Don't Forget These FAILED Infrastructures Were During The Term Of Former President Noynoy Aquino

I don't care if you support President Duterte or not -- some of you can be critics of President Duterte without being Yellows or supporters of Leni Loud Robredo. However, some of the Yellows claim to #fightdisinformation all the while they are actually spreading it. One of the worst attacks done was when they attributed failed infrastructures done during the time of former president Noynoy Aquino in exchange to the current Build Build Build project. However, I do agree that Build Build Build does need to be scrutinized every step of the way or it could end up like these failed projects.

So what's with trying to discredit President Duterte or anyone who's not Yellow? A good example is that they want to claim the whole second Mactan Airport for themselves -- even if it was a project left unfinished with Noynoy starting it and President Duterte finishing it. You can think of how they want to wipe their dirt on others while claim whatever success they have for themselves -- regardless of whether or not they contributed. Talk about grabbing credit. Noynoy's economic policies were continuing House Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's policies -- it wasn't entirely his. If President Duterte can't claim success for the whole second Mactan Airport then why should the Yellows have the privilege of grabbing everything for themselves?

You can think of how can a post in the middle of the road be beneficial? Shouldn't it be at the side of the road? A bridge without a river or a pit underneath? A 12 million peso bridge that easily collapses? Worse, I would NEVER want to go to a comfort room where I can't have my privacy when I defecate or urinate. Where are the dividers? Just take a look at how much money was wasted. If what the Commission on Audit says is true that the defective bridge cost PHP 12 million and the shared toilet rooms cost PHP 5 million each -- then you can smell misappropriation of funds.

How could a parliamentary system deal with this or lessen the chances of such mishaps from happening? As I love to mention it -- the parliamentary system sets a two way conference between the Majority Bloc and the Opposition or Minority Bloc. You could imagine how a parliamentary setting could have roasted Noynoy and his Liberal Party members. It's not just a matter of key persons but also a matter of systems to minimize the chances of failed projects like these.
