Do Anti-FDI Filipinos Realize That Ultranationalism Isn't Even A Filipino Invention?

June 12 was just three days ago yet I couldn't get my head off from the stupidity of ultranationalism. This time, it's all about defending ultranationalism with the use of foreign sources and materials. Let's just consider the stupidity of the situation. How can you be defending Pinoy ultranationalism when you are using foreign sources to start with? It all starts with a simple rally to show their stupidity. Every time I see an anti-foreign country rally (and take note that I DO NOT favor any nationality above another nationality) they are always using something that was either invented by foreigners and/or using imported materials . Even if the jeans, the bottled water and a lot of stuff here were made in the Philippines but don't tell me they were concepts invented by Filipinos. Filipinos managed to learn how to locally make them but it wouldn't be possible without the foreign influence. Also, why are they using computer printers which were obviously not made ...

Will All The Dilawans Please Go To Marawi And Solve The Matae Terrorist Problem All By Themselves With NO GOVERNMENT SUPPORT?

As much as I care about hearing what the opposition thinks but it should only be coming from a healthy opposition. Senator Richard Gordon and Senator Panfilo Lacson aren't from the same team as President Rodrigo R. Duterte but they only oppose him when they have better ways to help solve the country. Even if I'm a Duterte supporter but I still want to offer constructive criticism to the president's mistakes. Let's talk about the problem of the Yellowtards such as Jim Paredes who is such martial law crybaby  or Leah Navarro who doesn't now where her priorities meet . This is a challenge I'd like to dare to them. I'd like to focus first on both Navarro and Paredes. Paredes said that Noynoy was there to head operations. Isn't President Duterte there in Marawi to head operations? Navarro says that Noynoy never missed a single June 12 celebration but is it more important than the peace and order situation? President Duterte has every good reason to skip th...

Would North Korea's Koryolink Have A Competitive Edge Against South Korea's Samsung?

It's a contradictory behavior to love protectionism but to enjoy free trade's benefits . This time, I'd like to bring up Samsung for this post. I guess it can't be denied that while I do love Japanese culture a lot while I can't deny my love for South Korean culture as well as other cultures. I can't forget how I really bought Samsung instead of Toshiba for a laptop, I have a Samsung refrigerator and I bought a Samsung phone instead of Sony while I still have Sony appliances at home. Samsung really knows how to innovate that it becomes a worthy competitor to electronic companies. I couldn't even forget how Samsung's smartphones outsold i-Phones last 2011 . If it wasn't for innovation I doubt it Samsung would have succeeded. What caught my attention was the Koryolink phones from protectionist North Korea. This is what I found interesting about Koryolink which makes sense to why protectionism is bad for your country: “They cannot provide such sophi...

Is Epal Queen Leni Robredo Using Tragedies As Photo Opportunities?

Above is a stupid meme made by obviously stupid people who think that they can still fool more people with an obvious fake. They say they're against fake news but what is Crapper, Non-Inquirer and ABiaS-CBN doing? They're also spreading fake news while mixing it with real news to confuse people with half-truths. For starters, is Leni Loud really serious about her job or is she really just there for photo opportunities which diehard Noytards will say is her "hard work" as she attends to the arrival of the corpses of those who died during the  the Matae terrorist crisis in Marawi City . For their information, President Duterte was there to head operations and declaring martial law during a huge crisis is absolutely necessary. Martial law isn't necessarily bad unless it's misused and abused. It's just like how hammers and knives are used for daily tasks but they can be misused and abused for criminal activities.  At the same time, the picture of President...

Leah Navarro Should Ask Herself If This Year's June 12 Celebration Is More Important Than The Ongoing Marawi Crisis

Leah Navarro should really HEAR. HERSELF. TALK. I remembered her Tweet on "Nasaan ang pangulo" when she should be asking, " Nasaan si VP Leni Robredo ?" So why did President Rodrigo R. Duterte skip the June 12 celebration? Which is more important for this POINT MISSING TROLL (and look who's talking ) today's flag raising or the Marawi Crisis? He was at Marawi greeting the Fallen 58. This is a different scenario from what happened during SAF-44 with Alan Purisima . The SAF-44 were assigned to catch the international terrorist known as Zulfilki Abhir otherwise known as Marwan. The death of the 44 SAF soldiers could have been prevented only if Purisima didn't intervene. The case of Marwan is just one individual threat and Purisima and company wasted an entire army of 44 people who should have been used as back-up for one person's arrest. As the late Miriam Defensor-Santiago would say it that SAF-44 would have lived if Purisima didn't interve...

Happy Not Independence Day: The Stupidity Of Hating Free Trade While Enjoying Its Benefits

Happy NOT Philippine Independence Day! It's more than time to address the hypocrisy of hating free trade (with reasonable restrictions) while enjoying its benefits. This is something that I'd like to pose concerning of the leftist groups in the Philippines. These are people who want to oppose any move to liberate the Philippine economy . If today is not Philippine independence day then I would call it as Happy Ultranationlist Day . I'm going to rain on their ultranationalist parade with another article.  Filipino activists contradict themselves because they couldn't do what they do without first world products and services Makabayan has two of its most famous clowns namely Teddy Casino and Neri Colmenares . I couldn't help but hit my face on the wall with how they contradict themselves. If they are so against free trade and hate it so why are they using products and services that came through free trade? They're on social media platforms such as Fa...

Five Facts About Foreign Direct Investment That Protectionists Ignore

There's always going to be several opponents of free trade for really stupid reasons. While there are healthy opposition who simply offer advice on what to do and not what to do (ex. they would discourage companies of bad reputation from entering the Philippines) but others are so antagonistic towards free trade. It's time to do this simple summary of stuff that the opponents of free trade are ignoring. Foreign investors are bound to Philippine laws and not the Philippines to the laws of the countries where the foreign investors come from The accusation that foreign investors in the Philippines is equivalent to colonization is bogus. What these economic neanderthals may be ignoring is that foreign investors bow down to whatever country they're on. If they do research the foreign investors are bound to the laws to where they do business. That means they can continue to do business if they obey labor laws and tax laws of whatever land they land on. If they don...
