Let's Party All The Way To The ICU And Crematorium With The #ChillnumanPantry

Who can remember the liquor ban during last year's ECQ? Well, a lot of people in the National Capital Region (NCR) really have more of themselves to blame for the return to ECQ while the rest of the Philippines is already downgraded from ECQ for quite some time now. Most of the Philippines is under GCQ. This viral photo on social media called the #ChillnumanPantry (chillnuman is a combination of the English word "chill" and the Tagalog word "inuman" which means "drink") where liquor is offered. Nothing wrong with offering Yakult but hard liquor? Since when was hard liquor essential? Is one any "less Filipino" when they don't engage in hard drinking?

There are good reasons to have liquor ban or restrictions during community quarantine. Most of the liquor sold today contain dangerous levels of alcohol. Do you know that high levels of alcohol can numb the senses? That's why going to work drunk disrupts work. That's why you're advised to never drink any alcohol before driving. A standard drink of liquor requires at least one hour before a person should even bet behind the wheel. Also, drinking sessions can contribute to a lot of riots because people start to lose their logic. Liquor would also encourage mass gatherings which shouldn't be allowed until herd immunity is developed through vaccination of qualified people. Liquor is NON-ESSENTIAL compared to water. If they wanted to help then why not contribute CLEAN DRINKING WATER instead? Distribute bottles of distilled water for a start!

The viral #ChillnumanPantry attached with a quote from "economist' Karl Marx. They keep endorsing Marxist materials to the point that they've been red-tagging THEMSELVES then they cry foul when they're red-tagged. This also should be funny that it displays how they hate capitalism but they do love its products. I doubt that the liquor there is cheap. Yet, they're selling liquor which is a product of CAPITALISM. If they wanted to be consistent then why didn't they put North Korean or Chinese liquor for a start? The lack of consistency should be rather funny too.

Here's a suggestion for those who are having their #ChillnumanPantry. They should be allowed (in designated areas most preferably in Oakwood) to gather and get drunk. However, they should agree to be given the TWAT Agreement. They can party all they want but they should be given the agreement that they will be withheld all treatment. The alcohol pantries will not be allowed to sell to anyone without the TWAT agreement. All law-abiding citizens will not be allowed to get liquor from the #ChillnumanPantry either.
