Does Cheato Gascon Think That #DengGate Is Not A Human Rights Violation?

It's time to think about the uselessness of Cheato Gascon as the head of the Commission on Human Rights. The problem is how can the supporters of Gascon himself can still think that CHR should only investigate charges done by police and military. With that in mind, I'd like to raise up some issues based on common sense that you don't need a political science degree (which I don't have either) to understand the basics. What issue is that? It's that human rights violators can mean anyone who violates your rights to life, privacy, health, education and whatever rights are granted for your daily living.

It's awful to think how Gascon is silent on issues that matter. I mean, does he even know what his job as the chairperson of CHR is supposed to do? Here's what Lawphil.net has to say which should be a huge hollow block thrown at Gascon's stupidity:

1.) Investigate, on its own or on complaint by any party, all forms of human rights violations involving civil and political rights;

Did Gascon read that or did he not? CHR is supposed to investigate all forms of human rights violations regardless. Why is he too concerned about criminals getting what they deserve or the Maute terrorists getting killed during the Marawi Crisis? The Maute terrorists are human rights violators. He should have those offenses investigated instead of whether or not the Maute terrorists' rights are violated during the conflict. The same goes for the Dengue Vaccine fiasco as it violates the rights of good health for the citizens.

If this chart is real that there's a scam behind Dengvaxia then it should be time for the Commission on Audit, the Ombudsman and the Bureau of Internal Revenue to also kick in. How true is this chart anyway? If this is true then it looks like a lot of people should also be charged with ill-gotten wealth. It's not clear yet who's involved with who and I don't claim to have the answers. I'm simply reacting to current events and sharing my views like a student passing one's required essay in a political science class or Philippine history class.

By Gascon's logic or those Yellowtards' logic then CHR shouldn't move to investigate because the scandal wasn't carried out by policemen and soldiers? That's stupid. I hope that the Public Attorney's Office and the Department of Justice will do its job. Both Atty. Persida Rueda V. Acosta and Justice Secretary Vitaliano N. Aguirre Jr. will have a lot of work to do. If Gascon doesn't do his job then it's more than time to give him the budget he deserves: HIS SEPARATION PAY.
