It's No Surprise That Atty. Persida V. Rueda-Acosta Is Targeted By The Real Fake News Spreaders

It's no surprise that Atty. Persida V. Rueda-Acosta a true public servant has been maligned yet again by fake news spreaders. Whether it's calling her "way more biased than Atty. Chito Gascon" to her being just being "talk and talk"-- the list can go on. It's not surprising that Abante TNT has now even made such a maligning statement that Public Attorney's Office has allegedly said that there's no evidence that Dengvaxia is fatal -- which I'm translating it for the sake of non-Tagalog speakers. 

What does Abante TNT mean? Abante means forward. TNT means Tunay Na TABLOID or "Truly Tabloid" in the English language. I remembered a couple of my high school journalism classes that defined tabloid journalism as the following according to Study.com:

If you've ever been to a grocery store, you've seen them: the tabloids. These are magazines focused on salacious celebrity gossip and sensational news, which you know must be considered with a certain degree of skepticism. Love it or hate it, tabloid journalism has a long and enduring history as not only a form of entertainment but also a metric by which to evaluate our devotion to the freedom of speech. Tabloids are over-exaggerated, sensationalized, and often false, but we love them anyway.

I would say that's the real issue of tabloids. They are over-exaggerated and sensationalized. Abante TNT reveals how unreliable it is with its meaning of being "truly tabloid". In short, the publication admits that they are over-exaggerated, sensationalized and often false. This is very different from the satirical news which is only meant to entertain people with obviously fake stories.

This is where things are starting to get rough. Good lawyers like Atty. Acosta are indeed enemies of the Dilawan. They may even dread the idea of her taking over the Commission of Human Rights because they love Atty. Gascon's idiocy. Atty. Acosta's rebuke over Atty. Gascon's biased investigations should be the start of why the Dilawans hate her. So to create a "credible news" they would actually resolve to sensationalism while claiming that their opponents the Duterte supporters are the ones spreading fake news. This is no longer simple libel. This is already an attempt to derail investigations and legal processes. While libel needs to be lightened but any Internet lie with an attempt to derail justice should no longer be treated as libel but as obstruction of justice.

Why are they so afraid of the Public Attorney's Office is doing investigations concerning #DengGate or the Dengvaxia fiasco? Why is Dr. Janette Garin even panicking and accusing Atty. Acosta of spreading mass hysteria? There's much to it. Any more evidence against them would severely blow down the Yellowtards' credibility in their quest to maintain power that they've lost from the crowd. Atty. Acosta is doing all she can to expose the idiocy that the Yellowtards love so much -- so don't be surprised that she's now a victim of fake news.
