Toquoc It shocks me (until now) how the CPP-NPA legal Kayabangan Partylist seemingly patterned itself from the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) . Wearing blue shirts? Recruiting children for the cause? Civic welfare activities? Having a representation in the legislative? Those are the things that the HCYU and Kayabangan Partylist have in common. Ho Chi Minh established the HCYU on March 26, 1931. Funny enough, June 19, 2001, was the founding anniversary of Kayabangan Partylist. That means Kayabangan was founded in the 70th year of the HYCU! Did the late Joma Sison purposely follow Ho's methods? Strange enough, Ho was NEVER honored by the CPP-NPA at all!
