Don't Tell Me That Policemen Who Abuse Their Authority Aren't Criminals?!

Here's the analysis of the PNoytard with how CHR reacts. This seems to suggest that the policeman who shoots someone is not a criminal. The truth is policemen who abuse their authorities are criminals. Victims are victims regardless whether the criminal was a cop or not. The analysis in this picture is really not #FightDisinformation but it's really spreading disinformation. I'm not a criminology graduate nor a lawyer but this is obvious stupidity spread as #FightDisinformation when it's really #disinformation.

It doesn't matter who the victim is since the rights of that person are violated. They give this dumb analysis that when it's a policeman who commits murder it's different from a criminal who commits murder. Okay, don't tell me a policeman who breaks the law isn't a criminal? I could also talk about this real issue to how many people were also murdered by policemen but where's CHR when the people needed it? The job of both CHR and the police is to protect the right to life for the citizens. Extrajudicial killing is extrajudicial killing regardless of who does it whether it's a vigilante or a policeman.

Isn't it the function of CHR to actually investigate all forms of human rights violations? If a victim is shot by a criminal regardless of the position that's already a violation of human rights. Don't tell me there's no right to outrage if a person is victimized by a drug addict. Don't tell me there's no right to outrage if a person is murdered. Whether it's a policeman or a civilian who commits the crime they are still considered criminals. A person who is victimized by abusive cops is no more of a victim than a person who's victimized by a regular crook. It's all because both abusive cops and regular crooks are all human rights violators. Speaking of those who died by abusive policemen a lot have died by them so why even sensationalize Kian Loyd Delos Santos?

Let's also think about the policeman and "victim" analysis. I guess the PNoytards think that everyone shot by the police is innocent. Sure, I agree that innocent bystanders who get killed are victims. Policemen who carelessly shoot should face criminal charges. But to assume that everyone that the police shoot is a victim is just stupid. Don't tell me that it's wrong for the policemen to shoot a rapist or murderer as someone is about to be murdered or raped? Sure, the policeman should report to why they shot so and so to prove it was indeed self-defense or saving another's life but assuming everyone the police shoots is innocent is just stupid. Just because the person is shot dead by the police doesn't mean the person is innocent. After all, what do you expect from people who live in the culture of "laging kawawa ang pinagalitan o pinarusahan"?
