How Can Leni Robredo Expect To Lead The Philippines If She Can't Even Follow Simple Guidelines?

One of the rules of doing international business is respecting and adapting to cultural boundaries. If you can't fit into the culture because it goes against your principles as a businessman then you might as well forget doing business in that country! Unfortunately, Leni Robredo just went to the Kuwait where it's expected that women should be wearing long dresses and a head covering. Instead, what did she do? As usual, she shows that she's not EVEN following simple guidelines. Queen Elizabeth and House Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo went there following the rules. It's just like if you're requested to remove your footwear before entering a certain place such as a Japanese or South Korean home then do it . But for her -- she seems to act like she's exempt from the rules. I remembered how I always love to emphasize "How can you expect progress if people don't even follow simple guidelines ?" That's exactly the problem with Leni herself -- s...

Why 60/40 Should Be Condemned As A Form Of Bullying

Here's a bit of a picture about bullying with some photo editing done. On the left you have the protectionist leftists getting their power and staying relevant in their stupidity. On the right, you have the oligarchy jeering at the foreign investor because they get the 60% share. The poor foreign investor is crying because he only gets 40% while the oligarchy are jeering because they get 60%. You can also see that Noynoy Aquino (the leader of the bullies together with Leni Robredo, Imelda Nicolas and Mar Roxas) is taunting the poor foreign investor because he gets 60% which means that the poor foreign investor who only gets 40% is subjected to the bullying of the oligarchs. So how is 60% a form of bullying? One must consider the principle of the golden rule -- do to others what you want others to do unto you and never do unto others what you don't want others to do unto you. Unfortunately, such a rule is almost non-existent in the Philippines  in so many levels. Ever notice...

Don't Tell Me That Trillanes' Failed Mutinies Aren't Atrocities Committed By Government Agents?

The "filming" of A Dangerous Life 2 is still continuing, isn't it? I decided to write another short that would condemn the idiocy of those who claim to stand by the Commission of Human Rights (CHR) when they are only standing by idiots like Chito Gascon. It's more than time to really consider throwing Gascon's own statements at him. If he really said that the CHR is only tasked to investigate atrocities done by state agents (which is a lie ) then let's throw his own faulty argument back at him. Don't tell me that Antonio Trillanes IV's two failed mutinies where he led Filipino soldiers to destroy a civilian government were not acts of atrocities done by GOVERNMENT AGENTS? It's amazing how Gascon loves to use the excuse that his job as CHR Chairperson is to only investigate atrocities done by government agents. Yet how many cases did he end up left in pending status? A good example is how he refuses to even participate in the investigation of th...

Can You Imagine The Philippines Under The Rule Of President Trillanes?

It's really something how there's some supporters of Antonio Trillanes IV who said that he's fighting for democracy. Some even call him the as the second  Ninoy Aquino  which might be very fitting for him as both were blabbermouths. Now some even want him to be president but did they even consider the fact that he could be a serious threat to Philippine democracy if ever he becomes the president of the Philippines? It's already observable how ruthless this guy is towards people he hates. The two incidents involving the Oakwood Mutiny and Manila Peninsula Siege should be a warning of how ruthless he can get. Do you remember all the phony charges he kept raising against Paolo Duterte and Mons Carpio for a start? Why do you think he would set up phony charges against both people to start with? If he can already be ruthless as a senator by setting up phony charges then just imagine what if he were the president. He would probably start a campaign by maligning certain p...

The Arrest Of "Bagong Bayani" Antonio Trillanes IV Is NOT An Attack On Democracy

The whole #RIPDemocracy  sham is getting old, isn't it? Sure one can accuse Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. of REAL dictatorship and the martial law victims are real -- that is not the case with the Duterte Administration. The very arrest of Antonio F. Trillanes IV is not an attack on democracy. If anything, it was NOT President Rodrigo R. Duterte that ordered the arrest of Trillanes but the Makati Regional Trial Court. This is the latest statement from Harry Roque making him a more suitable chairperson for the Commission on Human Rights. The decision was made by the Supreme Court and NOT by President Rodrigo R. Duterte to have Trillanes arrested. This one should send a message to Filipinos that the rebels of yesterday aren't necessarily the heroes of today. Now it's time to for the legal court proceedings to take over. President Duterte is respecting the decision of the JUDICIARY and how can you call that a dictator? A dictator gives all orders and he or she must be followe...

Did Those Very Stupid Activist Groups Ever Consider Events In The WORLD MARKET?

This image came from Marketing91 It's already post September 21 and it's just a few days before the first day of October 2018, right? Before the month ends -- I want to raise for the nth time about how a lack of knowledge in basic economics is not a good thing. Now it's time for those activists to consider their stupidity as they demand for the impossible and bark at the wrong person. Aside from their desire for higher salaries and cheaper goods (which is impossible due to the fact higher salaries will mean production costs will increase) -- the recent trend is to blame the TRAIN taxation law for the current inflation rate. WTF? Don't tell me that President Rodrigo R. Duterte now controls the uncontrollable laws of economics as well as the world market because that's just impossible! I hear one of the more dumber complaints is to say such as "President Noynoy is better than President Duterte because the prices of gasoline were cheaper!" This is reall...

The Stupidity Of Organizing Costly Rallies While Complaining About Ongoing Inflation

I don't deny that there's really inflation going on. The factors can be beyond just President Duterte borrowing money for badly needed infrastructure projects. Now, another factor is the trade war between the U.S. and China too. On the other hand, we've got activist leaders who are now complaining about the prices of rice and chili (which they exaggerated to now cost up to PHP 1,000.00 per kilo ) yet why in the world are they still organizing very costly rallies? What's the point really of organizing those costly rallies? I can't imagine how much money they spent for rallyists per head, for the materials used (such as effigies of presidents to be burned), deadly weapons that they can use or whatever they have to spend for those very costly rallies. If the prices of goods are now increasing then why don't they START saving money? Every rally is an opportunity cost on their part. Think of how much money they could have saved to spend for their monthly supply o...
