because he strikingly resembles Tom Ellis of the Netflix series Lucifer . Senator Unggoy Estrada is one of the reasons why I badly support the parliamentary system. A parliamentary system will reduce monkeying meaning people like Unggoy are bound to either shape up or ship out. Just don't mind what that Jason VOORHEES guy is writing with his terrible misinformation (which I think he believes in because it's his COMFORT ZONE) at Get Real Philippines. Unggoy would've probably been ousted from the legislative would've he said what he said in the Philippine Parliament. It would be receiving boos and hiss. Just reading the news that Senator Unggoy Estrada wants to ban K-Dramas is no different from Representative Nalito Atienza . Two years ago, we had Director Erik Matti who also complained about the rise of Korean entertainment . Later on, it seems Unggoy himself started to make a bit of a u-turn regarding K-Dramas probably because of the boos he may have received online. This just reminds me of how Unggoy is a classic example of how monkey politics is very common thanks to the presidential system. What good did the late Noynoy Aquino's crackdown do? So much for calling Noynoy's model a global model. I wouldn't give that award to former president Rodrigo R. Duterte as well. It's amazing how "thought leaders" like Change Scamming and Silent No More PH (since when have they been silent) have admired the performances of PARLIAMENTARY COUNTRIES. Yet, these people are also against Charter Change (which is better coined as constitutional reform - these people start their blah blah blahs as to why the parliamentary system wouldn't work in the Philippines .   It's really d*mn frustrating when people kept having the same SELF-DEFEATING ARGUMENT that nothing is wrong with the system but just the people .   KDramas tend to get bastardized when the teleserye remake (or adaptation) happens, right? I wrote an article where I mentioned that  teleserye versions of imported shows feel like bootleg . Sure, they're not bootleg, legally speaking, but in QUALITY, they are BOOTLEG. With Glitch coming up on Netflix - I feel that ABiaS-CBN might really want to adapt the show and make it a sequel to their cheap flick Kokey .  I remembered how I made some jokes comparing Jin A Nana's face to Shaina Garcia Magdayao. The leading star is Jeon Yeo Bin. There's no news (yet) of a possible Vincenzo remake but jokes that Coconuts Martin would probably be involved were made. I'm amazed at the ARROGANCE that Maria Ressa possesses. I guess she never learned ANYTHING from the BBC HARDtalk with Stephen Sackur . Sackur was definitely NOT IMPRESSED by Ressa's winning the Nobel Fish Fries . The event was VERY SELF-DEFEATING since Rappler once wrote about  the Nobel Peace Prize losing its prestige . I'm laughing now that Ressa won an award again. It's because she can get EVERY AWARD she can get but her credibility has SANK SO LOW .
