WTF: Filipino Sasaengs Acted Like As If Black Pink Even Knew Them!

Is it me or do many Filipinos really have that bad habit of acting like those celebrities even know them? I could remember when I was a college student when some stupid fangirl classmates of mine refused to do their work for the day because Piolo Pascual was in town --  it was part of what made me hate those idiotic teleseryes. But now we've got more problems coming in for foreign celebrities. Who could forget that hilariously stupid One Direction ticket incident or maybe I could talk about the Rurouni Kenshin incident where a certain someone dared to advertise on the Philippine Daily Inquirer that she skipped work in order to attend it? While nothing is wrong with buying the pricey One Direction ticket (just makes sure that it was excess money and that you can still pay your bills) or attending Takeru Sato's meet or greet -- the problem comes in the form of starstruck Filipinos who act like as if the actors know them.

The problem of those Filipino sasaengs was that they allowed their fanaticism to do stupid stunts at the airport. A sasaeng is someone who's overly obsessed with Korean entertainment. You may want to use the term koreaboo as well. A fan is an admirer while a fanatic is someone who has uncritical devotion towards something. Some of these Filipino sasaengs even went as far as to go on top of vehicles just to get a clearer picture of their fans. The very fanatical act nearly put the members of Blackpink in danger since they were all acting like as if the members even knew them. I even wonder if they had enough money to pay for their necessary bills considering that tickets ranged from PHP 2,650 up to PHP 19,750 (which is slightly more expensive than the One Direction's most expensive VIP ticket) since budgeting isn't really that practiced in the Philippines?

I don't have anything against those who watched the concert or went to the airport. That is provided that they really followed simple guidelines on what to do and what not to do. Unfortunately, some of them didn't follow simple guidelines and unexpectedly put their favorite artists in danger. Some respect they have for their favorite artists huh?
