Can You Imagine If Prime Minister Aquino Said "Hindi Ko Alam" At The Weekly Question Hour?

Do you remember many times when Noynoy Aquino said, "Hindi ko alam." or "I don't know." to several issues especially with SAF-44, Yolanda and Dengvaxia? Well, that can't be allowed at the weekly question hour. Can you imagine what if Prime Minister Noynoy Aquino had to show up at the weekly question hour and said, "Hindi ko alam!"

This would be a real issue in the weekly question hour. I remembered I wrote about Leni Loud Robredo's chances of surviving the weekly question hour would she have been Deputy Prime Minister today. Then I also wrote about how Noynoy's statement about solar and wind energy would fare in the parliamentary. Imagine what if he were prime minister back then and he kept saying, "Hindi ko alam." to the Opposition.

Chances are the Government Bloc and Opposition Bloc would have already voted him out. The beauty of the parliamentary system is that the vote of no confidence would impeach people out of office faster than the presidential system. I guess that's why the Dilawans don't want to shift to parliamentary because their kind would have to shape up or be thrown out of office.
