Honestly, this is what you get for the PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM. Is there still nothing wrong with the DA BEST KONSTIPATION IN DA WORLD? President Bobong Marcos might be high on drugs when he said, "We're going to launch a rocket by 2027!" Woah! Really? Building a rocket when the economy is barely holding? What's Bobong thinking?
It's time for a reality check. Sure, this isn't an actual space shuttle, but what's Bobong thinking about the national budget? This reminded me of this incident with the late Chairman Noynoy Aquino of the Dilawan People's Army:

I wouldn't be surprised if Bobong's tested positive for drugs. What may not even surprise me more of there are shabu factories all around the Philippines owned by him.
