Impunity Skyrocketed During The Noynoying Years

It's really funny how the Dilawans want to keep Filipinos stupid and propagate their new lie that democracy is "dead". So why are they saying that democracy is dead? I guess it has to do with the fact that they love a culture of impunity. Since they love a culture of impunity then they're contradicting themselves when they demand for #endimpunity. So why ask to #endimpunity now when they had all the time during the Noynoying years?

Let's do a bit of a review of the 2010-2016 with some major events that proved that the Noynoying years aren't the golden years for the rest of the Philippines.

The Philippine National Police became a huge JOKE

It doesn't take a criminologist to know how the PNP became a joke with the leadership of former PNP Chief Alan Impurisima. It was also during this term that the PNP was at its worst. One incident that nobody should ever forget and learn from is the Manila Hostage Crisis. That was just the beginning of the signs of the Philippine National Police turning into PNoypine Nasyonal Patola because of how useless PNP was. Should we also mention that it was also under the Noynoying years that the PNP has become an organization riddled with corruption? Think of how many cases Impurisima yet he was only suspended when he should have been terminated and even JAILED. Would have Purisima been jailed for his offense then the Mamasapano incident could've been avoided. What's worse is that PNoys even think General Bato Dela Rosa should resign over Jee Ick Joo yet they never demanded Impurisima to resign for a lot of crimes he's committed.

Pardoning Antonio "#SundalongKanin" Trollanes was a big mistake

Although Noynoy belonged to the Liberal Party and Antonio Trollanes was from "I'm Not a Democrat, I'm Nacionalista" but you can't deny what happened. Noynoy decided to pardon Trollanes when he shouldn't. He's a convicted mutineer and should have stayed in jail until his full sentence was served. It's highly possible that Noynoy pardoned Trollanes in spite of their different political affiliations was because the crime that was committed happened during the time of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. I guess Noynoy looked up to Trollanes as a hero for trying to overthrow his favorite scapegoat.

Commission on Human Rights ends up as the Commission on Human Impunity

Whether it was Leila De Lima, Etta Rosales or incumbent Chito Gascon the organization has become useless because of them. The organization gained so much power during the Noynoying years in defending a culture of impunity through selective justice. Rosales managed to resign quietly from CHR and then comes another Dilawan in Gascon. The organization was rendered useless to the point some people wanted it abolished. In reality, it's all a question of the Dilawans who made the organization useless since they only care about Yellow Rights and not human rights. Should we mention that they've installed the logic that human rights violations only happen when it's policemen and military kill someone? I guess going by their logic assume everyone shot by the police is a poor victim and that victims of crimes done by non-police aren't violated of their human rights. No wonder the whole organization is so defective. What's worse is that the Public Attorney's Office is doing the job that CHR should be doing.

Jejemon Binay still managed to sit as vice president in spite of controversy

Although Noynoy and Binay were both from different parties but it can't be denied how impunity was shared by both of them. If I'm to suggest both Noynoy and Binay should be the first to be executed for their crimes against the Filipino people. You can think of how Binay had so many anomalies revealed in Makati yet why was he even allowed to run for president? He also has a lot to answer for during his vice-presidency yet Noynoy and COMELEC's Andres Bautista allowed him to run. Shouldn't that be proof of impunity?

The DSWD scandal was allowed to slip past through

The Yolanda scandal itself was not a joke. DSWD's Stinky Soliman got away with what she did during Noynoy's term. The expired relief goods is no joke and how she dealt with Yolanda was really a combination of neglect and abuse of power.  She may also be sheltering illegal Chinese who sell fake food products. Stinky should have been fired from her position. Instead, Noynoy allowed her to finish one full term. SHe should have been fired and jailed. Better, she should have been executed like the late former Chinese health minister during the melamine scandal. Instead, she managed to step down peacefully from her place when she should be behind bars r

The Bureau of Customs helped in the impunity process

The Bureau of Customs should be charged with human rights violations starting with the OFW balikbayan box harassments that they did. It should be a sign of impunity of Alberto Loony himself. So why did a lot of Chinese fake food products and drugs enter the Philippines through the customs. It a matter of bribery. Should we also mention the garbage from Canada was brought in and that added to the pollution in the Philippines?

Joseph Pabaya was not fired from his post as DOTC Secretary 

It's no secret that Pabaya himself is guilty of massive neglect. The MRT deteriorated under his watch and he's only making traffic worse. He has a lot of failed projects such as the expressway from Baclaran to Bacoor. I should also give a note to PNoy Pridists that should they want President Duterte to ride his jetski to China then let Noynoy and Pabaya get run over a train first. Worse, Noynoy even dares to tell people that traffic is a sign of progress to cover up Pabaya's incompetence.

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport deterioration

Jose Devil Honrado himself should be charged with massive neglect of his duties at the Manila International Airport Authority. How can he say he will perform his duties but he can't exercise accountability. Isn't that similar to what Impurisima said, "When I delegated the responsibility, I did not delegate the accountability." to the late Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago? He's the manager of the airport then he must exercise accountability with the problem of the Tanim Bala scam. The airport should take responsibility for what they failed to detect and make up measures to make up for that failure. Besides, the NAIA deterioration is a huge tourism killer. No amount of dancing "It's More Fun in the Philippines" will ever make up for any horrible experience.

The Dilawan media gets got worse

The Dilawan media is getting desperate. You have the likes of ABiaS-CBN, Crappler and Philippine Daily Non-Inquirer who are spreading both fake news and real news. This is a tactic to confuse the public. ABiaS-CBN and the other associates of the Dilawan kept telling us that the Philippines is now the "new miracle of Asia." However, it turned out to be that these media were used in order to control the minds of Filipinos. They want to keep the oligarchy in power saying that there's no need for constitutional reform. They're also keeping Filipinos out of the blue of the real truth behind the dirt of the Noynoying years.

The Department of Justice was a mockery with real statistics

It's time to think how Leila Dilemma's cover was blown with statistics which GRP compiled. The Bilibid raid turned out to be a sham. What people failed to realize is that a daring raid with so few soldiers should be questionable at best. It turned out that it was most likely scripted. She said she "cleaned Bilibid" and supposedly ordered the destruction of special houses. Yet it turned out that Bilibid is still so full of anomalies when Justice Secretary Vitaliano N. Aguirre Jr. and PNP Chief Dela Rosa raided it. If your Justice Secretary has been into selective justice then what's the use of having a Department of Justice? She, Rosales and Gascon should be charged with letting impunity go high.

Marbobo Roxas was allowed to run for president even with all his charges

It should be reminded that it wasn't only Stinky but also Marbobo who got involved in the Yolanda Scam. He already has a lot of charges such as his mishandling of the people in Tacloban. The fact he would say he knows where you can buy drugs in Davao and he's even willing to accompany that person should suggest he's involved with coddling drugs in Davao. Noynoy anointing him as Liberal Party's presidential candidate when this guy has a LOT of stuff to answer for proves how impunity really skyrocketed during the Noynoying Years.
