Many Duterte Critics' MASSIVE Failure Of Mind Is Not Seeing That The SYSTEM Is The Much Bigger Problem

I don't mind people being Duterte critics. In fact, having critics to anyone in politics is needed. However, the problem comes not in offering criticism but the lack of solutions. The late Carlos Celdran was a Duterte critic but he was for constitutional reform. Unfortunately, many Duterte critics like political analyst Richard F. Heydarian (who graduated from difficult-to-enter schools in the Philippines) have been thinking too much about persons change than SYSTEMS CHANGE. Yes, that's where Heydarian is downright wrong. He thinks that making Leni Loud Robredo the executive may change things for the better. However, if the same rotten system rules then what good will Leni Loud as president (and let's just say Antonio F. Trillanes IV) as vice president do?

Some the virtue signallers like Pinoy Ako Blog have been criticizing President Rodrigo R. Duterte. Again, there's NOTHING wrong with criticizing the president. Unfortunately, in all their criticism, they have been trying to compare the performances of FIRST WORLD COUNTRIES like Taiwan and South Korea to the Philippines. Do they know the big secret of the success of the countries that are defeating COVID-19 over the Philippines? It's no secret actually. I may be no engineer or political analyst but it doesn't take me to be either to see that the answer lies within the SYSTEM itself. People DO MATTER then again so does the SYSTEM that runs the people. However, system change must come FIRST before people change. System change will influence culture change. Don't buy Get Real Philippines' Benign0's BS that culture must change first.

Critics of Duterte need to analyze BEYOND Duterte and see the system for itself. Why do you think a lot of people under Duterte are also that bad? The problem with the Yellowtard critics of Duterte is that they tend to ignore the problems during the Noynoying years. Yellowtards tend to think that the Noynoying Years are the golden years as if nothing wrong happened. If anybody sees through both Duterte and Noynoy Aquino without a partisan lens - they would see that both administrations had a fair set of problems thanks to the SYSTEM. One thing the Dilawans foolishly fought against was the need for constitutional reform or charter change. They all didn't realize that charter change could've benefited them too. A parliamentary system could've given them their formal voice as the Opposition. A parliamentary system could've given them #OneMoreTermForPNoy perhaps as the Opposition Leader of the Liberal Party. Instead, their failure to analyze the SYSTEM is a real failure of the mind.

They need to see why the other countries are succeeding and not just use it to virtue signal against Duterte. Virtue signaling makes one think you've got virtue by merely expressing disgust. What's the use of doing so if you have NO SOLUTIONS? Worse, some of the critics just want this and that but don't want to liberalize the economy, wanting to decongest Imperial Manila but think federalism will give rise to warlords, and they want better transparency but they don't want weekly questioning. They want solutions but reject the solutions. That's what makes many Duterte critics today cringeworthy. It's not because they criticize Duterte - it's because they refuse to contribute to changing the DEFECTIVE system that failed to uplift the Philippines after the overthrow of the Marcos dictatorship.
