Typhoon Enteng May Have Inadvertently Proven Vietnam's Communist Youths Are Better Than Kabataan Pantylist

Doan Thanh Nien Cong San Ho Chi Minh

Maybe, you may have thought that the picture above was Kabataan Pantylist. I alternatively call them KAYABANGAN PARTYLIST since arrogance is visibly displayed by its members. Raoulol Manuel tends to assert his cum laude status. Instead, the photo above isn't from any areas affected by Typhoon Enteng (Yagi). It's from Hanoi and those helping clean up the roads are from the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) or Doan Thanh Nien Cong San Ho Chi Minh. A pity if these guys go for a vacation in the Philippines and get mistaken for being Kabataan Pantylist!

Using Google translate, here's something that's said about the action done by the HCYU:

On the morning of September 8, after Typhoon Yagi passed, the streets of Hanoi were littered with fallen trees and many items and properties were damaged.

Immediately after the storm passed, the volunteer youth force of the capital was present early to join the functional units to overcome the consequences of this storm. The young people together cleaned the roads, supported sawing downed trees, transported them to the sidewalks to clear the roads, cleaned up the houses of households affected by the storm, supported farmers to rebuild rice fields damaged by the wind...

The HCYU moved forward! I bet one of their organizers Nguyen Thi Thu Van aka "France Castro" was demanding snappy work! I wouldn't be surprised of Thi Thu Van was working hard BTS. Apparently, Thi Thu Van is a silent worker compared to her Philippine doppelganger Rep. France Castro. France tends to just talk and talk nonsense as an assemblywoman!

I'm not going to deny that Kabataan Pantylist did some actions in the past. An update from Kabataan asking for monetary and donations in kind. Kabataan Pantylist did some clean-up drives and relief good giving. However, Kabataan Pantylist might be more politically motivated than anything. Think about it they cry "NO TO RED-TAGGING" all the while they gave their mataas na pagpupugay to the late Joma Sison. I'm not going to deny Kabataan Pantylist has given some relief goods every now and then. However, they're just pretty short compared to the HCYU in action.

Gagabriela's Twitter

It's confirmed that Gagabriela is handing over some DSWD relief goods to Enteng victims. Yes, it's Sarah Jane Elgago. Sarah joined Gagabriela after her stint at Kabataan Pantylist -- presumably due to her age. However, Gagabriela is a poor knock-off of the Vietnamese Women's Union of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV). I wonder if the End-Dependence Milk Tea Gathering also had VIETNAM involved. Did the HCYU heavily insult Kabataan Pantylist then? If so, there's the possibility that Kabataan Pantylist thought Vietnam was a self-industrialized first-world country. Sarah probably cried in envy seeing Bui Quynh Hoa and Le Hoang Phuong as the recruiters. I wouldn't be surprised if some members of Kabataan Pantylist wanted to transfer to the HCYU.

Doan Thanh Nien Cong San Ho Chi Minh

The HCYU even formed night patrols. Looking at the HCYU -- I wish I had lived my teenage years like they did! The HYCU also has this going on:

Volunteer teams quickly established information groups in villages and hamlets through social networking platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, etc. to disseminate signs of flash floods and landslides around residential and production areas; warn of dangerous areas, and limit movement during floods such as culverts, bridges, culverts or roads that pose a risk of insecurity.

In addition, the youth force quickly helped people move their belongings, harvest rice and agricultural products from flooded areas; reinforce houses and barns, evacuate residents and goods to safe locations; set up checkpoints and early warning signs in deep water areas, areas at high risk of flash floods, inundation and landslides when necessary.

The Youth Union chapters of Thai Nguyen province have been organizing many specific and practical activities to mobilize socialized resources in the form of cash, necessities (rice, milk, instant noodles, etc.), clothes, books, life jackets, etc. to support people who have been severely affected in terms of property, material and human resources caused by the storm.

Despite many days of widespread heavy rains and rising floodwaters, union members and youths across the province have promoted the spirit of volunteerism and companionship, not afraid of hardships and difficulties, to overcome difficulties with the people. The timely and prompt actions of the union chapters at all levels have warmed the hearts of the people in difficult times, thereby contributing to enhancing the spirit of mutual love of the nation..

Those Vietnamese youths are worth every Vietnamese Dong was given to support them! Kabataan Pantylist might just be another waste of money. Kabataan Pantylist spends more time whining than rendering any solutions. Vietnam may be a COMMUNIST country but how is it more open economically than the Philippines? The Vietnamese Dong is even weaker than the Philippine Peso but Vietnam is STRONGER ECONOMICALLY? The difference is Vietnam has better foreign investment policies than the Philippines. Who in the world would want to rent a space if you can only own 40% of your business? Kabataan Pantylist still buys the idea that foreign investors are invaders. The HCYU says otherwise.
