SISI is ISIS spelled backwards. This is a new joke meme where terrorists are given the faces of Kiko Pangilinan, Renato Reyes Jr., Noynoy Aquino, Antonio Trollanes, Pia Ranada-Robles, Franklin Drilon, Marbobo Roxas, Gary Alejano, Leila Dilemma and Leni Loud Robredo. This is a meme that's created to address the problem of the sisi culture. Sisi is a Filipino word that stands for blame and not to be confused with the English word sissy which is synonymous for coward. Then again, they are a group of sissies and using the name SISI fits them well.
The problem today is that we have people who would rather blame others than take responsibility for their mistakes. The Noynoying Years became a place for that when he kept blaming his political opponents for blunders he committed himself. The Yellowtards have developed a culture where they still blame the Marcos Years for the 30 years of suffering the Philippines is going into. They choose to blame others so they can escape responsibility or get what they want.

Right now, SISI's favorite target is President Duterte since they're all done with blaming Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. How they are doing their latest malicious attacks with Duterte? They are now blaming him for a number of things he didn't even do such as extrajudicial killings (as if they never happened during the Noynoying years), for the Philippine peso devaluation, the increase of prices of certain commodities and everything else that are beyond the control of the country's leader. Dilemma and Trollanes were already spreading lies in the Senate by blaming President Duterte for stuff that he didn't do.
They would even want people to believe that Philippine democracy is dead and that they're fighting to restore democracy. In reality, the SISI group is all about them. Why do you think Reyes Jr. himself keeps blaming foreigners? It's obvious that if economic liberalization happens then he loses his status as a rallyist for the oligarchy. Why do you think that #TindigPilipinas hates President Duterte? It's because all their misdeeds are getting exposed whether it'd be the sham raid at Bilibid by Dilemma or the unexplained wealth of Trollanes - it's not going to be on their benefit.
Right now, the fight against SISI is going to be a long battle. Should martial law be declared in case SISI gets too dangerous? Maybe in areas where SISI is operating. It might be good to declare localized martial law in the National Capital Region with the Senate's approval. They are still up to no good and who knows - they may also be responsible for several stuff like sabotaging the MRT-3 in their quest to take over the country. Then again, how much money does SISI have anyway from paying corrupt media from abroad to help in their propaganda?
