Making It Fun in the Philippines

Today is National Heroes Day. Both President Rodrigo R. Duterte and Vice President Maria Leonor "Leni Loud Robredo" gave their honors for COVID-19 frontliners . Although I do still feel the air of hypocrisy as Leni Loud refuses to acknowledge that pasaways too are part of the problem . Yes, the frontliners are heroes. But who also gave the frontliners their support this COVID-19? Should we thank socialism or it as the Filipino communists want us to think? Is it those who claim that socialism is better than capitalism? On the contrary, we have CAPITALISM, not socialism, that gave heroes and provided our COVID-19 heroes or equipment for COVID-19 heroes. The call for socialism is to abolish capitalism and give supposed "equality". Socialism is the principle that says that production, distribution, and exchange must be owned by the community as a whole rather than by private individuals or businessmen. Here's a recent post of former Solicitor General, Pilo Hilbay, in his statement regarding the resignation of former Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe. Pilo states a truth that actually rings a huge bell BUT only if he would support constitutional reform. I don't really care if the Liberal Party will become the dominant party again under Leni Loud Robredo - that's as long as we're under a parliamentary system. I'm not here to antagonize public schools in general. In fact, some developed countries still have public schools for the less fortunate. Unfortunately, a recent viral picture of a certain Mr. Jejomar Contawe says that he's a scholar of the Filipino taxpayers and not of the F***ING government. The guy is not a graduate from the University of the Philippines (UP) but from Tarlac State University (TSU). Does this guy not realize that he's a scholar of the government? For one, it's the GOVERNMENT that allocates the expenses used for deserving scholars. Does this guy think that there's this "funding fairy" that goes door to door with the money of the Filipino taxpayers?  What should be amazing is that this guy is just as arrogant (if not more arrogant) as Raoul Manuel  from UP. Vice President Leni Loud Robredo herself is a BA Economics graduate from the University of the Philippines, right? Yes, I don't want to deny that unlike Imee, she did get her degree and had a real yearbook to justify it. I don't think the photo above of her is a forgery. Far from it. I think a trip to the UP-Diliman where she graduated can certify that she indeed graduated from BA Economics. Also, Leni Loud proceeded to become a lawyer. I don't want to shoot down her credentials as ifs he bought them. I don't think she bought them. But why am I calling this now as Leni Loud's massive failure of the mind? Some time ago, I remembered when I wrote about the problem when the president and vice president come from two different parties . Change the people but not the system? System change equals people change? The big issue is now is that the Duterte-Robredo platform has shown itself that the bigger problem is not just the people but the SYSTEM . Is the real cure to really kick President Rodrigo R. Duterte out and make Vice President Leni Loud Robredo the new president? Unfortunately, what's the guarantee really that those who tagged #LetLeniLead are not bound to tag #LeniResign ? Ninoy Aquino's death is something I'd say is subject to much controversy. Others view him as a hero. I did view him as a hero and an inspiration behind this blog. Others say he was no hero but an ambitious twat like Starscream was in The Transformers franchise. What can be certain is that Ninoy's death did open a Pandora's Box and the chain reaction made necropolitics more fun in the Philippines. David Guerrero's slogan "It's More Fun in the Philippines" (which was inspired from Switzerland's slogan) became a subject of jokes. The chain reaction of Ninoy's death (which some assume happened to have been masterminded by his cousin-in-law, the recently late Danding Cojuangco) caused his widow, the late Corazon Aquino, to become the next president. Then years followed and Cory died leading to Noynoy Aquino becoming the next president.   Some time ago, I decided to write an article where I made fun of the wishful thinking of #OustDuterte . The whole article presented the entrance of Leni Loud Robredo as president and Antonio Trillanes IV as the vice president. Before that, I also wrote a hypothetical scenario of COVID-19 hitting the Philippines under the Roxas-Trillanes administration . Some people are clamoring to #LetLeniLead, Pignoy Ako Blog (PAB) is already calling her as the busy presidente, pasaways are already begging her to lead. Others are even thinking that the best vice president they might have is Trillanes. However, we need to consider a lot of events with both Leni Loud and Trillanes.
