The Irony Kayabangan Partylist Isn't Siding With COMMUNIST China In Their June 12 Gathering

 
It's June right and June 12 is the supposed Independence Day of the Philippines. Though, June 12 celebrates the Philippines' liberation from Spain than its actual independence which was on July 4. Here's a funny caption from Kayabangan Partylist where they call for a milk tea gathering with youth leaders and from where? Communist China? No, from HONG KONG, TAIWAN, THAILAND, MALAYSIA, AND MYANMAR - areas of the world that GREATLY BENEFIT from economic liberalization. Funny that they should gather with youth leaders from those democratic countries than from COMMUNIST CHINA. 

This one makes me laugh to think of how the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) is contradicting themselves. I just love to think these guys LOVE COMMUNISM but they really hate Communist China. For a start, Joma Sison could've flown off to China and ask for asylum from Deng Xiaoping. The Chinese Communist Party could've been the most powerful ally of the CPP. For example, Sarah Elgago could've bought a Huawei phone and use Huawei phones for youth recruitment. The members of the Alliance of Complaining Teachers could've gotten tablets and laptops from Huawei or Lenovo. Even better (at least for them), an alliance with the CCP would mean they would probably have gotten weapons that would already help them take over the Philippines in less than a day. They could've welcomed the Chinese military as allies. Instead, they chose to antagonize who could've been their best hopes of winning the armed revolution.

It would probably make more sense if Kayabangan Partylist decided to have a gathering with Chinese youth leaders. They could've had a roundtable discussion with youth followers of Xi Jinping. They could've gathered to discuss the newest methods of the armed struggle. Maybe, they could've decided to buy books on Deng's revolution as a guide. Instead, they decided to contradict themselves by gathering with youth leaders who want democracy over communism. They could've discussed how to get Chinese investors in so they can easily win the revolution. Instead, they will continue to shoot themselves on the foot instead.
