It's really a pity that Senator Grace Poe-Llamanzares is opposed to the shift to parliamentary system. She has good intentions but does she realize how a parliamentary system works better than a presidential system? However, these actions take very slow and I wonder has she ever realized that the presidential system is actually VERY SLOW in taking action?
