When Noytards Oppose Constitutional Reform By Revering The Late Noynoy Aquino Similar To Mao Zedong

Yellowtards really need to see the need for constitutional reform. Let's face it that would've the Philippines been a Parliament - Atty. Leni Loud Robredo and company would've been the Opposition by now. Instead, they kept opposing the idea of the Philippines going parliamentary because of the reign of the late Emperor Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. Now, how do they expect to hold the former crown prince turned president, Bobong Marcos, accountable, if the Philippines has NO REAL DEFINED OPPOSITION? Even worse, they keep saying constitutional reform is useless if you have leaders like the late Noynoy Aquino. Maybe, Get Real Philippines was beating up Noynoy too hard since bar none, no one can match Marcos in destroying the Philippines.

However, the Yellowtards still continue to use Noynoy as a prime example of why constitutional reform (which they prefer to use the term, Cha Cha) or even some amendments are unnecessary.  It's almost like the 1987 Constitution of the Philippines has become akin to the little red book used by Mao Zedong. The difference was Noynoy ruled the Philippines merely for six years while Mao Zedong ruled China from 1949 up to his death in 1976. Some of the Noyists decided to pay tribute to the would've been 64th birthday of their beloved and esteemed leader on February 8. It's almost like Maoists paying tribute to the birthday of Mao Zedong.

It should be an unfortunate oversight that the Liberal Party never thought of embalming Noynoy's body. The reason for the cremation was to avoid large crowds. Chances are Noynoy requested to be cremated if ever he was in a state of being infectious. Noynoy died of renal disease secondary to diabetes. Maybe, the Liberal Party decided it was for the best to cremate Noynoy. If Noynoy requested to be cremated like Mao did - Noynoy got his wish and Mao didn't. Too bad for the Noytards - COVID-19 was still going on and 2021 was a really bad year. Some people died of the Delta Variant and were cremated right away. The Delta Variant was a good reason to avoid giving Noynoy a huge funeral similar to Mao. Too bad for the Yellowtards - they couldn't gather in a hall or cry their hearts out on national TV like Mao's closest friends did.

The way Noytards are talking can be similar to how the Maoists raised their hands, swearing to keep the teachings of Mao to heart. Words like, "Noynoy Aquino, we will continue the path of Daang Matuwid! We will keep your teachings to heart!" They all swear to protect the "sacredness" of the 1987 Constitution without compromise. After Noynoy was laid to rest near his parents - the Noytards still give him tribute like he was the best president in the Universe. They gave so much heartfelt tribute like the Maoists did. Their heartfelt tears can't stop. They now use Noynoy's posthumous birthdays to oppose BADLY NEEDED CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM.

They still stick to the narrative, "NASA TAO ANG PROBLEMA! WALA SA SISTEMA!" They still use Noynoy as an example - never mind that their president wasn't perfect. Please, systems will always shape behavior because systems will determine HOW THINGS ARE RUN. Give them all the illustrations and they will just DISMISS IT. They will say that the Constitution is inviolate because it's not a car, a school, an operating system, etc. I wonder if they have the guts to try and debunk basic psychology that shows systems shape behavior? Chances are they dismiss the studies because they ruin their comfort zone. It's like the drug addict refuses to go for a rehabilitation program because the feeling of being high is their comfort zone. They're all addicted to their mental opium of Noytardism one way or another.

It really shows how the past tends to be the comfort zone of sorts. It's amazing how people can still stick to the EDSA narrative instead of focusing on fixing things after EDSA. Sure, it was a successful move to topple down the Empire of Marcos. However, by refusing the plan long term, the EDSA Revolution can become a hollow victory. Noynoy has also become a comfort zone too. Instead of focusing that somebody can be better than Noynoy - they end up thinking Noynoy is the best president in the Universe. They're probably still crying, missing the days from 2010-2016, never mind it's already 2024. They're probably still crying missing the Noynoying Years as if it was so perfect.

Sure, there are compliments for Noynoy but there are criticisms too. Did they forget about the MRT and SAF-44? Did they forget about Noynoy's lack of action during the late Rolando Mendoza's incident? Do they forget about how the Dengvaxia drive failed to follow medical protocol? Did they forget about Yolanda? I call these incidents incidents that may have had lower chances of happening UNDER A PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM. Noynoy didn't beat great ASEAN leaders like Mahathir Mohamad or the late Lee Kuan Yew for a start. However, they may feel Noynoy's six years accomplished that Lee took 31 years to accomplish or that Mahathir took more than six years to accomplish.

This kind of blindness is something. They could afford to criticize Dutertards' blind adoration of Duterte. However, they have their blind adoration of Noynoy. The presidential system is a comfort zone for those who blindly adore politicians.
