Why 60/40 Should Be Condemned As A Form Of Bullying

Here's a bit of a picture about bullying with some photo editing done. On the left you have the protectionist leftists getting their power and staying relevant in their stupidity. On the right, you have the oligarchy jeering at the foreign investor because they get the 60% share. The poor foreign investor is crying because he only gets 40% while the oligarchy are jeering because they get 60%. You can also see that Noynoy Aquino (the leader of the bullies together with Leni Robredo, Imelda Nicolas and Mar Roxas) is taunting the poor foreign investor because he gets 60% which means that the poor foreign investor who only gets 40% is subjected to the bullying of the oligarchs. So how is 60% a form of bullying? One must consider the principle of the golden rule -- do to others what you want others to do unto you and never do unto others what you don't want others to do unto you. Unfortunately, such a rule is almost non-existent in the Philippines  in so many levels. Ever notice...

Don't Tell Me That Trillanes' Failed Mutinies Aren't Atrocities Committed By Government Agents?

The "filming" of A Dangerous Life 2 is still continuing, isn't it? I decided to write another short that would condemn the idiocy of those who claim to stand by the Commission of Human Rights (CHR) when they are only standing by idiots like Chito Gascon. It's more than time to really consider throwing Gascon's own statements at him. If he really said that the CHR is only tasked to investigate atrocities done by state agents (which is a lie ) then let's throw his own faulty argument back at him. Don't tell me that Antonio Trillanes IV's two failed mutinies where he led Filipino soldiers to destroy a civilian government were not acts of atrocities done by GOVERNMENT AGENTS? It's amazing how Gascon loves to use the excuse that his job as CHR Chairperson is to only investigate atrocities done by government agents. Yet how many cases did he end up left in pending status? A good example is how he refuses to even participate in the investigation of th...

Can You Imagine The Philippines Under The Rule Of President Trillanes?

It's really something how there's some supporters of Antonio Trillanes IV who said that he's fighting for democracy. Some even call him the as the second  Ninoy Aquino  which might be very fitting for him as both were blabbermouths. Now some even want him to be president but did they even consider the fact that he could be a serious threat to Philippine democracy if ever he becomes the president of the Philippines? It's already observable how ruthless this guy is towards people he hates. The two incidents involving the Oakwood Mutiny and Manila Peninsula Siege should be a warning of how ruthless he can get. Do you remember all the phony charges he kept raising against Paolo Duterte and Mons Carpio for a start? Why do you think he would set up phony charges against both people to start with? If he can already be ruthless as a senator by setting up phony charges then just imagine what if he were the president. He would probably start a campaign by maligning certain p...

The Arrest Of "Bagong Bayani" Antonio Trillanes IV Is NOT An Attack On Democracy

The whole #RIPDemocracy  sham is getting old, isn't it? Sure one can accuse Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. of REAL dictatorship and the martial law victims are real -- that is not the case with the Duterte Administration. The very arrest of Antonio F. Trillanes IV is not an attack on democracy. If anything, it was NOT President Rodrigo R. Duterte that ordered the arrest of Trillanes but the Makati Regional Trial Court. This is the latest statement from Harry Roque making him a more suitable chairperson for the Commission on Human Rights. The decision was made by the Supreme Court and NOT by President Rodrigo R. Duterte to have Trillanes arrested. This one should send a message to Filipinos that the rebels of yesterday aren't necessarily the heroes of today. Now it's time to for the legal court proceedings to take over. President Duterte is respecting the decision of the JUDICIARY and how can you call that a dictator? A dictator gives all orders and he or she must be followe...

Did Those Very Stupid Activist Groups Ever Consider Events In The WORLD MARKET?

This image came from Marketing91 It's already post September 21 and it's just a few days before the first day of October 2018, right? Before the month ends -- I want to raise for the nth time about how a lack of knowledge in basic economics is not a good thing. Now it's time for those activists to consider their stupidity as they demand for the impossible and bark at the wrong person. Aside from their desire for higher salaries and cheaper goods (which is impossible due to the fact higher salaries will mean production costs will increase) -- the recent trend is to blame the TRAIN taxation law for the current inflation rate. WTF? Don't tell me that President Rodrigo R. Duterte now controls the uncontrollable laws of economics as well as the world market because that's just impossible! I hear one of the more dumber complaints is to say such as "President Noynoy is better than President Duterte because the prices of gasoline were cheaper!" This is reall...

The Stupidity Of Organizing Costly Rallies While Complaining About Ongoing Inflation

I don't deny that there's really inflation going on. The factors can be beyond just President Duterte borrowing money for badly needed infrastructure projects. Now, another factor is the trade war between the U.S. and China too. On the other hand, we've got activist leaders who are now complaining about the prices of rice and chili (which they exaggerated to now cost up to PHP 1,000.00 per kilo ) yet why in the world are they still organizing very costly rallies? What's the point really of organizing those costly rallies? I can't imagine how much money they spent for rallyists per head, for the materials used (such as effigies of presidents to be burned), deadly weapons that they can use or whatever they have to spend for those very costly rallies. If the prices of goods are now increasing then why don't they START saving money? Every rally is an opportunity cost on their part. Think of how much money they could have saved to spend for their monthly supply o...

WTF Is Renato Reyes Jr. Doing At The International Criminal Court If He's So "Nationalistic"?

It's no secret that the "nationalist" groups such as Bayan Muna and Akbayan actually contradict themselves. A year ago, Tom Villarin of Akbayan even went as far as to join with foreign groups who claim to be "experts of the Philippines" and even said that the Malacanang Palace is "scared" of Agnes Callamard . Now, it turns out that Renato "Babalu" Reyes Jr. was absent because he flew all the way to the NETHERLANDS to go to the International Criminal Court  (ICC) -- which by the way is really that useless because it's ran by selective justice. As said, it's good to have a criminal court but it's useless when people running it are also useless -- just like the Commission of Human Rights became a useless sitting duck because of people like Leila De Lima, Etta Rosales and Chito Gascon .  What's so contradictory about Reyes himself? He hates capitalism and the U.S. but why was he even caught drinking a COKE FLOAT  over any ...

Once Again, Yellow Media Tries To Convince People That "Thousands" Joined Their Rallies

I'm really amazed at just how the Yellow Media is still trying to convince Filipinos that the majority is always on their side. Guess what -- in life the same majority that puts people in power on the pedestal can pull them down from it! This latest stupidity from the Manila Bulletin still wants to tell people that thousands joined the massive martial law protest yet did it even reach a thousand? Hundreds maybe bt not a thousand. This is really funny how their knowledge in everyday Mathematics has also deteriorated. Mathematics is one subject you can't argue out of especially it demands exact figures. I even wonder do these Yellow media establishments even have imaginary friends ? Why do many of them think that they are the #SilentMajority when in fact they are no longer the majority? It's time to face this that even if President Duterte won by plurality and not by majority yet they can't use the argument to support Mar Roxas because there are more Filipino voter...

Be Informed: Martial Law Is Still Constitutional ACCORDING To The 1987 Constitution

September 21 always rings a bell. As much as I don't want to deny the atrocities of the Marcos Years but did you know martial law is STILL part of the 1987 Constitution ? As much as I believe the 1987 Constitution needs to be updated and overhauled with newer reforms (aside from uplifting unreasonable restrictions towards foreign investors) but here's another part where Yellowtards and activists have missed. Here's the CURRENT section of the 1987 Constitution that says martial law is still approved: THE 1987 CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES – ARTICLE VII EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT Section 18. The President shall be the Commander-in-Chief of all armed forces of the Philippines and whenever it becomes necessary, he may call out such armed forces to prevent or suppress lawless violence, invasion or rebellion. In case of invasion or rebellion, when the public safety requires it, he may, for a period not exceeding sixty days, suspend the privilege of the writ of ...

Coming Soon To Theaters: A Dangerous Life 2

Last year, I wrote a sarcasm post where it says that democracy truly died last September 21, 2017 . Since there are some people who are now comparing Antonio Trillanes IV to Ninoy Aquino and since it's September 21 -- why not add a little bit of humor once more to make fun of martial law crybabies (who still blame the atrocities of the Marcos Years for everything wrong today) and make room for the " new Ninoy Aquino " himself. Now it's time to give a hypothetical scenario of "A Dangerous Life" getting a sequel called "A Dangerous Life 2".  I remembered watching an edited version of said film. Yup, torture and murder scenes were deleted from said VHS tape because it was treated as an educational material. I could remember how it talked about the Marcos Years and why they weren't the golden years of the Philippines. It also featured the assassination of Ninoy Aquino at the Manila International Airport. But now, it looks like said film will...

Be Informed About The REAL Purpose Of The Commission On Human Rights

It's really something to consider that maybe those who claim to defend the Commission on Human Rights or CHR aren't actually defending it. It can be observed not everyone who berates Chito Gascon's lack of performance is in favor of getting rid of said government agency. Now it's time for some common sense to what CHR really is and what its purpose really is all about. As said, you want to know what caused CHR to deteriorate? It's the likes of Leila De Lima, Etta Rosales and Gascon that have caused CHR to become useless -- not the existence of said organization! What are the real functions of the CHR? Here's what the Law Phil Project says about CHR's functions and let's see how many of these did De Lima, Rosales and Gascon bother to do properly: Investigate, on its own or on complaint by any party, all forms of human rights violations involving civil and political rights; Adopt its operational guidelines and rules of procedure, and cite for cont...

Coming Soon To Theaters: Eskapo 2

I remembered watching the film Eskapo when I was 10 years old in Civics and Culture class. It was edited because of some questionable content. The plot of the movie was based on the arrest of Serge Osmena and Eugenio Lopez Jr. of ABiaS-CBN during the Marcos Years. I don't want to deny that the Marcos Years were not the golden years  but ABiaS-CBN is no better than Marcos censorship. What's the use of criticizing Marcos as a censorship freak when the Yellows censor out anything that doesn't agree with them? Eskapo should get a sequel called Eskapo 2 because of two bozos who were involved in two failed mutinies namely Congressman Gary Alejano and Senator Antonio "Sonny" Trillanes IV. It would probably cover up the incidents involving the two failed incidents up to whatever nonsense both Alejano and Trillanes will be up to. Right now, one can say the plot of Eskapo 2 is still brewing since Trillanes is yet to attempt an escape from the Senate Building which ...

Bam Aquino Became Bum Aquino Under The Popularity-Driven Presidential System

Do you remember the time when Bam Aquino wasn't yet in politics? You can't deny that he was once a topnotch and an award-winning entrepreneur. By credibility -- I'd actually be impressed by the number of awards he earned through hard work. I think I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him because of his vast knowledge in things. Those assets is made him a promising senator. Back then, I supported his work until he slowly lost his common sense. But what really happened to him after he entered politics?  The whole idea that the Philippines just needs to change the people but not a system based on the hundred years argument . Such is the sad story of Bam because of the presidential system. How he earned his nickname Bum is no surprise but do people who call him that even know the sad story of a once promising candidate? The presidential system really sucks because it's popularity-based. The current rules of the Philippines only lets people win by the most number of v...

Senator Trillanes May Be Guilty Of Libel And Sedition According To Current Philippine Laws

Well, it's official -- resigned Davao City vice mayor Paolo Duterte is indeed suing Antonio F. Trillanes IV for libel . So how to we define libel? Here's how libel is defined by the current laws which I used the Chan Robles Virtual Law Library  (since I'm no lawyer myself) as my reference to what should first constitute libel: Art. 353. Definition of libel. — A libel is public and malicious imputation of a crime, or of a vice or defect, real or imaginary , or any act, omission, condition, status, or circumstance tending to cause the dishonor, discredit, or contempt of a natural or juridical person, or to blacken the memory of one who is dead. If Trillanes were simply talking ill about Paolo such as calling him stupid or idiot -- that wouldn't constitute libel. Calling Jover Laurio as ugly shouldn't be considered libel. However, let's consider what Trillanes has accused Paolo (and in extension Mananses Carpio) of doing. Remember the whole shabu shipment an...

Why 4Ps Won't Help The Philippines In Fighting Inflation

There's no secret that inflation is really hitting. While Noynoy can be attributed for some degree of economic success via 29 important economic amendments regarding foreign investors. However, he ended up screwing up also by not abolishing 4Ps. It's just like how former president Barack Obama helped the American economy yet made the mistake called Obama-Care. In short, giving handouts is not good for the economy. Why should be Philippine government be giving fish instead of teaching Filipinos how to fish ?  Some crazy 4Ps obsessed old man said in defending his stand said, "How can they fish if they don't have money to buy fishing equipment?" The old man is taking fishing too literally. If people are offered jobs do they bring their own equipment to work or does the boss provide their equipment? I guess he took fishing too literally. He thinks that 4Ps is needed for economics because foreign investors won't come without 4Ps. Yet one thing he ignored is t...

So Why Aren't The Yellows Asking #NasaanSiLeni Or "Where Is Leni?" During Typhoon Ompong

It was stupid that proud Dilawan singer Leah Navarro once asked, " Nasaan ang pangulo? " or "Where is the president?" during the time of the Marawi Crisis. She failed to realize that President Rodrigo R. Duterte was on an important state visit and HURRIED HOME. Yet, she failed to ask the question, "Nasaan ang pangalawang pangulo?" or "Where is the vice president?" when President Duterte has having an important state visit. Now, it's time to ask "Nasaan si Leni?" during Typhoon Ompong. President Duterte and his men are monitoring Typhoon Ompong while Leni Loud and her friends are watching over Typhoon Trilliling.  So why isn't Navarro herself asking "Nasaan si Leni?" It's an obvious case of cherry-picking. It's disgusting to accuse the Marcos loyalists of cherry picking all the while Aquino loyalists are doing the same thing. Why are we hiding the Hacienda Luisita Massacre incident until now? Why is that ...

ABiaS-CBN Still Wants To Present Senator Antonio Trillanes IV As The "New Ninoy"

It's really something how ABiaS-CBN has showed how it's really a network of half-truths. While it does present the truth but only when the truth is convenient to it. Right now, here's the latest update from ABiaS-CBN news where they are trying to make Senator Antonio F. Trillanes IV as the " New Ninoy " while they want to make people believe that President Rodrigo R. Duterte is the "New Marcos".  The picture where there's rails outside the Gate-1 of the Senate can make anyone laugh for this reason. How could ABiaS-CBN even dare say that there's supporters of said senator outside Gate-1 when there's more rails than people? There's not one person in sight! This is laughable in an effort to make him the "New Ninoy". Ninoy can be said to have been fighting a REAL dictatorship while Senator Trillanes is only fighting against an IMAGINARY dictatorship. Still, the Plaza Miranda Bombing was not justifiable and neither is the Oakwoo...

More Strict Enforcement Towards Picky Taxi Drivers

I remembered how I wrote a blog entry concerning that you can't expect progress if people don't know how the simple guidelines . One of these many can't follow simple guideline problems that's prevalent in the Philippines is related to what Filipinos would call as "isnabero taxi drivers" or snobbish taxi drivers. There's the guideline that taxis shouldn't be snobbish with their passengers. They can only refuse for valid reasons such as it's time for them to eat or that they are running out of gas and that they need to gas. However, there's the problem that more often than not that you meet taxi drivers who are very snobbish and choosy towards their customers. So what's my memories about snobbish taxi drivers? Nothing is more stupid than what I hear from other taxi drivers. Some wouldn't let someone ride a taxi unless it's some important person or a foreigner. When it's a foreigner then they let them ride and take a super ...

Those Who Say That Yolanda Relief Operation Was Efficient Should Try Eating Rotten Relief Goods

It's crazy how the Yellows just criticize President Rodrigo R. Duterte for the sake of criticizing. They could have made themselves relevant if they offered constructive criticism than just complain. In short, they should have offered feasible solutions. Now after Ompong -- it's really hilarious how some of these Yellow critics even want to assume President Duterte is just sleeping at the Malacanang while the nation suffers. Some even dare to say that the Yolanda operations were efficient. Really, was it all that efficient? Here's a bit of my challenge. If they say that the Yolanda Operations were efficient then why not try EATING EXPIRED RELIEF GOODS for their breakfast, lunch and dinner? Let's see if they don't even get sick after eating them. Many squatters have very poor nutrition from eating food from the garbage can but they haven't fallen down easily. Some of these people who even dare say that the Yolanda relief operation was efficient aren't u...

President Duterte Should Also Focus His Infrastructure Project On Building More Evacuation Centers

I am still skeptical about the planned massive infrastructure project planned by President Rodrigo R. Duterte can have really drastic consequences if it's not implemented properly. What can be advised for the Build Build Build program? This would start with finding good funding sources (such as opening up the economy to get more tax money) and prioritizing what needs to be prioritized. So what can be done? The Manila Bulletin  says that President Duterte himself has ordered for the building of more evacuation centers. His reason is because so less schools (and I assume these are public schools) will be used as evacuation centers -- in return this will minimize the chances of disruption of classes when the weather is fine. Also, current Education Secretary Leonor Briones has agreed to this proposal because using schools as evacuation centers can be very disruptive. Here's the problem with Noynoy Aquino. One can argue that he did improve credit rating for the Philippines and it...

Fearing Constitutional Reform Because Of The Fear Of The Unknown

What do all four ex-presidents have in common? They all have their successes and failures. Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Cojuangco Aquino in spite of some of the obvious failures (such as the unfulfilled MRT express project due to the Presidential system's UNREALISTIC time schedules ) actually made a total of 29 economic amendments that improved the economy. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in spite of some of her shortcomings also had useful economic programs. Joseph "Erap" Ejercito Estrada in spite of his lack of intelligence actually tried to remove even more unreasonable restrictions towards foreign investment (and back when Mar Roxas was still in favor of it). Fidel V. Ramos is the sharpest knife among the four ex-presidents wanted to usher in more than just removing excessive restrictions towards foreign investors -- he wanted to replace the presidential form of government with a parliamentary one. There's the problem of the fear of the unknown. A crazy 4Ps obsess...
